@NintendoByNature Have you tried Forza Horizon 6 yet? Fantastic game if you enjoy that sort of thing.

A couple open world games for me this weekend.

Forza Horizon 6 (Series X) Just got my first wristband. Mostly been exploring the beautiful countryside of Japan. So much to do and I am loving it. So far found a few barn cars and a couple treasure cars while exploring.

Borderlands 4 (Series X) Really enjoy exploring the world of Kairos. Right now I am doing side missions to get my backpack upgraded. I have Vex right now at level 15.

Its easier to understand stand 20 days rather then 3025 hours. I hope that the make it an option to change it to either or.

I was wondering about the Drivatars difficulty, I thought I was out of practice or something and had to crank down the difficulty lower then what I usually have it on in other FH games.

Its not surprising live service games are decling unless of course you are Fortnite, and they might be too I dont honestly know since I dont follow them. Even the once juggernaut Call of Duty is seeing record lows the last two games. Then you have games like Arc Raiders, XDefiant, and Marathon where a decade ago would be popular and have steady numbers for month or even years afterwards but now die 6 months later.

Its just that people are tired of the live service model kids that grew up on Fortnite and CoD dont have mommy's and daddy's bank account to buy all their skins anymore or their income is going to adult stuff. This new generation of kids arent so much into live service games.

So we can wear a t-shirt to remind us what was once an Xbox exclusive?

@NeoRatt Right but you can clearly see that she is just a mouthpiece for the PR department. As much as I liked Phil and Phil was for the consumer which sadly corporate bosses dont like. You can tell at the end where they took Phil's power away and he basically couldnt do anything. He didnt agree with them so all he could do was choose silence.

Sharma on the other hand knows where her meals are coming from and isnt going to bite the hand that feeds her and thats what corporate wants, someone who makes them look good and makes their ideas look good no matter how bad they are. In that aspect Phil just couldnt. It was just that his ideas and the corporate bosses ideas didnt line up and sadly that was hurting the brand. Since obviously the corporate big wigs arent going to go it had to be Phil.

Yeah ok for a corporate stooge I guess she is doing good but let's be honest she's no Phil Spencer and is just doing what the uppers want.

Well I hate how you take people's money Play Asia and never send them what they ordered and then refuse to give a refund or replace the item.

@FarmDog08 @Kingleo31 The problem wasnt Phil it was the direction the the people above Phil were going. The This is an Xbox campaign, and putting games on competing consoles you can tell Phil wasnt happy about thats why he was so radio silent. Because the people above him neutered him he was powerless to do anything.

And what any corporate big wig does when an idea of theirs fails and makes the brand look bad they find a fall guy and Phil was that guy. I think at that time Phil was just burnt out and had enough he wasnt able to do what he wanted to do and so he left.

As for Sarah Bond it was clear that she was to be Phil's successor but MS corporate didn't want a power struggle they wanted a yes man so in comes Sharma. She's just a PR mouthpiece to make the corporate big wig idea's look and sound good, basically tell us what we want to hear.

Finally, the greatest Final Fantasy game is coming to Game Pass. I was waiting for this since they put the first one on Game Pass. Definitely will be playing that one.

Look at her background shes not a gamer like Phil was all she worked in was sales and PR these ideas arent hers its the corporate suites. So many people are blinded by Sharma's charm I will give her that and are so desperate for change that they don't see the truth. If they wanted to the suits could have put someone like Phil in charge, like Sarah Bond but no they didnt want a power struggle so they put in a Yes Man and thats all Sharma is, shes not doing a damn thing and people need to realize that instead of giving her were credit for nothing and acting like she's some savior.

Corporate suits arent dummies, they raised the price saw that people were upset threw Phil under the bus brought in Sharma to "lower" the price to $23. The suits still got there price increase and Sharma looks good. Its the New Coke business practice thats what they are doing.

So started playing this tonight and what a beautiful looking game. I am just enjoying all the sites this game has to offer. I will say I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything that there is to do so for the most part I just drove around tonight.

Lets be honest its not Sharma doing anything, shes just a PR drone. She's not doing anything to improve anything at all its the suits above her and shes just relaying their messages. She's not like Phil Spencer who did stuff after Don Mattrick screw it up so let's all stop pretending like shes some savior of Xbox.

@Elbow Most fighting games nowadays are beginner friendly if you play offline. Its when you go online and play against others that its not beginner friendly. But if you want to play the story or against the CPU then yeah its beginner friendly depending on how you set the difficulty.

Their campaign didnt go as planned and instead of saying we ***** up they threw Phil under the bus like most corporations do. Look at her background, its not a gaming background its all PR do you honestly think she had any of these ideas several months ago. She's a corporate stooge to pacify the public and make the corporate suites look good. She's not doing this stuff for anyone but her corporate master because they are telling her to say that.

I will probably be to busy with FH6 when these come out.

I want to but sadly my current financial situation wont let me. That ok though I can wait the few days as there are a few games I am hoping to finish up since I know once that comes out my game time is going to be takin up complete by FH6.

So sadly I wont be playing Forza Horizon 6 this weekend like alot of you due to my current financial situation. So this weekend my plan is to tackle the following.

Final Fantasy IV (Series X) Just got Edge on my team and about to go after the final elemental lord.

Heroes of Might and Magic The Olden Era (PC) Still working on the campaign.

Borderlands 4 (Series X) Will be looking to continue with this one as well. The open worldness of this game just makes it so easy to pick up and play a few hours here and there.

@Drnsnsr To be fair the Xbox One was sunk to begin with thanks to Don Mattrick, Phil came in and did damage control and did what he could to save it but by then as I said it was already sunk. As for the Series X it was going fine untill the corporates suits wanted to do what they wanted to, no more exclusives (which is honestly a good thing) the This is an Xbox campaign. The thing is sadly Phil couldnt do anything due to the suits. You can tell that Phil didnt want to go in the direction MS was headed which is why they replaced him with this clown. Then to save face they put the blame on him and, put their lackey in to make it look like shes all for the fans and shes doing what the fans want. In reality shes only doing that because the suits are allowing her to shes just a PR tool. They needed a fall guy and Phil was it.

@Sindayl Why does Xbox have McDonalds adds but Nintendo and Sony dont? Its probably due to some corporate you scratch my back I scratch yours.

MS probably provides McDonald's with Windows OS to run their computers. For a deal on it they allow McDonalds to have an add on their consoles and what not.

She wont do it, she's a corporate stooge. McDonald's paid her bosses a bunch of money for that ad so that people can see it. If she does responded, which I doubt she would its going to be some corporate written reason on why it cant be removed just to pacify people and make us look dumb when we know the real reason.

People need to stop acting like shes all for it for the average gamer. She's not. She was put in that position as a liaison between the corporate suits and the consumers to make it look like MS is listening to us and to make MS boardmember's ideas appeal to the consumer no matter how dumb the idea is. She's not like Phil who wasnt afraid to say no to the corporate b.s. and make a better product for consumers and gamers. Which is why hes no longer there and this clown has his job now.

Already grabbed Horizon Chase Turbo and all of its DLC. Such a great game and its sad that people who never get to experience it before it's remove wont. Yeah 2 will be available but in my opinion 2 is nowhere near as good.

I will probably wait for a review and even then I probably will be busy with other games. If the reviews are good maybe I will buy it down the road when its on sale.

I will be playing this mostly on a Series S since thats what I have hooked up to the bedroom tv. I do have a Series X, but I dont think the family will appreciate me hogging the main TV to play FH6.

Can't wait to play it this weekend when I have free time to just sit back and enjoy it.

@Lup @FraserG Me personally I would love to see the HD version of Street Fighter 2 come back, the one that was done with the cell shade graphics. Loved that game.

Already have it pre-installed on my Xbox Series S. I can't wait this will be the first Horizon game I play at launch.

I will eventually get it at some point. Right now I am in the middle of Final Fantasy VI Pixal Remaster, I just started Borderlands 4 with my son and I waiting for Forza Horizon 6 to come out in a few days. Now I am trying to make it a point not to buy games unless I am going to play them right away. I already have a huge backlog.

3 will always be my favorite. It was the first one I really got into. Australia just offered so much environmental variety from racing on beaches to city streets to forests it just was an amazing experience.

Borderlands 4 (Series X) Finally starting the newest chapter in the Borderlands series. I will be playing Vex the siren of course.

Heroes of Might and Magic The Olden Era (PC) Feels so good to play a new Heroes game again. Working on the campaign.

Final Fantasy IV Pixal Remaster (Seriee X) Just got Rosa and Kain back and about to go into the underworld.

Lego DLC confirmed for FH6.

Yeah, no. Thats all I need is to be playing a game and have fireworks and sparkles cover up the game screen when the achievement pops and then me dieing or crashing or whatever cause I cant see the screen.

@Shinato2024 Those people are idiots and quite frankly a disgrace to gamers. Theres nothing wrong going multiplatform in fact its better staying tied to one console/system. You introduce players to games that they wouldn't normally be introduced and building a fanbase that normally you wouldn't tap. Also it gets the devs and publishers more money and who doesnt like more money. I mean how much more money are they going to get for Forza Horizon 5 compared to 4 just by being on PS now?

Exclusivity is backwards thinking now.

@themightyant Ah ok I thought you never played them before lol. Yeah I started with FF finished that and now I am working on FF IV. I too am waiting for VI. If I finish IV I might start V but that depends on if I finish it before Forza Horizon 6 comes out cause once that comes out their goes my gaming time.

@themightyant While FF V isnt as good as VI or IV its still a solid game in the series.

For me it depends on the price of the console and of course its library but that just doesn't mean exclusives. I prefer alot of the third party games more than Sony or MS exclusives. Series like Borderlands, GTA, Diablo, for example. I am not to big on Halo, Gears, and Horizon Zero Dawn. Besides I have a PC so I can play most exclusives like Spider-man, Horizon Zero Dawn, Halo etc on PC.

@Banjo- You can get the first one for less then $20 at a used game store.

@FraserG I believe at one point the original FH and FH2 was given out with Games With Gold so if you grabbed it then you might have it in your library.

I will be getting all of them as except Forza Motersport or FH5 as I havent played those at all. In the case of Motorsport I have no interest in and 5 I have not got around to yet.

@VisitingComet1 I liked the classes in D3 especially the Demon Hunter and Witch Doctor but when D4 launched I didnt like the classes either and that skill trees, yikes. Looking forward to getting some time with the Warlock though.
