Today's Xbox Games Showcase included a partially-anticipated appearance from InXile Entertainment's new Xbox first-party game Clockwork Revolution, which was confirmed as the second Xbox console exclusive of the event after Gears of War: E-Day.

For those who haven't kept up with this one, Clockwork Revolution is a time-bending steampunk first-person RPG developed by the studio behind the Wasteland and Bard's Tale games.

We've actually seen quite a lot of this game over the years, but they've never been willing to share a release window until now. As of the Xbox Games Showcase, it's been confirmed that it's targeting a release in 2027!

Embark on a grand adventure in the steampunk metropolis of Avalon, wielding an incredible invention that allows you to travel into the past and influence key events, altering the course of history.
