Welcome to another weekend! It's been a busy week on Xbox once again, with the likes of Crimson Desert launching on Series X|S, Disco Elysium hitting the Game Pass library and more!
There's plenty to be playing, then - and here's what we're getting stuck into this weekend:

Truth be told, it'll be a fairly quiet one for me over the next few days - it's been an exhausting week and I could probably do with trying to catch some rare British sun this weekend!
In the evenings I'll be playing some bits and bobs, though. The new Black Ops 7 Zombies maps is pretty fun, I need to check out the latest Battlefield 6 update, and I must admit, that new Switch 2 handheld boost mode is keeping me hooked into all-things Nintendo at the moment.

I think it's going to be all about Disco Elysium: The Final Cut for me this weekend. I started playing it on Xbox Game Pass based on the recommendations of former Pure Xbox reviewer PJ, and I'm really digging the vibe so far. It's slow-paced and I definitely need to be in the mood to play something like that, but fortunately I am in the mood right now!
I'm also planning some rare gaming time with my wife on the (docked) ROG Xbox Ally X in the form of Retro Rewind - Video Store Simulator on Steam. I can't wait until I can play games like this on a dedicated Xbox console (when Project Helix arrives), but until then, the Xbox Ally is doing a great job at giving us access to the exhaustive Steam library.
