This is nonsensical if the game is coming to different platforms just show the logo at the end of the video.
Making out that not showing a game is coming to playstation ina showcase is a win somehow is really really sad and small in my opinion I get Sharma and booty want to pander to Xbox fans but this is silly.
If a game is coming to playstation show the playstation logo at the end!
Get a grip on yourselves.
This and the whole logo and caps debacle is just embarrassing to be honest in my opinion!

This is great and all but when does normal joe public get these features I still haven't gotten the new start up animation on my console

Don't really care at the moment this is great news for me I'm loving this gen and my series x!

To much constantly available or fresh out or on sale everyday then you throw gamepass into the equation there's not enough time in the day to play everything of interest nowadays!
Which is why the best part of us have backlogs something that wouldn't of happened a couple generations of consoles a go.

I'd say pick up the Alan wake remaster though it's definitely worth it for that price and a great game i bought it in the build up to Alan wake 2 it's obviously a huge improvement over the original.
Two of my favorite games ever the Alan wake games are.

@bert0503 Yeah I'm the same bud it has to be something special to drop money day one with the backlog there's always something to play but I'll definitely give this a quick go for sure just out of interest.
I'll definitely pick up the full game soon probably next time it's on sale!

@RegnumSolipsi Well yeah if you have a series x primary then there is no point of the series s but it obviously was of worth to you at some point before you got the series x and I'm sure when you fired it up you were impressed by the improvement of what you had before it's a great console for it's price no doubt maybe not now but definitely before the price hike.

Wow looks really good but I don't think I'd ever pay that much more for just a paint job in fairness!

@FraserG I'll give it a go on both modes when I pick it up see what feels the best having the choice is great alright.

@Fiendish-Beaver I'd say it will still release this year gta will be huge no doubt but people I think are going overboard with how many will actually be living a breathing the game for months on end.
Really hope fable is good a modern take on those games could be something special nothing else really like it except maybe Hogwarts legacy in modern gaming.

Im definitely excited for it but some are definitely over the top over the game the fact people tried to spy with drones and get access to rockstar pretending to be staff to get a look at the game proves that!

Sounds like I'll be playing this on 30fps when I'm playing it that's a big enough drop in resolution to really see a difference when on 60fps 864p being output at 4k on a 4k screen wouldn't look great.

@AI-Generation Barely anything had the choice of mode back then but ok.
Fps isn't really that important in my opinion some games are better suited to the lower fps others the higher one different strokes for different folks

@AI-Generation Each to there own there's some games I prefer to play on 30fps for the better visuals.

@Fiendish-Beaver All very solid points that make sense although I do think they will have a few exclusive games going forward probably next gen games The hubris I think is starting to kick in over in Microsoft HQ I don't think at least they are just going to accept how things have gone for Xbox especially in console sales and are just going to lay down and be subservient to Sony.
Especially with the change of language since Sharma took over it seems they are ready to actually try sell consoles again.
If Xbox is eventually to go the way of sega it would look terrible no doubt Microsoft need to be big and bold enough to get Xbox consoles relevant again and act like the massive company they are.
It's very possible going into next gen if the machine is advertised well and at a good price point.
I think this gen hurt some higher ups at Microsoft being consistently slapped by Sony hurt pride can make people do crazy things!

Best racer game around in fairness lots of fun to play that's the main thing I get out of it fun!
Also looks bloody amazing!!

@Fiendish-Beaver I'd agree with that Forza is better off being multiplatform but going forward Xbox does need some good exclusive games for the consoles maybe a couple new games and if it was up to me sort out halo either with a full on reboot or just stop making halo games the franchise isn't relevant anymore and isn't a title to push Xbox forward anymore like a Forza can or a good gears game could they undervalued gears of war so much it's crazy

@Gabrie Yeah your exactly right but then again you still get people dying on the hill that slightly upscaled images totally change the experience.
Us gamers are very contrary the leaps are only significant when it suits us for them to be look at the hullabaloo about every game on the ps5 pro you would swear anyone not on one is playing with one eye closed or bad vision the way the difference is "mind-blowing" compared to anything else.

But they can barely get unreal 5 to run good on series x so will unreal engine 6 look actually good on a next gen machine or will it be the same as this gen where it's not really an upgrade on the previous engine in practice?

Anything to help tighten security is a positive thing for sure!

Some of these things definitely won't happen but others definitely will!
The exclusive one is a hard one though I think Microsoft should keep some games multiplatform like Bethesda games doom Forza maybe some others but they should have some exclusive core games gears halo and hopefully create new good exclusive games for Xbox they own more than enough studios now!

As much as I love it and it improves on what came before it's basically more of the same thing!
It's the best racing game around but still a racing game.

Need to get back on that again I think I'm half way through me 2 on it but haven't played it in ages.

I've noticed aswell sometimes that my car is faster in free mode driving around but in races it's slower!
Can't remember what car it was but I upgraded it within the level of the race probably a B race I was easily hitting over 135 mph going to the race in the race with the same car I'd have to be flat out for ages just to reach it!
But yeah the AI drivers difficulties are a bit off aswell.

Really looking forward to this I hope it lives up to expectations!

Wow that's a low resolution on series s I wonder why?
Surely Lego characters and the world shouldn't be to taxing?
Maybe just symptom of the times even a game very basic to others in complexity of what is being rendered that can only hit 720p with upscaling on series s.
Must be the engine or something like that or possibly on screen effects bringing the resolution down??
I would of bet on this being 1440p 30fps on series s

@Xboxian360 Fit for purpuse I'd call the gameplay nothing amazing but not as bad as some made out the story music and everything else more than made up for it for me anyways.

Not bad considering some people dismissed it straight away over the gameplay personally I loved the game gameplay included!

Gears of war and halo have gone downhill in a terrible way since epic and Bungie stopped making the games so this is 100% needed Microsoft haven't done enough with either franchise!
