Blue dragon is good if you like old school jrpgs. Game is pretty great after disc 1, same as alot of old jrpgs. Playable on back compat and its currently about $5 on sale in the store

I think with Staten back the future is brighter and without him Halo Infinite would probably have released alot worse. I personally think Halo Infinite was a really good game at release but the after launch support has been a disaster and pretty embarassing

It was obvious, Sony totally screwed up yesterday, and it's not very often you will get such a big win without having to actually do anything at all. Sonys reputation has been in the bin for a while and this is just another disaster after a long list of them this gen. You know a company is bad when they complain about costs while making $400million profit

My guess would be they absorb the added costs and keep the rrp. Then they can continue to just just roll around in all the free pr wins Sony keep giving them this gen. Why would they do anything

I'm actually playing through ninja gaiden 2 on my series x at the minute. Was awesome just popping in my old disc and it looks and plays great. Haven't played the master collection yet as it's the sigma versions I think

On eurogamer they are saying its more to do with kotick getting a payout after the deal, but who knows what to believe. From their article "A group of US senators has expressed concern at the possibility of a windfall payout for controversial Activision Blizzard boss Bobby Kotick, as part of Microsoft's proposed acquisition of his company." And "The letter points out that the acquisition process risks dampening down an employee push for accountability, and undermining it by allowing Kotick to remain in place and therefore receive a sizable payout if he leaves on good terms."

Make online play free like cloud saves are and just offer gamepass to people who want it. I don't like companies forcing things on people. I pay for GPU because its a great deal and I want it.

If a big purchase was being made this week nobody would know about it, for reasons explained in the article. "think of every other acquisition that [we've seen], did we have rumours of those before? No, because there's insider trading garbage to worry about."

It probably would of landed better if gamepass didn't come out years ago. But in a world with gamepass, it comes across as a bad service with bad pricing

Sony did a really good job advertising the value of gamepass today, but I'm not sure that was actually their aim

Competition is always good. If its a good service I will subscribe. The leaks do not sound promising but I never trust the leaks and will just wait for the announcement before judging
