You might have seen our sister site Nintendo Life highlighting a couple of terrible lawn mower games on Nintendo Switch earlier this month, but on Xbox, we only get the best. That's why Phil Spencer has worked his magic to bring us Lawn Mowing Simulator, which conjured up quite the buzz at yesterday's Xbox Indie Showcase!

Seriously, we know that simulators like these can be really popular, and Lawn Mowing Simulator is no joke, featuring an authentic and expansive roster of licensed lawn mowers from Toro, SCAG and STIGA.

The game will allow you to build your own lawncare business from the ground up - purchase and upgrade your headquarters, hire employees, purchase advertising and balance the books as you grow and expand your business. And of course, in regards to the actual mowing, the game will offer an in-depth, physically authentic experience.

Lawn Mowing Simulator will release for Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S this summer, but if you want to try it next week, you can sign up now for a limited time playtest via the Xbox Insider app on your console.

Lawn Mowing Simulator explores the Great British countryside and invites players to ride an authentic and expansive roster of licensed lawn mowers from prestigious manufacturers; Toro, SCAG and STIGA as they manage their mowing business.

Go on then, admit it. You're more excited for this than Halo Infinite, aren't you? It's OK, you can tell us.
