Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (April 11-12)

hello fellow gamers and good morning 🙂

well... I fell again for Diablo IV and bought the expansion for get the extras, including the Paladin.
what can I say: I should talk with a therapist about my addiction with Mister Diablo Lord of Hatred 😅
and more interesting I don't play to be "competitive" instead just to have fun!
I will make some example: I played 2 times the whole campaign because I like it, and I don't check online for "efficient" builds but I experiment on my own pushing the boundaries of broken characters 😃

This weekend I'm still playing Octopath Traveler II(on Switch) and Crimson Desert(PS5).

This is probably what my weekends will look like for the forseeable future and that's fine because both games are incredible.

Life is Strange Reunion - finished and platinumed! I'm a bit torn about this game. In the end, its a pretty good game that had some great moments but its also not as good as the first game and it doesnt make me feel all those feelings I got playing all those years ago. Also, changing the ending from the first game isnt the best idea even if they make it work in the story. That ending was a big part of what made the game so good, and the choice that had to be made... anyway, it was good to see Max and Chloe again and if this was to be the last LiS game then fine, I understand the choices they made making this game. Personally I hope we can get some more LiS games with new stories, I like them 🙂

I will be struggling to crack Ultra Ball rank in Pokémon Champions - I'm still experimenting with team compositions and strategies - and also finishing up Hi-Fi Rush.

Continuing on with my fresh play through of Starfield will take up most of my weekend. Its been fun so far though I haven't quite leveled up enough to start the new dlc but will hopefully get to it at some point over the weekend.

Project Motor Racing is available over the weekend thanks to Free Play Days. I have only given it a quick go with a controller so far and it was horrible to say the least (almost zero feedback & floaty on default setting).

I am going to set up my wheel & give it another try but yeah I can see why it was blasted on release (& I am trying it after multiple patches, sigh.)

Absolum, SW Outlaws and the obligatory FM races, and hopefully some Infinite firefight....but only if I can wrestle my daughter away from playing Tiny Bookshop 😄.

Starfield. I just finished the Tracker's Alliance DLC and I highly recommend it - every quest has an interesting story, new locations, and surprisingly novel combat scenarios.

Also finished Absolum (local co-op). It was OK. It does that rougelike thing where the whole game becomes easy except for the final boss, who is far more difficult. And that gets old.
