Haven’t been able to game much lately as I had a work trip this week. But I’ll be back at it tonight catching up on Fire Emblem:PoR and on Xbox, High on Life 2

Barely played yet. Hoping to get more in tonight and tomorrow.

Quite the busy weekend. I’m nearly finished with FF7 remake. I’m nearly done with chapter 17. Hoping to have it finished this weekend if I can. Also playing Fire Emblem Path of Radiance and a small amount of Splat Pack: AHH real monsters.

On Xbox, I’m playing Forza Horizon 4 and I just bought High on Life 2

@Daffy-Duck grabbed it. No booze was drank during the purchase of this game. But it may be consumed while playing. No promises.

Not sure I want to fork up 60 when I’m about to spend 70 on RE9. But man I did love the first game so maybe I will tonight after some liquid courage and silly decision making.

@Bmartin001 I just finished rise last week. I’m trying to do the same.

Pretty much the same every year. Stop playing games that aren’t clicking with me, and dip into my backlog more. The latter will be much easier with my canceled GP subscription. I’ve already finished rise of the tomb raider and I’m currently playing through vice city. Also keep waiting for sales. I don’t need to keep buying games at full $70 price tags.

Lots of stuff. Especially on switch 2. Cyberpunk, Neva, Luigi’s Mansion.

@Tasuki cmon man, you’re better than that! It most definitely was the best game I played all year. The music, the set pieces, the combat, the characters, all of it were top notch. I can’t remember if you tried it out yet or not, but you definitely should. It’s a modern day FF.

On a side note, did you ever grab echoes of wisdom?

With Metroid Prime 4 now in my rear view mirror, I’ve started playing Wario World for the first time ever. It’s actually super fun, but can be clunky at times though. Boss battles are simple, yet still engaging.

On the Xbox front, I’m finally going back to finish my Rise of the Tomb Raider play through that I stopped a few months back. Also just fired up GTA Vice City for the first time since I was in HS. So much fun, and what a nostalgia rush. Merry Christmas everyone!

Still can’t decide as of yet.

Clair Obscur is the clear cut winner for me.

Also playing some games with the family like Marvel Cosmic Invasion and some NSO games like Mario Tennis and Mario Strikers

Hard to say anything at all really. Maybe the white box text in the beginning has something to do with picking your own adventure. Only thing I can think of.

@Lup 3 things I love, stranger things( favorite show of all time), shorter rpgs, and paper mario combat. I might have to.

@Lup how is echo generation? Ive had it on my WL for a good while.

@Tasuki me and my son just played through it. Its rock solid. It should remind you of shredders revenge since it was made by the same team. Its not as good, but its up there as one of the better modern bmups. Still think shredders revenge and SoR4 are the 2 best games in the genre.

I don't think ill be able to pry my hands off Prime 4 for anything else this weekend.

I may order Marvel Cosmic Invasion as something to do with the kids this weekend though.

Definitely the best game this year.

Still RDR2 on xbox which i can't tell if I'm enjoying yet or not. So far, it's been just go to point A from point B for me.

Also on xbox playing a decent amount of Fallout New Vegas which i am enjoying.

On switch 2 I'm playing my typical November game, OoT. I just finished the shadow temple last night, and should have the game completed by the time MP4 drops.

A tiny amount of Mario Golf 64 with the family as well..

I've only grabbed Fallout New Vegas thus far. I might still grab rogue city unfinished business

For sure some more Ocarina of Time as thats something I love to play in November around Thanksgiving.

On Xbox im playing RDR2 which, is ok i guess. Hasn't gotten its hooks in me yet after 8-9 hrs.

I may go and buy robocop unfinished business and fallout 3 or NV though.

So no silent hill 2?

Getting used to it now, even though I dont agree with the choice. All I can say is I won't be buying another Xbox next gen. Ill keep my s since I've purchased quite a bit on it, but I'm not going to continue buying into the brand. Ill just get xbox games on nintendo as they games come to that platform.
