@ZeD In my experience Xbox are very good with refunds my daughter bought a version of eafc26 for 100 euro and they refunded me within 5 days.
In fairness I never downloaded the game and told them I hadn't and wouldn't it was an accidental purchase.

It was working earlier so hopefully I'm lucky and it will be ok.

@Balaam_ He is happy it's a partial outage whats with the rage my dude sounds like a nerve was hit it's nobody's fault but Sony that had a full outage take the rage to them over it!

If you're console is set as your home console then you can play downloaded games you own offline so your games will still be accessible.

My daughter was playing fine on games this morning I only noticed the notification when switching the console off there was outages.
Hopefully it's sorted by the time I'm on later I just started kingdom come deliverance 2 and really want to get stuck into it tonight!

@ZeD Yeah between the backlog and very good upcoming release's and current games on gamepass I don't want to but anything either.
Gta 6 will probably be the next gen I pick up to buy in fairness.

Not a thing and I don't plan on getting anything either currently enjoying playing pba bowling and I just started kingdom come deliverance 2 so I'm good for stuff to play!

My series x doesn't make a sound same as my series s both well made consoles no doubt about that great cooling systems especially the series x!

Other than that I'll be playing pba bowling still enjoying that game a lot the brand battles are annoying though having to control the other bowlers with totally different throw styles to my bowler!
They do be very hard to win.
I'll play some Forza horizon 6 aswell still collecting cars and leveling up online.

Do an assassin's Creed 2 remake next and eventually the whole ezio story!
I won't be buying black flag remake but I would definitely be there for ezio's and Desmond's story remade no doubt about it!!

Digital only is the near future after that streaming only I'd say lots of pushback at the start but eventually it will be ok!
Next generation with the price points being talked about.
It could be the only viable way to play certain next gen titles for a good while for a lot of us rather than paying 800 plus in what seems the best case right now for it's first few years anyways.
I love my series x I'm good myself with a huge backlog of great games I haven't started!

It was always going this way in fairness and with the series s the best selling Xbox console this gen digital would obviously be the more popular way to buy on Xbox.
I haven't bought a physical game in years and my internet went out today and nothing physical was working on my Xbox cd's DVD's game's nothing!
So even if I wanted to buy a disc game it probably wouldn't work despite my Xbox disc drive never getting used except day one haha 😂
In my overall time with Xbox since the original console the disc drives have always been crap on every console bar the original one after a few years no matter the usage it's dead!

@ZeD Yeah there's to much negativity I just don't want to know anymore and I'm definitely done being shocked about layoffs it's the industry nowadays I can't be all upset every month for complete strangers.

@FraserG That's I hell of a lot of memory free a lot more than I actually have with a 1tb series x and 512gb storage card.
But you probably need a lot of space on your Xbox because of your job.

I like the poster one after checking them out it shows slightly more of the picture and of course it's different from what we have always had so it would look nicer or at least positively in most people's eyes!

Starfield will always be a waste of time in my book!

@PsBoxSwitchOwner I definitely agree with you on kid friendly games we need more on gamepass I'd be thinking of my daughter on that not enough kiddie games in Xbox full stop!
But toys for Bob are working on a new Spyro game at least there's that.
And it's a perfect opportunity for Xbox to invest in the indie developers to pad out gamepass with quirky title's.
I love myself a good indie game and in fairness gamepass has had a good few this year already.
Shotgun roulette is a recent one I really like.
