Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (April 18-19)

Welcome to another weekend! It's been a busy week in Xbox land with some interesting news reports, a whole new showcase debut and plenty of Game Pass drops to boot - so there's plenty to be playing and getting stuck into over the next few days.

Here's what we're playing this weekend:

Ben Kerry, Staff Writer

I'm away this weekend for a little treat with the other half, so I won't be doing too much gaming. I'll probably chuck my Switch 2 in the suitcase though (sneakily) and get around to my quickly-expanding backlog over on the Nintendo system.

I've just added to that backlog by picking up Resident Evil Village on there; something I've been keen to replay since blasting through Requiem back in February. I can keep chipping away at that in handheld mode, then, whilst also running through more Sonic Racing CrossWorlds tracks and other bits and pieces.

Have a lovely weekend, folks!

Ben, you're going to have to borrow the ROG Xbox Ally X - can't be dealing with all that Switch nonsense!

I joke, I joke... I love my switch! Still the Xbox Ally and my Series X are taking priority this weekend, especially in the form of more Quantum Break (look out for a feature in the near future about it), Tiny Bookshop, Dispatch and perhaps a few other things I haven't anticipated yet.

In fact, I'll tell you what else I'll likely be playing - No Man's Sky. I finally started it during the whole Artemis II hype, and I'm really impressed so far. It's a great little game, and I look forward to going on more space adventures very soon.

Have a great weekend, everyone!
