I got the game for $16 at Best Buy. It runs fairly well on Series X, but it's a shame they tried to maximize profit; they should have abandoned last gen consoles. And CEO's aren't creative directors.
Halo is outdated. Fired up MCC for nostalgia and it was gross; then tried the more recent games and very disappointing. A freshly landscaped lawn will be more satisfying.
Yeah I have the 65" Q80T for Series X. It does good things. While the 120hz option is nice, I tend to leave the console at 60hz for the fidelity. Testing Cold War for example, the game looks a lot better at 60hz without ray tracing, without HDR than it does at 120hz, and the VRR makes the 60hz silky smooth. Although I'm pretty sure the system hits 60fps without problems.
Aside from being OEM which is always a plus as far as I'm concerned. How will this be better than my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2? We'll have to see.

The downgrade to what seems like 1200p @ 120 is too much. Poorly optimized typical CoD. 4K 60 should be the industry wide standard and target.
I use energy saving mode; I don't want unnecessary electricity causing unnecessary wear on the electrical components inside the Series X I paid a premium for.

Nope. Haven't had an Xbox since the original Xbox. Got a Series X this time around because of Game Pass Ultimate. Don't regret it.

Wonder if this will fix the Dolby lag in games. Dolby (all Dolby bitstream formats) Atmos soundbar is useless with Series X.
