We're exactly a week away from another Xbox showcase! The Xbox broadcast at Tokyo Game Show 2026 is officially happening on September 17th, and we've been treated to a few more details of what to expect from it.
Xbox says that the showcase will be focused around "an exciting lineup of games coming to the platform this year", and will include "TGS-exclusive content, new gameplay and moments built specifically for this stage".

Join us on Thursday, September 17 at 7:00pm JST (3am Pacific / 6am Eastern / 11am UK) for the XBOX Tokyo Game Show 2026 Broadcast on our official XBOX channels to see an exciting lineup of games coming to the platform this year. Hosted by Misuzu Araki, this year’s broadcast includes TGS-exclusive content, new gameplay and moments built specifically for this stage. Our annual Tokyo Game Show broadcast is proof of what is possible when creativity from across the region meets a truly global platform and XBOX is committed to being the stage where new and beloved franchises reach players around the world.
As mentioned, this event takes place at 3am PT / 6am ET / 11am BST on the 17th. Here's a full list of times:
- North America: 3am PDT / 4am MDT / 5am CDT / 6am EDT
- UK/Ire: 11am BST
- Europe: 12pm CEST / 1pm EEST
- Asia/Oceania: 7pm JST / 6pm AWST / 8pm AEST
We'll be hosting the full showcase live here at Pure Xbox for you to watch (and chat with other PX members about it), and a recap will also be available as soon as it's over. The Xbox Tokyo Game Show showcase has traditionally been quite good for surprises (particularly for third-party Game Pass announcements), and last year's broadcast even treated us to the unveiling of Forza Horizon 6.
Don't expect anything along those lines this year, but it still should be a decent watch no matter what!
