Melina did a great job but Troy takes the cake. Indy was the best game I played this year.

@Scrubchub good call. It feels good cleaning house doesn't it? I'm saving $50/ month now with my recent cuts. Gamepass is going to be hard to unsub too though if I'm being honest. I really do enjoy it.

Not really sure I'm making one this year. I'll play what I can where I can. Only thing I'm trying to do this year is maybe stop subbing to gamepass. I'm sort of done with subscriptions. I canceled a bunch of TV streaming channels recently too.

Halo 2, evil within 2, still wakes the deep, hellblade 2, diablo 4, halo ce, turnip boy robs a bank, gears of war 2, sunset overdrive, robocop rogue city, psychonauts 2. Quite a bit actually. Hoping to finish Indy this year too.

Didn't get it unfortunately

My two main games are Indiana Jones on xbox and Brothership on Switch. I'm also fiddling around with Willow on NES and Dk Land 3 on the Gameboy app.

@RamiBalek it's easily my goty. Zelda isn't too far behind but this is an easy 9.5/10 for me.

Pretty apparent. Probably not buying an Xbox next generation. It's pointless. And I've loved my series s up until this year.

Indiana Jones and Mario and Luigi Brothership

Played for an hour last night and it was tough to put it down, but it was also 11pm and I had work this morning. Can't wait to jump back in, I'm fully enthralled already.

Just holding out for indy still. Only mario and luigi on switch for the time being.

I hadn't realized how little I played xbox this year until now. My most played game was fallout 4 at 25hrs. My other top played were from my son. But really, I've lost my hype on xbox this year after all the back and forth, lack of big releases, putting their games on other platforms, etc. Really soured my taste on the brand unfortunately. Hoping with indy, it could reignite my love for xbox but who knows. Really took a dip this year over last year for me.

Definitely changing my background to this. It's been since Hi Fi Rushs background that I'll be changing it.

It's really the only one that matters to me anyway, so I'm good.

@sd7232 vice city is great. So is 3. I never really played San andreaa.

Metal Slug Tactics on Gamepass and Mario & Luigi

Yea, based on what I've seen online/videos, I'd have to agree with this review. Not even worried about the bugs or glitches, it's the core gameplay and how broken it is that led me to uninstall it. It's hard to justify a pre-order these days, unless it's a well known nintendo title imo. Aside from their sports titles, they usually deliver on day 1. Such a shame.

Edit: honestly, it makes me just rather play Fallout

@Tasuki haven't gotten to it yet but apparently all consoles got a nice patch to make them run much better. So I'm sure it'll be fine.

Gta Trilogy Definitive Edition

Definitely going to uninstall and wait it out. I wasn't completely sold on it anyway, I was only going to try since I have gamepass.

I can deal with the glitches, visual performance issues, bugs, etc. But based on what I've read and seen online, I'm more concerned about the actual gameplay itself. Very low weight limit, scarce resources, no fast travel, unforgiving combat, enemies seeing/hearing you when you're not in sight, silly npc interactions, among some other stuff. Doesn't sound like I'd have too much fun with it unfortunately so I'm out. Hopefully people have a good time with it who are interested.

I don't think I ever played spyro. Maaaaaybe I rented it at one point as a kid, but I can't recall. Either way, I'll check this out when I'm done with halo 2

@Tasuki I got a little more than halfway thru and I enjoyed it enough to keep playing. However, there's one chapter that's "supernatural/hallucinogenic" and I couldn't wait to finish it. Not because it was scary, but because it was just an annoying and frustrating chapter imo. Long story short after spending a good amount of time finishing it, i thought it had saved since I was back at the safe house and it didnt. Somehow it didn't auto save at the very end of that chapter and I would've had to replay the entire thing. No thank you. So I just un-installed and I'm keeping on with halo 2.

I'm buying dragon quest at some point but not sure when. I just started up M&L and that'll be a 40hr game. Ill be trying Metal Slug Tactics after Halo 2. Then indy is coming next month. Maybe ill toss it on the ol Santa WL
