This feature has not changed how I buy games, I barely even use it.
Way too many of my physical Xbox One and Series X games are simply not supported by it.

My current account has been in active use for exactly 7 years now.

This weekend I'll just continue playing Tactics Ogre: Reborn on Switch in between my Tales of Eternia Remastered sessions, also on Switch.

If I can make the time for them, I will also be playing both Area 51 and Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War(Definitive Edition) on PC.

I'll just stick to the TrueAchievement's year in review feature, just like I always do.

This weekend I'm playing Tactics Ogre: Reborn on Switch and Pokémon Infinite Fusion on PC.
I finally started S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 the other day though, on PS5.
Feels really cool so far.

The Monster Hunter Stories games are fantastic.
Especially the second one.

I'll buy the game once it is back in stock in my country.
Was unable to pre-order it due to important life stuff taking priority.
I hope I will like it though, whenever I get to play it.
Hopefully this one also has a decent split-screen mode, something Gears 5 did not have.

Now if they could just make more games Play Anywhere, I would be happy.
As it stands, only 5 of my 40+ physical Xbox One/Series X games support that feature.

I bought an Xbox One in October 2019 but made a new account when I did that.

But on my old Xbox 360 account(made that in late 2008 when I bought my first Xbox 360 and used it between then and late 2014), I think there would potentially be 2 more.

This weekend I will most likely just be at the PC, playing Crysis(the 2007 version) and Pokémon: Infinite Fusion while I adjust to my new glasses but I'll try to make time for playing something on Switch for once, maybe Guns of the Patriots.

I might watch some anime in case I can't bother with playing any games.

I thought Halo 2 Anniversary was the remake of the second game?

This week I will probably continue to inaugurate my first PC since 2004 with the good version of GTA IV aswell as a few other older games like X-Men Origins: Wolverine and The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena.
I will probably also continue playing Dark Messiah of Might and Magic.
I'll also get started in Pokémon Infinite Fusion for real.

Other than those, I'll continue playing Fantasy Maiden Wars on Switch and I will try to squeeze in a session of Onimusha: Way of the Sword too.

This weekend I'm continuing to play the fantastic Switch version of Fantasy Maiden Wars: Dream of the Stray Dreamer alongside Onimusha: Way of the Sword on Series X(probably my first actual GOTY-candidate of this year, very reminiscent of Sekiro but maybe a bit too easy at times, it's still fun though).

I'll eventually convert as many of my games as I can, just in case.
So, provided that all of them will be possible to be converted, we're looking at 60+ games.

Game Pass kinda looking more and more barebones with each one of these monthly line-ups.

Cold War is at least good.

Blazblue: Entropy Effect X, obviously.

So...a bit shorter than Fable Anniversary then...?
Hopefully that's just a rough estimate, 20 hours for the main story sounds really short so here's hoping it's actually a lot longer.

Yeah, I gave up on it.
I can tap fairly fast but when the required input speed is doubled thanks to game running at a locked 60 FPS on Series X but the QTE is programmed for 30 FPS that creates an issue.
TL;DR game is almost impossible to beat on the Series X.

This weekend I'm continuing to play through the endgame in Granblue Fantasy: Relink on PS5 but I will also be playing more Fantasy Maiden Wars on Switch.
On Xbox Series X, I'll most likely keep things simple with Bully: Scholarship Edition due to my playthrough of GTAIV coming to an abrupt end thanks to the helicopter QTE in the final mission of the game being impossible for me to pass(thanks to the required inputs being tied to the game's uncapped framerate, meaning that on Series X, game runs at a locked 60 FPS and therefore, the QTE requires twice as many inputs from the player. This "glitch" was never fixed).

I didn't watch.

Been too busy playing Grand Theft Auto IV today.

Welp, don't think I'll be getting it on console then.
My plan is to prioritize my backlog from 2028 onwards until I get myself a PC.
So hopefully I'll actually be able to force myself through Witcher III(and maybe Witcher II) before this thing comes out.

It getting an inconsistent swedish dub that I got forced to watch with friends at the time also traumatized me beyond repair. 😅

I was never a fan of it when it originally released and I don't see a new version of it changing that.

I would not mind a remaster of the movie tie-in game though.
In my opinion the best thing to come out of that dumpster fire of a movie.

This is still an oddity since most other Ubisoft games who have received similar 4K/60 FPS updates show the XS badge as intended, regardless of if it's the standard or definitive edition.
Even weirder still, Wildlands' definitive edition already existed before this update so the argument that Ubisoft released said edition as a native Series X/S app only now makes no sense to me.

This weekend I'm working on beating what I think is the final boss in FFX but will also be playing more Fantasy Maiden Wars -DREAM OF THE STRAY DREAMER-.

I still gotta play through the rest of this with my friends but holy ***** is it a pretty mediocre slog of a game when it comes to combat and how the awful dice rolls work.

It's pretty good.
Better than the old remake, that's for sure.

Still playing Final Fantasy X, 80 hours in and trying to get the ultimate weapons for most of my party(I refuse to engage with Blitzball in order to get Wakka's ultimate weapon) and then partially upgrading them in order to then attempt to fight Sin again.
But man, the stuff needed to upgrade them is a slog, especially if you, like me, only realize right before the final boss that the game has optional content

First one for me was the original Gears of War but Gears Tactics is probably my favorite these days.

Least favorite is Gears of War Judgment as it seemed to miss the point entirely and just felt like a shooting gallery featuring hordes of every enemy type up to that point in the series despite being set before the first game if I recall correctly.
I like the developer of that one(People Can Fly) but Judgment is easily their worst game, no contest.

I was playing 007: First Light all day yesterday and didn't notice that anything was wrong.

My Series X makes barely any noise after I cleaned it a few weeks ago but even before that it barely made any noise.

This weekend I'm finally playing 007: First Light. 😁
I'm only 10 hours in but so far it's really good.

Might also play more FFX but I'm currently stuck on a time-consuming boss so I feel pretty bleh about playing that one right now.

Tides of Tomorrow is great and everyone should play it.

I would love to see crossplay get added so I can play with a buddy of mine.

This weekend I will hopefully wrap up Final Fantasy X and maybe even Motorslice and that's about it.

I first played Halo in 2003 when I got a pre-owned Xbox but it's funnily enough not a game I have any particularly fond memories of.

I guess my favorites are Halo Reach, Halo 5 and Halo 2(despite the lack of the assault rifle), with ODST getting an honorable mention for being a cool take on the formula.

Don't think I've heard of this one before but it being compared to Telltale's old stuff doesn't instill me with any kind of enthusiasm. 😅
Like sure, I "played" the first seasons of both The Walking Dead and that one Game of Thrones Telltale game and I guess they were neat for the time but I think those types of "games" belong in the past.

Haven't played through Black Flag yet.
Tried it back on the 360 in like 2014 and dropped it pretty fast as I didn't vibe with the pirate setting at all, thought it was a pretty dumb setting to have while also having the memory desync mechanic in place if you strayed just a bit too far outside of the current memory's story area.

But!
I did buy it on Switch earlier this year and I'm planning on playing through it once and for all just to have it done.

This weekend I'll continue playing FFX on Switch and Ninja Gaiden 4 on Series X.

Hopefully I will beat FFX within the next week or so as I have a bunch of other games in my backlog of JRPG's I wanna get to.

I am very happy to see Ninja Theory leave the "First-party developer prison" and that Double Fine becomes independent again. 😁
