@Agnostic 100 PERCENT!!! It happens with all 3. There will be no more Level 5 games coming to Xbox and Playstation. No Bethesda games for Nintendo (well maybe) and Playstation. No more Insomniac games for Xbox and Nintendo. It is what it is. It's also why I have all 3 boxes Switch, PS5, and Series X so that I don't miss anything.

@uptownsoul I'm referencing your claim to Sony making the lowest tier games worse. No we haven't seen that, so don't make assumptions.

It won't be like Game Pass at all. Anyone expecting day one titles (maybe certain indies) will be sorely disappointed. This is going to be combining Plus and Now. I don't expect this to be like GP in the slightest. However, I do agree with some that the price is key.

I'm pretty sure we will. I never even knew this was a timed exclusive. One thing I'll give Playstation is that for the most part...they're transparent about how long a timed exclusive is.

Now ask me again how transparent they are when it comes to games like FF7 Remake.

Enjoy the games. All 3 games were excellent. Crazy puzzles and decisions that effect different outcomes. About time Xbox got these games.

@Tharsman Well not having PS5s does play a significant part in PS5 not selling as much as Xbox. Let's at least be real on that part. Xbox still sold amazing and will continue to do so.

@Trmn8r They (Playstation) are only going to show their platform. Doesn't mean it's exclusive to them. Just like the Cowabunga Collection. It's on all platforms, but if Playstation is showing the trailer...it will only show the PS logo. No different than if Xbox showed the trailer and would only show the Xbox logos. Same with Nintendo.

Yeah I want an XSX so I can fully enjoy some of the games in the highest quality and such. I want to be able to play the new Halo, Forza, Fable, Starfield (as you've mentioned), etc on that console. I hate that it's not readily available.

I'll wait for an official release of the info before I pass judgement. Either way, it won't be like GamePass.

@RevGaming That's a fact as well. It's why I have all the consoles (except for Series X. Can't find one). I have friends on all consoles.

@RevGaming Agreed! I truly don't understand if a game is marginally better on one console, what difference does it make. Still get the game on YOUR console of preference. You're getting the same experience.

Most certainly looking forward to this. The only thing keeping me from really being more hyped about it is not having a Series X to play it on. If only I could get my hands on one.

@Banjo- Yes they did. It's been widely known for years now. Nothing new. The development costs were covered by Sony. Which is why it was exclusive. We've seen other platforms have marketing rights and such and still be multiplat.

I'm trying not to be that guy, but....ahhh f it! I'm extremely jealous that not only did she get her hands on a Series X, but she got a Halo edition one. How did she pull that off?! Well it still is a heart warming story. Even if I still have to wait for mines. At least I got my daughter a Series S. She's VERY happy with it.

@Sol4ris SFV was a different beast. Capcom financially was struggling and asked for help. Sony stepped in and co funded, which in turn made it console exclusive.

@IronMan30 See...I don't agree that I mostly see one fanbase dogging the other more. They ALL do it. It's typical to say that you would see it more from the PS side, no different than them saying the same about Xbox. Still, I digress. I'm just happy that we won't hear about Starfield and hopefully this game going anywhere as Phil himself stated many times now. Don't know what PS fans or any of them feel like there's a port coming. It's not and should be expected without explanation.

@anoyonmus I have honestly never heard of PS fans asking for games like Fire Emblem. I mean never! Astral Chain...yes for a short while. Both PS and Xbox fans were clamoring over Bayo 2 was nothing short of annoying.

This is no offense to you or anyone else here. I fully expect some of you to rag on PS fanboys no different than going on Push and see them crap on Xbox fanboys. Nintendo folks do the same. It just the same crap all the time.

@BlueOcean It's not just PlayStation fans though. Nintendo fans have been vocal about it as well. I mean I don't know how some of these other fanbases process info, but if I was spending 7.5 billion to have exclusives games to my platform...why on Earth would that mean I was sharing with anyone else?! That's no knock on PS and Ninty fans. Just saying...

San Andreas is definitely my favorite one. With Vice City as a very close 2nd.

@PapaGlitch Crazy thing for PS gamers is that they get the PS4 version of GTA3. It's not the PS5 version. Xbox is getting the Series X version of San Andreas. PS drew the short stick on that. Should have had Vice City instead of just GTA3. San Andreas is most certainly welcomed.

Xbox seems to be the best place to play Crysis Trilogy. I started to get the PS5 version, but now I'll wait until I'm able to get my hands on a Series X.

It's certainly going to perform much better than it's predecessors. Good stuff!

These type of acquisitions that don't hinder other platforms directly are cool to me. As long as no one touches Square, Capcom, Sega, Rockstar, etc. I think the gaming community would be good.

While GoW 2018 was by far my favorite GoW game. It's definitely not the best game of all time. We're not doing that! That poll was unbelievable. Not hating because of love God Of War. It's one of my favorite franchises, but it's not the best game of all time. Too many other contenders for that spot.

I can't freakin' wait to get my hands on a Series X. I'm feeling left out here.

@FriendlyOctopus It's all good. Still...do expect more content from them though. As soon as the timed exclusivity deals with Sony ends, we'll be seeing some of that FF7R action and other games.

@FriendlyOctopus Nah I highly doubt Xbox acquiring Square. However, the relationship between Square and Xbox is stronger though. I just don't see Square alienating their relationship with Sony and Nintendo.

@Murray Business is business sir. Do you hear any dev that has done any business with time exclusivity apologize to other platforms about not getting the game at the same time other have?

In my experience, it's very much difficult for me to find a Series X than a PS5. I'm here in the States. Series S is actually kind of easy to get. Unfortunately that's not the SKU I want. I want the Series X. Hoping one comes available.
