Obviously trying to steer people towards Ultimate. Honestly if you're super invested in the Xbox ecosystem I dunno why you wouldn't just get ultimate regardless since it offers so much more. With the constant sales/promos/deals it's probably less than just getting Gold at this point anyways 🤷🏾‍♂️

The F2P thing is really bizarre though and it's surprising they still haven't fixed that!

@Krzzystuff the Nvidia Shield Tv is an android based streaming device in the vein of a Roku or Chromecast. Biggest difference is it actual has gaming level internals (about as powerful as a Switch) so it can easily run games/emulators/streaming services much better than a $30 device you get on Amazon. Also with it being Android you can easily install all of the same apps you could on a phone such as Stadia, Xcloud, Luna etc which makes it a very useful and versatile little "console".

GeForce now however is an actual streaming service like those that allow you to stream Steam games to various devices.

Should definitely be mentioned that Xcloud works wonderfully on this device. It's how I've gotten my Forza fix for a while now, very convenient and versatile device!

Tunic looks great and even runs on my average laptop so def. interested in that one. Mild interest in a few others but pass on most of those. Though it certainly seems like they're getting a nice stable of exclusives finally, 2021 shaping up to be a good year for Xbox!

This was a great edition to the Borderlands series. I had never played a Telltale game before hand but I really enjoyed it. Hopefully this leads to another season!

Codemasters games have been some of my favorites the last couple gens. While I don't necessarily like them being under the EA umbrella, I'm willing to have a wait and see approach to see how it all pans out. Hoping they go back to Dirt Rally sometime this year or next!

Wonder if this will be coming to Gamepass seeing as MS and EA are pretty chummy lately. Would be quite a nice get of it did. Hopefully can carve out time to play these again.

I'd rate it a solid C overall. Releasing 2 consoles that many people seem to be enjoying and Xcloud is terrific, exactly what I hoped it would be. Still a lack of banger exclusives imo but they're hopefully well n on their way of fixing that issue.

@Kefka2589 agreed completely! The clips I got of kids opening up consoles I helped their family get was worth so much more than a few hundred bucks. Was honestly the best gift I got this year!

@Tasuki That's what I use as well, no noticeable lag either. If you do experience some you can use a USB-C hub and connect it straight to your router with an ethernet cable. I usually do that when I want to play on the TV. The flexibility Microsoft provided with Xcloud is amazing!

@Tasuki For sure, I'm not too fussed either given the circumstances. And late packages are a great opportunity to try and get a little bonus credit/gift cards from some places. Amazon in particular is VERY generous when a package is late, works about half the time if you're polite and firm but not rude.

Picked up a couple 3 month Gamepass cards and a Shock Blue controller. Nothing too crazy this year but man this controller is gorgeous, Love the color scheme!!

Next logical step and something I would totally welcome. Currently just doing xcloud on my tablet/phone directly connected to the TV but having a native app would make thing much easier.

@Kefka2589 Plus and Gamepass really are apples and oranges. When compared directly of course GP looks superior however it's more akin to PS Now than plus really.

To echo what others have said they should just phase out GWG at this point. With all you get with GP Ultimate I don't think too many folks would be upset given the quality they've been giving out last few months.

@Bmartin001 fanboys in general are the worst no matter which "team" they're on.

Playing this in performance mode is like a totally different game from last gen, everything is buttery smooth, definitly sucked me back in!

@Krzzystuff the outcry for cross-play was deafening, I have literally not seen a single person complaining that GP isnt on Playstation devices. I don't think they'll be back into a corner on this one

Frickin terrible. I'm no stranger to buying things on the cheap then flipping them to make so profit but never to this extent. I'm helping my mom sell some things online and the amount of X/PS5 listings for hundreds over retail is absurd. One guy had 10 ps5s and 8 X's he was selling for $1000 each smh!!

Yikes, FedEx is one of the worst. I get probably 20-25 packages a week from all different couriers and have only had a problem with them. Unfortunately they're also the ones delivering the blue console tomorrow, definitely going to be working from the front porch so it doesn't get chucked onto the concrete lol!

Series X is a beast, definitely living up to the most powerful console moniker!

Great ad!! This will be the third console launch I've been able to share with my kids, their excitement is infectious and I probably enjoy that part of it more than the games themselves lol. Gaming is such an awesome family hobby!!

The 2k games really are essentially full on RPGs at this point. This looks like a fun expansion of the Neighborhood, excited to try it out next week, already strategizing with my team lol!!

Part 2 for sure. The first was a decnt game but the second was an improvement in almost every way. The more I see of Legions the less I want to play it though lol. If it comes to one of the subscription services I'll check it out but seems like a pass for me.
