Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 23-24)

Welcome to another weekend! It's going to be a warm one here in the UK - perfect for closing the curtains, staying indoors, and I don't know, cruising around open-world Japan?

Here's what we're playing this bank holiday weekend:

Although I've gotten through a lot of what Forza Horizon 6's campaign has to offer, I can't lie and say I'll be playing much else this weekend. A game like this is just perfect for those sunny afternoons where I don't want to get too stressed and sweaty with anything - and now that the full game is now out on Xbox Game Pass, there'll be plenty of multiplayer action to be getting on with.

Also, don't forget that the first Festival Playlist is now alive and kicking in-game, so there's even more reason to get stuck in this weekend and earn your reward cars. I'll see you out there!

Yeah, it's mainly Forza Horizon 6 for me as well. I've already put over 20 hours into it, and there's a lot more to come! It's just the perfect comfort game right now, and one that I don't feel like I have to grind — just take it at my own pace, do whatever I want to do, and try not to get too much FOMO with the Festival Playlists if I don't complete everything.

I still really want to check out Blue Prince soon, so that's on the list as well, and then I'm also playing Dead as Disco on my ROG Xbox Ally X, along with an emulated PS2 classic football game called Red Card. And finally, on my Evercade Alpha, I've been playing the ridiculously hard-as-nails Metal Slug 3 this week, which is also available in two different versions on Xbox if you're interested — it's a great game, but also punishingly difficult.

Have a great weekend, folks!
