Well deserved recognition for Sandfall. Expedition 33 is a fantastic game. I hope we get word on the DLC soon.

@Shinato2024 I really enjoyed it as well. I played it to completion on Game Pass. With New Game+ I may pick it up for myself in a sale.

For $9.99 I picked it up just to have. Not a huge Halo fan or player, but that was a good deal.

Decisions made may be all over the place by Microsoft, but the Xbox Series X console itself (minus my thoughts on the games themselves) is the best console I've ever owned going all the way back to the NES. I'm glad others will now get to enjoy it.

@shoeses mine finally corrected after about 3 months.

@Kaloudz I prefer the turn-based myself. I was able to finish Kiwami 1, but that's it. Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth are perfect games to me.

I'm guessing $800-$1,000. I'd rather have the next xbox even if it is $1,200 -$1,500, even if I don't pick it up at launch. I have too many games on xbox console to just abandon.

@Divide_and_Wander great game. I finished it recently and I've finished DQ1 and am on DQ2 now.

Had some redeemed reward points to credit that expire next month. Picked up Halo Master Chief Collection, Ni No Kuni, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, and The Disney Aternoon Collection and had 8 cents leftover. I'm good until Dragon Quest VII Reimagined comes out now.

With my Gamepass subscription ending the day after Christmas, this will be a great swan song game to play with my son.

Wow, this all sounds terrible and a train wreck. I have no interest in co-op and the unable to pause nonsense. I had downloaded earlier this week in hopes to finish before GPU expires next month. Oh well, my hard drive just got a sigh of relief. So sad as I had a blast with BLOPS6 last year after not playing a COD game since Black Ops 1 and MW3. Oh well, back to Dragon Quest II HD 2D for me.

My subscription ends the day after Christmas and I'm just going to let it lapse. I have plenty to play for now without it.

Just playing through Dragon Quest I at a leisurely pace before cracking into Dragon Quest II.

Interesting while it lasted. I was able to finish in a weekend and I haven't thought about it since. I'd say a solid 7.

Working through Dragon Quest I and II for me!

I only played Keeper and Ball x Pit. I did not like Ball x Pit at all. Keeper was a fun title that I 100%, so Keeper is my choice.

Playing some Ori and the Blind Forest until Dragon Quest I and II come out next week.

@Tdx I did play about half of Origins years later after Odyssey. It just never resonated with me. Odyssey is just too good.

@Tdx loved AC Odyssey. It is the only AC I've really played, but fantastic game. Now I want to play it again, thanks!

Playing Keeper. Interesting little game so far.

I think I'm going to give this one a go just because I still have Game Pass through Christmas, but at the end of the month it's all about Dragon Quest I + II for me.

If it has New Game+ there is a higher chance that I will replay, especially those longer RPGs. With New Game+ I can usually just steamroll through the game and enjoy the story with a much smaller time commitment.

I don't even have to think about this one. Expedition 33 is my 2025 Game of the Year and nothing else has even come close.

It's just not worth it anymore for me. I love Game Pass, but I'm just priced out for Ultimate and not interested without the day one Microsft Studios games. I just don't game enough for the rest to make up for that.

Final Fantasy Tactics for me!

I'm only interested for the play anywhere games I have over cloud, other than that, nah.

Seriously, who has the time to play everything? The price was justifiable via rewards, but that is no longer. I play maybe 1-2 hours max per night. The value is just not there for me anymore.

Sorry Xbox, you're still my #1 gaming platform, but I'm out on Gamepass at the end of the year. I actually regret subbing for 3 more months recently, even at 12,000 rewards points per month. I'd rather have those points back and put them towards games I want to buy. This may end up being the console generation I bow out at afterall and just play until it breaks or I become bored altogether.

My sub is ending at the end of the year. I'm just going to let it lapse and play what I already own.

Ouch! I added 3 months of GPU last week for 36k points. Im now priced out of GPU at $30/month. I have plenty to play, but still hurts.

@redd214 I haven't paid in years either, but I'm exclusively on Xbox with a little Switch 1 mixed in. My backlog is about to get a lot more attention. Great system while it lasted. Whatever points I do earn from now on will just be for purchasing the few games a year I buy now anyway.

I'm getting the message now. Currently I can get a month of Game Pass Ultimate for 12,000 points. To pay for a month of Game Pass Ultimate plus taxes will be about a $25 gift card now which costs 23,750 points. I don't even think you can earn that much in a month anymore. (US market). Nothing last forever. It was a great run while it lasted.

Sadly, I think Mistwalker has put any hope of Lost Odyssey or Blue Dragon remakes on ice in previous comments. Maybe someday, though.

Very blah to be honest. It was the worst xbox stream in several years now. Hopefully they get back to form in January. Very surprised they did not announce the ROG Ally prices.

Getting this one. Just haven't decided if I want the base game or the deluxe edition yet.

@AverageJoseph I had only played Dragon Warrior on the gameboy (finished), a little bit of VII on PS (don't think I got far), VIII (never finished), XI S on Xbox (finished, thank you Game Pass), and now III (finished). I have definitely slept on this amazing series until lately. Interestingly enough it was Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Ichiban's love of DQ that made me really want to dive into this series again. So glad I have and what a better time to do so!

@AverageJoseph the DQ 3 Remake is Amazing! I got it at the end of July and 100% it last night with about 68hrs put in.

@AverageJoseph That is what holds me back. Dragon Quest XI S is the best new RPG that Square Enix has released. The Octopath Traveler games are good too, but for the grand Final Fantasy style games, Dragon Quest has now become my favorites over recent FF games.
