It's been almost a year since we last talked about eSports Boxing Club here at Pure Xbox, but development is slowly progressing on the highly-anticipated sports title from indie developer Steel City Interactive, and we've just been treated to around two minutes of brand-new gameplay footage featuring American boxer Terence Crawford.

Based on the reactions so far, there's a lot of positivity surrounding the visuals, the combos and the foot work, although some have pointed out that certain animations still look "choppy". Regardless, there seems to be a ton of excitement for this game amongst boxing fans, and we're really hoping it can live up to expectations when it arrives.

Right now, there's no official release date for eSports Boxing Club on Xbox, but we know that it'll feature a rags-to-riches Career Mode, ranked and unranked online multiplayer, an array of licensed fighters, and much, much more.

An action-simulation boxing game with NextGen visuals - featuring licensed boxers, institutions and governing bodies. Start from the bottom and work your way up to World Champion in Career Mode. Fight online Multiplayer in ranked and unranked matches.
