@Ricky-Spanish it's ridiculously good right now. I don't play a lot, but i try to get about a level a session if not more in MP. I can't really say there is a single map I hate. Almost done with the campaign too. Very impressed by what they've accomplished this go-around.

@Balaam_ I'd argue the competent consumer uses GamePass to play games for next to nothing instead of spending thousands on games over a generation. I rarely play games twice, so owning a physical copy is just more junk to have around the house collecting dust. I used to buy games for decades and that's what it amounted to in the long run, for me, that is.

BO6 is a lot of fun. I came in expecting to play the campaign and bounce, but I've only gotten about halfway through the campaign so far (finished High Rollers) and wound up spending all my time in MP. We'll done Treyarch!

@K1LLEGAL I still find it hard to believe Infinite Wealth isn't in the GOTY conversations right now. It should easily win in my eyes.

I create a bald dude and a beard 100% of the time, just like in real life. I don't need a gazillion options.

MP with the mic completely muted is the way to go. It just allows you to play and have fun at your own pace.

This one could be good. Hope it is coming sooner than expected. Lots of good stuff coming in 2025, with my most anticipated being Expedition 33 in the Spring.

Borderlands 4 for me.

BO6 runs excellent on Series X and is a part of GamePass. Can't really beat that.

I'm playing on Series X and the only issue I see is when I'm in the lobby and the Operators are walking around it hiccups a bit. During matches it's been super smooth for me, which is what really matters.

@NEStalgia Go for it! I have only played the original Modern Warfare and original Black Ops game more than a decade ago. I am so into BO6. Very good game to get into, ESPECIALLY if you have Game Pass. This one's a no brainer!

I'm one of them! I went in thinking I'd just play the campaigns and bounce, but I tried out MP and I'm loving it! Not very good as I'm only lvl 15 after 18 matches, but it's keeping me wanting to come back. Even if it's in small bursts.

@Ricky-Spanish I'm seriously impressed after not playing a COD game in over 12 yrs. So much fun, campaign and MP.

@Wisegamer I haven't played COD in over 12 years and I don't really play shooters anymore...but...I'm having a blast in this MP. I'm terrible, yes, but it's still so fun and fluid. Feels like the good old days of Modern Warfare and the first Black Ops.

@Mogzino I like their Xbox podcast Unlocked as well as the Playstation and Nintendo ones Beyond and Nintendo Voice Chat repectively, and they have a lot of posts per day.

@PsBoxSwitchOwner I've seen other reviews for the campaign before the MP. Just curious why it's absent, without even a review in progress post by them. Still seems odd to me. This is one of the biggest launches each and every year, regardless if one likes it or not.

I'm kinda curious why no review on PushSquare. Bitter melons?

2 missions done on the campaign and I'm excited about it. Need to try MP and Zombies at some point.

Slowly working through BO6 campaign. May try Zombies or MP just to check them out. I've finished the first 2 campaign missions so far. Also working through the FF Pixel Remasters. I've 100% FFI and FFIV, working through FFVI now.

@Scrubchub ditto! Release the back catalog! I want to play the campaigns I missed over the last decade+.

Just played the first mission over lunch (love working from home) and it's off to a great start!

@Lup the original Modern Warfare trilogy is top notch! I haven't played the newer ones.

@CallMeDuraSouka I'm holding off until the others are released in GamePass. I'll do the same for Cold War, but BO6 sounds too good to wait on.

I haven't played a campaign of COD since the original Black Ops, but I think I'll give this one a go, especially with it being on GamePass. Not too interested in MP, but I may give Zombies a crack as well.

@DoctorJohnDisco Agreed. I had fully expected the previous Black Ops games to release on Game Pass before BO6. I'm half in, because I only finished BO1 when it released and have no idea what the plot is now, but I want to give this campaign a go. I may just check it out really quick and wait for the others to play them in order.

I remember when this came out. I do not remember it being any good, though. Is this a cult classic status or something?

I have all the games through Games With Gold. I really need to get around to them. I almost finished Origins at launch, but must've gotten distracted back in the day. Maybe after then I'll give this one a go. It'll probably be on EA'S subscription service in a year too.

@Bigmanfan Not as great as they used to be. It is still easy to get Game Pass Ultimate for free each month, though.

@Bigmanfan It helps when you're looking for a quick Game Pass achievement for rewards purposes.

@Fiendish-Beaver I want to try it, but Persona 5 was not for me. I did not like the content or the social aspect of it. I dont mind long games, but I dont like unnecessary bloat.

I'm looking forward to trying Sifu. I'll probably try the BO6 campaign as well, but I really wish they added the others first. I played BO1 back in the day, but not the others.

@DJKingaling i played Gaiden before IW dropped to see that perspective. I'm on the last chapter of Yakuza Kiwami and I'm thinking of starting Yakuza 0 next.

@DJKingaling the newer, turn-based games are amazing. I've gone back to play Yakuza Kiwami and it's pretty good. I prefer the turn-based, but the story is great either way.

I dunno. I love Final Fantasy, but the new VII remakes and XVI just don't interest me. Glad I have the Pixel Remasters now, though.

@Medic_alert Switch is so bad over wifi.

Not sure what I get, but when downloading games I've seen as low as under 100mb and as high 500+mb. It can fluctuate wildly, but I do download things pretty quickly with a wired connection.

@PsBoxSwitchOwner It's definitely an "unto each their own" type of thing. I wake up pretty early anyways and usually have it done before I even start work. It's the days where the 15min delay is in that drags it out. I get the play a game at night and I use TrueAchievements to find a quick game that I can get at least one Game Pass game achievement per day. I usually knock that one out via cloud streaming on my lunch break.

@PsBoxSwitchOwner realistically? Maybe an hour.

@StylesT It can still be worth it for the rewards. It still pays for a month of Game Pass Ultimate and then some. I can generally knock all the searches out and get most of the available points by lunch or sooner just by chipping away at it.

I'll sometimes go several weeks with just the 5sec wait, but then there will be a day, sometimes two, where I have the 15 min delay again. Today is one of those days. (USA)
