Re: These Ten Games Are Leaving Xbox Game Pass Today (October 31)

anoyonmus

@Tasuki well its kinda of a long story

Basically, Scott Cawthon made a game called Chipper & Sons Lumber Co. However many people complained that the characters look very scary. Cawthon was initially discouraged from this and wanted to quit game development but instead used the feed back and created Five Night's at Freddy's.

Why is it so popular (especially the amount of likes and hype for FNAF Security Breach which I am personally pretty hyped for) you asked? One of the reasons is because it is very simple and easy to play but it is hard to master. As each night progresses, the animatronics get even more aggressive and you have to start rethinking many strategies.

When the first game came out in 2014, it released to little fanfare at the time. However let's play gamers such as Markiplier made the game incredibly popular. In fact one of the biggest advantages this franchise has is the lore. The lore is very complicated and there are so many theories that people have (and the story is STILL HARD TO SOLVE). You also got people, like Matpat making videos on FNAF theories.

FNAF also had the most amount of sequels in like a few years which is another reason it got popular

Re: A Star Wars Video Game Reveal Is Being Teased For December

Maybe it could be that Ubisoft developed Star Wars game. I think it is time for someone else to handle Star Wars games for some time. We need a break from EA Star Wars games.

Jedi Fallen Order 2 would be cool but I would personally want to see Star Wars games being developed by someone else other than EA

Re: Castlevania Advance Collection Has Been Rated For Xbox

anoyonmus

@GunValkyrie it is the same price as the Anniversary Collection. So yeah, $19.99.

Also it not only contains the three GBA games but also the SNEA Dracula X game

If you want proof that it is coming out on the day it was announced, watch the Nintendo Direct. There is only an Xbox One version but you can play it in Series X/S via backwards compatibility

Re: Castlevania Advance Collection Has Been Rated For Xbox

anoyonmus

Got some good news. Ratings like these are almost always real. I meant that the game does exist. It’s only a matter time that Konami announces it.

It could be in the rumored Nintendo Direct. It could be at TGS OR on September 26th which is Castlevania’s 35th anniversary

Re: Castlevania Advance Collection Has Been Rated For Xbox

anoyonmus

Maybe Nintendo could reveal this at a direct cause the GBA castlevania games apart from SOTN and Rondo of Blood are some of the best castlevania games. gba is Nintendo hardware so maybe it will be announced at that event someday. It will be multiplatform of course.

This year is truly a year of Metroidvanias. We got the release of Axiom Verge 2 and other Metroidvanias games have come out during the years. Castlevania brought back Grimorie of Souls and also we have that rumored GBA collection for all platforms. And ofc Metroid Dread which is coming out next month

Re: Review: Sonic Colors: Ultimate - A Rollercoaster Thrill Ride

anoyonmus

@Jaxx420 yeah. But I am surprised is that NintendoLife did not mention any glitches in Sonic Colors Ultimate for Switch version. They said they did not encounter anything.

Also it is worth noting that these people who were able to access it early probably did not get the day 1 patch. And also worth nothing that the PS4 and Xbox One have some glitches as well

Re: Review: Sonic Colors: Ultimate - A Rollercoaster Thrill Ride

anoyonmus

@Bmartin001 I also heard some of the bugs were just from an emulator. Also I did hear some glitches for the Xbox and PlayStation versions as well.

And you know what’s weird about the switch glitches is that the NintendoLife review DID NOT say any glitches in the Switch version. They said they didn’t encounter anything.

And another 8. Same as NintendoLife but Pushsquare gave it a 6

Re: Rumoured Quake Remaster Rated For Xbox One, Series X, Series S

anoyonmus

my problem with this is that the PlayStation and Nintendo fanbase SPECIFICALLY PlayStation is that they would complain about the new Quake being exclusive to Xbox.

Also this just shows that if this comes, then PlayStation fans want more Bethesda games which are new and that isn’t gonna happen

Re: Rumour: Warner Bros Interested In Selling TT Games, NetherRealm

anoyonmus

@FatalBubbles it won’t. If Netherrealm is bought by Microsoft, it can’t be exclusive as EVO is owned by Sony so it should also come to Sony platforms.

Also I can’t say for sure but ignoring Nintendo platforms is also not a good idea. Mainly because the Lego games and MK11 sold very well on switch

Re: Bethesda's Pete Hines Apologises To Fans Upset By Starfield Xbox Exclusivity

anoyonmus

The man does not need to apologize at all. As a guy who plays Nintendo a lot, I am happy that Xbox users get to enjoy such a wonderful game.

As for PlayStation users who are complaining, grow up and deal with it.

You want Starfield and Elder Scrolls 6 and the new Arkane game on PlayStation?

Put Spider-Man 2018, God of War, and the Last of Us on Xbox then

Re: Woah, Fatal Frame: Maiden Of Black Water Is Coming To Xbox This Year

anoyonmus

@LightningLeader we need everyone who is on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox consoles, or PlayStation consoles to buy this game.

Show support for Project Zero and maybe KT and maybe even Nintendo will re release some more of the games.

But if there is to be a new game, I doubt it will be multi platform as Nintendo still part owns this series

Re: Reaction: This Year's Shaky E3 Was Held Up By Xbox And Nintendo

anoyonmus

@Magabro you have no idea how many people wanted Metroid updates. It’s been like 19 years since the last 2D Metroid came out. People wanted Prime 4 updates and Nintendo says they are hard at work at it. But Nintendo was nice enough to give us a 2D Metroid to hold us over.

It has been too long ever since we saw a NEW Metroid game. Samus return on 3DS was just a remake.

People were also begging for botw 2 updates and Nintendo did that. They would rather have some more footage of the game rather than nothing for botw 2

Re: Woah, Fatal Frame: Maiden Of Black Water Is Coming To Xbox This Year

anoyonmus

@BlueOcean perhaps that is true

But if there were newer games in the series, I think those new games will be switch exclusive but maybe multi platform later on.

It’s up to KT and Nintendo.

But the series is back. That is all it matters. Yes it is a 2014 Wii U port, but no one bought the Wii U so it’s new for a lot of people.

Now here is hoping Silent Hill makes a return as well
