New controller variant …. You made me happy with that title. I thought the elite V3 or something or a haptic feedback one.. but no , just a COLOR variant.
Yeah nice and all but I stopped buying different colors because I am past the point that I put them on display and just see them 10 seconds before I grab it and 2 seconds when putting it down. And on top of that , I only use them 4/5 months. I exchange them if the texture on the sticks fades away so I just buy what’s the cheapest color at that time.

And reaching out to MS and ask about it does not work ?
I have no idea how that works but as a fairly popular Xbox site you can always try to get some ( exclusive ) information.

Because there is no mentioning about a transfer of tables that are already in your library , I guess that you need to buy everything again?

I had a good time playing through the story campaign. I tried a bit of the “endgame” ( that was never really there ) but not my cup of tea and most of the comments refer to that part. If you want to go through the story I would recommend it as it is in gamepass , if you are the “completionist” that needs to go through every part of the game all the way to the end it is kind of a hard pass.

Real news must be very thin at the moment.

I heard a lot of people being bummed out because they took out the maximum security glitch. Did they bring that back too?

Absolutely crazy , just when I was finished downloading the game and MP update and was getting ready to launch the game , I got this 50Gb update. So … tonight is not going to be the night that I play this game. Unfortunately I have no access to high speed internet because of localization but I’ll manage , except the COD games. They probably demotivate people with weaker internet to buy this game by pushing out these HUGE updates every week. I understand a patch , but you just cannot accept those complete game installs every couple of weeks or if you are unlucky , every week.

Yeah , same here. Quickly looked at it as I normally would when there are other things showing and went on. Didn’t bother me that much to be honest.

OT , what is extra on this controller other than the shell ? No extra buttons ? No extra profiles ? No grip ? No extra texture ?
Maybe just a better build than the originals but other than that really NOTHING extra on that thing ? Why on earth this price ?

No , never going to use it as I have a weird thing with controllers , as soon as the grip on the sticks wears off I buy new ones. Therefore I buy at least 3 new controllers a year and these ones I would only buy to display , and that time is way behind me.

Oh wow , never thought it would be such a big investment for something like this. With the amount of brands it would add up to a rather big number to renew those licenses for the vehicles alone , the music not included. They would have to sell buttloads to break even. Such a shame

Unbelievable that they never were made BC. I know there are licensing problems but isn’t it possible to renew them , add some or replace the soundtrack if the license is a problem and ask a small fee for the “update” to make game playable again for the coming years?
Sound like something that is possible to do because the digital version needs to be installed anyway. That way there maybe still is ( a little bit of ) money to be made from those old games. I would love to pay a small fee of a couple of euro’s to get those games playable again on the newer consoles.

That is the case yes , WRC 8 - 9 and this one are quite similar with minor tweaks in handling and graphics. This one is obviously the best of the three but if you played one of the others , you’ll know what you get and this one feels and plays more or less the same.

I did have one for the 360 , they were great!
I wanted one for the X1 too but I was never able to find one in a shop. Now they are pretty rare to find but would love to have one.

That first NASA “game” was sort of a card based collection thing wasn’t it ? That was not really my cup of tea , but this , with small puzzles and video’s is more likely something that I would check out.
I would love to see some more games like these educational things for the younger generation with more common knowledge and things you could use everyday.
Last week I got another shock when watching a video where whole bunch of kids just thought that milk and eggs was something that was produced in a factory by the supermarkets … my god … I guess you cannot learn everything from TikTok.

I would love them to bring out swappable sticks. After a couple of weeks the rubberized grip on the stick( heads ) gets smooth and I love that “new” feeling of the sticks. So I would like to have some more support on that front from MS to bring out some first party replacements. I tried those iffy caps to put on the sticks but that just doesn’t feel right.

I upgraded to premium for now with the upgrade program but after this first period I don’t think I am going to be a PREMIUM member but lower my sub to the EXTRA tier. The addition of the Streaming ps3 games and ps1 / ps2 classics don’t do it for me. The ps3 streaming is something that I tried but never do again. It depends heavily on your connection , and mine is not the best , but streaming games just feels … “off” so I am only interested in the downloadable games.

There is even a 20% discount if you purchased the Bright Memory “demo”.

Great to see it is still coming!! Still looks very promising.
If you see the attention to detail that they have gone through already , I am sure the “choppy” animations are going to be ironed out in the coming months.
I hope there is a release date coming because I cannot wait for this. FINALLY a new proper boxing game.

Well … I still need to get the xx amount of wins so maybe it is worth it to start up again to see if there is improvement. The state it launched in was kind of disappointing to say the least.

Downloaded it.
I had to crank up the volume quite a bit .. the snoring of my bulldog was more powerful than the beach sounds or the rain effects.

I am still pretty upset about them deleting my original 360 gamerpic from Chromehounds. A couple of months back I just got a completely different gamerpic when I started up the Series X and no way to revert this.
I just want back my original ‘SOL’ gamerpic

Same as they did with the custom controllers ?
Put together a custom colored series S with custom colored vents and maybe optional your avatar on top or some MS favorite characters.

I’ve had the same problem yesterday , what helped me was a STORE update of 112 Mb or something.
I don’t know if it was coincidence but after that Xbox store update , everything worked fine again. Without restarting or signing out - in of my profile. Before that I tried to start about 5 /6 games without any luck.

You mean the rattling sound when the controller rumbles ? Yeah , that’s terrible.
That’s always the point that I exchange my controllers for new ones. Very irritating sound.

To be honest , they have been discounting several games with 90% for the last couple of weeks now. A couple of weeks back I’ve bought MotoGP 21 and Strange Brigade for ridiculous prices.
It look like they include some real bangers every week now.

Well , you could also see it positively. They will probably soon be out of ***** games to give away so the better games Will eventually show up..

I don’t know if I am very special but my update dropped yesterday. Sharper image , smoother driving and faster loading.

Don’t you have problems with the game becoming very glitchy , buggy and after that the inevitable CTD ? I have to say that my Flightsim is as buggy as it can be. I probably have to redownload it completely to see if it fixes something because it is completely unplayable now.

With some exceptions I really love it. Would like to see more games supporting it. I kind of miss it when playing a game that doesn’t support it and has a lot of start up screens and loading time , even on a series X.

Why aren’t there more backgrounds to buy ( or free ) in the store ? I would like to have some more dynamic backgrounds.
