Welcome to the weekend! We've had so many Xbox Game Pass additions over the past few days that are worth checking out on Saturday and Sunday, along with some Free Play Days titles and the massive Xbox Ultimate Game Sale!
Here's what we're playing on Xbox this weekend:

Three games in particular are on my mind for the weekend. The first is PBA Pro Bowling 2026, which has just arrived on Xbox Game Pass. I'm not a massive fan of bowling games by any means, but I've always been curious about this one since the reviews ended up being really good, so this marks the perfect excuse to give it a try.
Another one is OlliOlli World, which I just picked up in the Xbox Ultimate Game Sale for £4. Liam had great things to say about it in his Pure Xbox review a few years ago, so I felt it was worth biting at that price! And finally, I want to get through Halo: Combat Evolved once more before the arrival of Halo: Campaign Evolved, just for comparison's sake!

I’m honestly struggling to find words to express just how excited I am heading into a weekend with Halo: Campaign Evolved. We’ve got our review code ahead of next week’s launch, and genuinely, I’m a little overwhelmed.
It feels silly to write, especially as I’m yet to even boot the game, but simply knowing I get to re-experience the video game that inspired my love for the whole medium? Well, I feel like my nine-year-old self all over again.
Before I officially plop myself down to play Halo, I do fancy spending a bit more time with The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu. It’s janky, sure, but it’s genuinely spooky, and I think I kinda might actually be enjoying it.
