Microsoft Rewards Adds New 'Feedback Portal' Feature Inspired By Xbox Player Voice

We've got a cool new feature being implemented for Microsoft Rewards! If you've ever had any suggestions about how to improve the program, Microsoft is now officially asking for your input as part of a new Feedback Portal.

This works exactly the same way as the Xbox Player Voice feature that was introduced back in May, allowing fans to submit their feedback and upvote the suggestions they're most interested in. Then, if and when Microsoft chooses to act upon them, they'll update the website with an official statement about what they've done.

It's still very, very early days, but here's an initial look at the Microsoft Rewards Feedback Portal dashboard:

Microsoft Rewards Adds New 'Feedback Portal' Feature Inspired By Xbox Player Voice 2

In the case of Xbox Player Voice, we've only seen one piece of feedback being fully addressed so far, which is the ability to display playtime in total hours instead of days. That said, the Xbox team have insisted they're "listening" to the suggestions, and we assume the Microsoft Rewards crew will be doing the same thing with this new portal.

There are only 12 pieces of feedback on the Microsoft Rewards Feedback Portal as things stand, so it's not really worth looking into them too much just yet, although it's notable that redeeming Xbox Game Pass subscriptions directly (instead of via Xbox Gift Cards) is the #1 suggestion after less than 24 hours of the program going live.

Anyway, we'll stop rambling - go and check out the portal if you've got feedback for the Microsoft Rewards team, and here's hoping this leads to an even better MS and Xbox Rewards service throughout the rest of 2026 and beyond.
