Re: Fable Developer Highlights The Pros & Cons Of Delaying To February 2027

Mr-Cage

I would of played this regardless of GTA but it makes sense to avoid dropping the game around then.
It really looks amazing I can't wait to play it the only thing is they need to improve the facial animations apart from that what I've seen so far looks perfect.
Just hoping for some Irish accents in the game aswell with a bit of luck!

Re: 'We Have To Turn This Into A Sustainable Business' - Microsoft CEO Discusses Future Of Xbox

Mr-Cage

Start making quality games out of the franchises you own halo gears elder scrolls fallout and don't take a decade to make them.
Also buying Activision was a terrible mistake they buy call of duty just when the world stops caring about it and is losing revelance in the gaming world.
People want high quality games to play worlds to get lost in!
Give obsidian a chance with fallout again and maybe elder scrolls they could definitely make a good game a lot quicker then Todd Howard and his team.
Also really go full in on fable because it's looking like that game could be top quality!
Big quality dlc for the game is a must nothing half arsed!
Also while all this talk is great maybe shut up for a while and get to work maybe an update at the end of year on what's happening not every couple weeks.

Re: Six Games Are Confirmed For Xbox Game Pass In July 2026 So Far

Mr-Cage

Decent month ahead after seeing the gameplay trailer to halo combat evolved I went from indifferent to the game releasing to actually looking forward to playing it.
Combat looks quite fun.
Hoping maybe somehow they could add a pvp multiplayer element to the game eventually??
Seems wasted not too do it even just for pc and Xbox?

Re: Major Nelson Reveals He's Working With Xbox Again As 'Host' For FanFest 2026

Mr-Cage

@dkxcalibur I've seen it before but I never played it at the time unfortunately looks really good I'd love something like that now on Xbox.
The closest thing I would of played to that was full house poker and you where your Xbox avatar in that aswell.
They had weekly tournaments and I think you could win prizes aswell.
Gaming experiences you just can't get today unfortunately.

Re: Asha Sharma Discusses Why Xbox Decided To Bring Back Exclusives

Mr-Cage

Smartest way to do it if the helix set of consoles don't sell better than series s/x this gen then exclusive games for that console won't happen.
But if the install base is there for that console they could make most of the games exclusive.
Sounds like the most logical way to go!
Imagine a new elder scrolls exclusive to Xbox.
Not to mention exclusive dlc for games that are multiplatform.

Re: 'We'll Start To See Radically Different Business Models' - Xbox Boss Talks Future Of Consoles

Mr-Cage

@Jaxx420 Your 100% right back then the jump was mind blowing now it just slightly higher resolution smoother and higher fps blah blah but people still make out like that upgrade is on another level Haha.
Console gaming will have to be scalable and affordable going forward or it will die.
At least they know they have to do something to bring the prices down anything over 800quid in my opinion is far too expensive for just a console.

Re: 'We'll Start To See Radically Different Business Models' - Xbox Boss Talks Future Of Consoles

Mr-Cage

@themightyant Your talking a lot of sense in fairness.
The idea of an Xbox made by somebody or than Microsoft is very interesting!
Lower powered devices or stripped back features from what will be the premium version.
I'd say upscalers will be more prevalent next gen for the machines look at the difference upscalers make to games on ps5 pro and even switch 2.
It's a great way to get the best possible imagine quality out of something rendered at a much lower resolution.
Once the versions of a next gen Xbox can do more than the series x right now any version is an upgrade in my opinion.
Before getting my series x I went from Xbox one VCR to series s and that jump was quite large at that moment in time the series s is starting to struggle now I'm fairness.

Re: 'We'll Start To See Radically Different Business Models' - Xbox Boss Talks Future Of Consoles

Mr-Cage

@themightyant Sorry if I misunderstood you my friend apologies.
I wouldn't be into an ad version myself just a cheaper version and there's no doubt they will have a flag ship powerful console which will cost loads but a series s type version would be great maybe without steam and the PC side of things.
Sure there was a report recently that there will probably be at least 3 types of next gen playstation.
It's the only way going forward in my opinion buying a console nowadays is far to expensive!

Re: 'We'll Start To See Radically Different Business Models' - Xbox Boss Talks Future Of Consoles

Mr-Cage

@themightyant Well thats your personal preference also if that's the case you won't go for model so if they do end up doing that it won't effect you at all in reality!
I don't know when choice became a bad thing a couple different models is a great idea especially to get new people in the ecosystem!
They can't be worrying what people who won't purchase the product anyway will think ie the ney sayers or people like yourself only interested in what suits them a single high price and power machine that benefits the small few and would be available anyways with the cheap version.
Do you see where I'm coming from?
