Not a huge fan of Survival modes. Like Streets of Rage 4 survival mode. I don't really see the point.

You have to sit through the first boring easy Waves 1-20 for 15 minutes until it starts to get challenging. Then you eventually get overwhelmed and die.

And.... what? Is that it? What's the point? They don't end. You can't win. What's the purpose? I'd rather just another pack of main campaign levels.

@DTfeartheBEARD I love gyro myself. There's some sort of Xbox controller add on that supposedly adds gyro support but I haven't gotten around to buying it yet.

There's a few questionable changes like nerfing the railgun in single player which is a bit of a head scratcher but the positive changes vastly vastly outweigh the bad ones.

This is essential and quite possibly the definitive Q2 experience. Good stuff.

@Dramlin You've probably only played the Payload final mission. Which bored me too. And "Dino cull" regular mission types.

But there's, Energy Hammer, Area Defence, Vortexer Sabotage, NPC Escort missions (lol), Energy Taker big PvP mission, A/B/C point pvp control missions.

And the games best *****... 10 player Neo-saur battles. I honestly would urge you to at the very least play up to the 10-player Neo T-Rex battle before you decide whether to move onto something else! You have to play it!

I think you only should need about 20-25 matches to get to that point. Just make sure to keep clicking all the ! story tabs to move it along (I skipped every single cutscene lol)

@Dramlin you won't have access to all the games modes and game types until at least 10+ hours. They bafflingly tied that to the games, ahem, "story".

It's actually pretty good but it needs some QoL updates and definitely some new modes.

There's a new PVE end game mode coming in like 1-2 weeks. But there needs to be something like a PVP team death match.

And the dinosaur mechanic should have to be a team vote to activate it rather that one random person on your team. It's so vital that it be used at the right time having one player in a 5-team game use it whenever they want makes no sense.

I'll pay the extra £2 a month but I'm not happy about it.

I have no faith in any game that's in development hell by western devs.

Vsync will 100% be on so as to not have the image tear because all they care about are the pretty visuals. So it will have tons of input lag and won't feel great.

And motion blur is hideous it's always the first thing I turn off in games.

@Banjo- lots of people are playing that unreleased Goldeneye. It seems that it randomly crashes or something and there's even a fix to stop that I think?

This is still mostly a proof of concept early development version of the emulator. It will get better but yeah, it's already running that Goldeneye game.

@InterceptorAlpha yep the compatibility is VERY low. Practically only Xbox live arcade games like Pacman and marvel Vs capcom 2 and a handful of other small XBLA games work right now.

They are 1/2 days from updating though and they're also doing a Xenia Canary version too which might see better performance and compatibility
