Halo: Campaign Evolved Is Available Today With Xbox Game Pass, And Here's A Bunch Of Free Master Chief Skins

Halo: Campaign Evolved is officially available worldwide on Xbox, PC, and PS5. It's still so surreal seeing Halo on a Sony console, but better yet, It's available day one with Xbox Game Pass! Hooray, confetti and grunt brains everywhere!

The Standard Edition of Halo Studios' breathtaking remake is out now for everyone after a bit of a rocky start of paid early access, and Game Pass Ultimate players can now defrost the Master Chief and get busy bonking Covenant baddies.

We're pretty sure you already know a fair bit about Halo 1, after all Campaign Evolved is technically the third iteration of the 2001 classic - Simply prettier and on PS5. So rather than giving you the campaign spiel yet again, let's get to the most important element of the remake: how to claim fancy armour skins for the big heckin' lad.

Every Free Master Chief Skin In Halo: Campaign Evolved

In Halo: Campaign Evolved you can team up with up to three friends in campaign co-op, and if you've tracked down the Perspective Skull, you can even swap to a third-person view - so you're going to want Master Chief looking his best! You may have already caught some of our guides on how to unlock a few free armour skins, but we thought we'd round 'em all up and plop them here for you.

Stream Of The Crop Armour

First on the docket is the Stream of the Crop Mark V Armour style. To unlock it, you'll need to head over to Twitch, sign in, and watch two hours of a Halo: Campaign Evolved stream with Drops enabled. Before you do, It's a good idea to link your Twitch and Halo Waypoint accounts so you can claim this one.

Silver Anniversary Armour

This next one is super easy to bag. The Silver Anniversary Armour and Assault Rifle styles will automatically add themselves to your customisation menu the first time you play.

Sandstone Ancient Armour

Personally, I quite like the Sandstone Ancient armour coating. It kind of reminds me of the original flight deck marines who run around the Pillar of Autumn. To redeem this one, head to Halo Waypoint's redemption page and enter the following code:

Xbox 25th Anniversary Armour

Onto my favourite of the bunch, the translucent Xbox 25th Anniversary armour coating. Phwoar, it's a beauty. Details on how to claim the celebratory skin are still a bit vague. It was supposed to be available at launch, but the good news is its free to all when it eventually rocks up.

Fanta/Millennium Burst Armour

Finally, there's the fabled Fanta skin, which turns Master Chief into a 7ft orange chap. I've saved this one until last because it's much easier to follow the step-by-step guide in the article below. You'll need to scan a QR code and complete a simple puzzle game to unlock it. Easy enough, but it's yet to appear in my customisation menu. Let me know if you have any luck nabbing this one.
