Hi there fellow gamers; This I´ll continue playing my birhtday present Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition on my Series X and some Street Fighter 6 olnine matches on my PS5. Merry Chistmas, enjoy the Holidays and happy gaming to us all
Guardian Heroes.
Don´t know when I´ll have time or storage space to play all of them, but I´m glad to own them nonetheless.
Cheers and happy gaming everyone
@FarmDog08 @CharlieChooChoo @Rmg0731 @GamingFan4Lyf
Hi there fellow gamers.
Glad to see more fans of both Mistwalker and rpgs in general.
I really wish they had more success with both 360 games.
Even tough I´m the weird gamer that enjoyed Final Fantasy XIII and it´s sequel, I still say to this day, that Lost Odyssey is the FF game that most FF fans wanted to play but couldn´t.
And Blue Dragon is no slouch either. It is still pretty good.
The fact can both are playable trough backwards compatibility on Series S/X is fantastic and any rpg fan should give them a go.
Cheers everyone and have a good one
Hi there fellow gamers. I don´t think I can only mention ONE Xbox 360 game, since there were many great games that came out in that period. Having said that, here are some of my personal favourites:
Lost Odyssey;
Gears of War triligy;
Blue Dragon;
Bioshock;
Magna Carta 2;
Mass Effect trilogy;
Ninja Gaiden Black trough backwards compatibility. There are quite a few others, but these were/are kinda special. Cheers and happy gaming
@HonestHick Hey there friend.
Just like @Kobeandodom mentioned, Remnant 2 is indeed fantastic. Both games are.
The Remnant series is very much like a Souls-like type game where you have checkpoints that reset both your health items as well as the enemies in the area your playing.
You can play the game both solo and co-op up to two people.
It is a somewhat challenging game(although you have difficulty options that you can change) with procedural generated levels, although some of them are man made for story reasons.
The gameplay mechanics is what sells the game in my opinion.
Shooting enemies feels great in both audio and visual, there are many different weapons, armour sets to find and unlock, many interesting and weird npcs to meet and Bosses to fight.
You will be able to craft weapons, mods and charms from defeating major Bosses wich can change the way you play entirely.
The second game also gives you the ability to have two different classes at the same time, giving players more to experiment.
And because it is procedural generated, no playtrough will ever be the same, meaning more replay value. And you can play new game plus in any difficulty setting.
Since both games are on Gamepass as of now, you should give it a try and see for yourself, if you have enough storage space.
But if you enjoy shooters, then I think you´re gonna like these.
Hope my long text shed some light.
Cheers
@Duck_Farmer Hey there friend
I echo the exact same sentiment as you for two reasons:
Reason one, I played around 35 hours or so of Starfield and the game never did truly grabed me. There were some good moments and the game does seem to have potential, but it never became great, so I uninstalled it.
Reason two, I am also currently playing Assassin´s Creed Valhalla and I´m really enjoying the game so far.
Maybe I was just craving an open world action rpg or something.
But then I got Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Edition and after the abysmal launch(wich I played a bit on PC) I can safely say it is an amzing open world shooter rpg, that in my opinion, does what Starfield does not.
For everyone who played, finished and love Starfield, more power to you.
It is always great to find a game that we can put hours on end and all of them are exciting. It´s what we want the most.
And as of now, those games for me are Cyberpunk 2077 and AC Valhalla on my Series X, Zelda TOTK on my Switch and Spiderman 2 on my PS5.
What a great year for gaming this was.
Cheers and happy gaming
@JokerBoy422 The game is not bad at all in terms of ginding.
Only if you play in hard mode.
If you just play the game normaly there won´t be any issues.
The game is fun and the story is quite nice.
I would say you can´t go wrong with both Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon, two of the best Xbox exclusive rpgs.
Cheers
@Kaloudz Both of them look quite good, although Lost Odyssey is indeed a little grainy, but I think you can tweek a few visual settings to make it look better, as well as using HDR if you can. Two of my personal favourite rpgs of all time. If you enjoy turn based combat, then these are games for you. Cheers
Hi there fellow gamers.
This is my Xbox Game of The Year List of 2023:
Lies of P. What an amazing and really well done souls-like action game. One of my personal GOTYs of 2023.
Hi-Fi Rush. One of the best gaming surprises of this year.
Remnant 2. The first was already good. The second is just better in almost every way.
Bramble: The Mountain King. One of those games that you have no idea where it´s going to go, but it is quite good.
Planet of Lana. Heard very good things about it and didn´t disapoint. Short with great visual storytelling
Honorable mention; Assassin´s Creed Valhalla. Not of this full stacked year, but I finally gave it a go and I am pleasently surprised on how much I´m currently enjoying the game.
And then there´s other games that I played on my PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC.
As well as many others that will go to the backlog and will play them eventually.
What an absolute amazing year for gaming all around.
Cheers, stay safe everyone and happy gaming to us all
@JokerBoy422 @Kaloudz hey there friends. Just had to reply and say DO IT! It is a really good rpg from the creator of Final Fantasy Sakaguchi-san with Toryama-san visual style and Uematsu-san awesome ost. I played it way back when it launched on 360 and as soon as it was on sale, I got it for my Series X along side Lost Odissey. Both are fantastic rpgs and you should get them if you guys are into turn based combat. I still listen to both games ost when go to the gym. Really good. Cheers and have a good one both of you
Hi there fellow gamers, So this is my 2023 Xbox year: empo total

Total Gamerscore +10 693
Total Achievements 450
2023 Rewards Points +3
Top gameplay month: August

Top 5% achievements unlocked
1st most played game: Assassin´s Creed Valhalla 44h
2sd most played game: Guilty Gear Strive 43h
3td most played game: Starfield 36h Not a bad year per se, but i did played 56 games on Xbox, so that´s something. Here´s to a great Xbox 2024 with great games. Cheers and happy gaming to us all
@ozkrmz Hi there friend. I absolutely agree. Not only Lies of P is an amazing action rpg in terms of gameplay, visuals and characters, but the soundtrack alone has to be mentioned. When you reach Rosa Isabelle Street and we eventualy start to listen to the Fascination song and face The White Lady...... It is Pure Bliss. One of my GOTYs for sure. I need to play that game again. It is sooo good. Cheers and have a good one
Hi there fellow gamers, So I haven´t bought or played BG3, mostly because of many other games that I have and also because it was digital only...... But this physical Three Disc Deluxe Edition for the Xbox Series X version and for only 80€? I mean, there is the cost of shipping, but still.... Even if its 100€ it is still totaly worth it. Thank you PureXbox for the heads up, now I know wich Birthday Present I´m going to give myself. Cheers and happy role play gaming everyone
Hi there fellow gamers, I give Xbox's Year In 2023 a C overall. Hi-Fi Rush was such a great way to start the year, but then it was a let down. Redfall was a disaster, Starfield underdelivered and Forza Motorsport is not what Forza Fans were expecting from what I´ve heard and seen. On a very positive note, Game Pass is still the "GOAT" with great and diversified titles, some of them day one, and for that alone, once again, people see the great value of that subscriction. If only Xbox Studios could also deliver, and now they have way to many, there is no more excuses to have. Xbox, as a brand, needs its first party lineup to be fantastic and appealing, not for the masses, but for its FANS who just want to enjoy play games on their favourite system. And as a FAN of of all things gaming, I just want those amazing, fun and engaging gaming experiences that brings myself and many others great joy. Bring on the games Xbox. Cheers and happy gaming to us all
Hello there fellow gamers. There are quite a lot of games I would love to play again for the first time, so I´m just going to name a few:
Bioshock. For me, one of the best "next-gen" experiences I had during Xbox 360 glory years. The game is absolutly fantastic in every single way and me a fan. it is that good;
Lost Odissey. I´ve said it before and I´ll say it again, this is still the "Final Fantasy" game that every PS and Nintendo fan wanted to play, but can´t..... Classical, traditional and great RPG;
The Mass Effect trilogy. Even though I have play this trilogy..... 8 times by now (on 360, PS3 and PS5), I just can´t get enough of it. But that first time you play these games is magical;
Last, but not least, Halo 3. Even though it was Halo 2 that got me super invested in the Halo franchise, you just can´t beat certain chapters of that game, especialy that final warthog run. That whole sequence, that plays homage of the first game, with the amazing score from Martin O´Donnell kicking in..... It is one of the most amazing gaming sequences I´ve experienced in a videogame, hands down. It is so good. Cheers and happy gaming everyone
Hi there fellow gamers. Just want to mention that Signalis is an awesome indie game that can be finished around 10 hours more or less depending on how you play the game, wich will also affect the different endings you can get. It is a very interesting survival horror game with some clearly inspirations from Resident Evil and Sillent Hill and some very unique mechanics and twists along the way. And make sure you continue the game after you finish it. It will make sense once you get there, trust me. Cheers everyone and happy gaming
Hi there fellow gamers. I think the ABK thing may eventually be good for Xbox ecosystem. But for gamers on other platforms, well..... Only time will tell. I can see Gamepass becoming even more apealling with more games being available there day one. Can you imagine CoD day one on Gamepass? Absolutely crazy. As for me, all I care about is good games, no matter the system. Xbox studios just got a whole lot more bigger. Let´s hope they can finally start delivering the goods. Xbox fans have been waiting very patiently for a steady stream of games, especially exclusives, and it´s about time they do. Cheers and happy gaming everyone
@Kraven Hey there friend Sorry to hear you have Covid. Had it two weeks ago and it sucks. Hope you´ll get better. From what I´ve seen and heard so far, Sea of Stars looks like an amazing love letter to old school rpgs, wich is fantastic. And if the game have references to Sabotage other great game, The Messenger, then it´s even better. Cheers and a quick recovery mate
Hi there fellow gamers; This weekend I´ll will be mostly playing Starfield on my Series X and Street Fighter 6 on my PS5, since I´ll be leaving town for a week. Wich means I´ll be all over my Switch and Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. And once I return it will be MORTAL KOMBAT 1 (Cue the techno music MK theme). Still need to check Sea of Stars and Baldurs Gate 3. What a time to be a gamer. It´s almost to much. Almost. Cheers and happy gaming weekend to everyone
Hi fellow gamers.
Funny, I got the note from an enemy aboard a spaceport on either Earth or Luna. I saw it before landing and decided to dock. And there were some..... Altercations happening there, so I decided to join the fun 😜
@BBB I forgot that this is a thing in these games.
One good friend of mine would have a notepad full with what different skills, atributes and buffs and kept saves of them as well. This was during the Oblivion days. Time flies.
Really enjoying the game so far.
Cheers and all the best everyone
@Pranwell Hi there friend.
You can just do what I did.
Very early in the game there is a main quest mission were the "Boss" will start talking to you. From there you can presuade to avoid fighting, wich I did. Then after being successful I noticed that all the enemies were very close to some explosive barrels and..... I couldn´t help myself and shot the barrel.
Needless to say that I got the best of both worlds 😜
I love when games alow you to do stuff like that.
Cheers and have a good one
@HonestHick Hi there friend.
Saw your comment and just had to say, in the words of the Mandalorian, "This is the Way".
I am more of a PS guy myself, but I love many diferent types of games and this is why I own a PS5, a Switch and a Series X.
And like you said, not everyone can aford that many systems or even want to do so, but to me, I just have to be able to play Metroid, Zelda, Gears of War, Halo, Spiderman and The Last of Us, just to name a few.
In my opinion, people should just enjoy videogames for the entertainment and joy they provide instead on focussing on a dumb console war that does not matter.
On another note, Starfield, in the 3.5 hours I´ve played so far on my Series X seems to be a pretty good game.
Can´t wat to dive more over the weekend.
Cheers and enjoy the game people
@AlwaysPlaying @Pranwell Hi there friends; The gaming backlog is indeed real. I even have games still with the plastic on. But even with Movies and Tv Shows, I´m still behind on so many of them. I was only able to play and finish some games as well as watch some movies because I got sick with Covid and had to stay home for a week or so. There is just not enough time to play and watch everything and have a job and social life. Having said that, it is a very good thing that we have so many good quality things to play and watch these days. Cheers and enjoy your gaming weekend
Hi there fellow gamers, After finishing Final Fantasy XVI on PS5, I´ve been on a Xbox Series X craze and have played and finished a bunch of games available on Gamepass and some that I´ve purchased on sale. And as of this weekend I´m still very much enjoying one of my favourite racing games of all time, Forza Horizon 5. Other than that, I´ll be playing Street Fighter 6 on my PS5 and more Zelda Tears of the Kingdom on my Switch. All that while I´m eagerly anticipating for Starfield to be available on Gamepass September 6th. Just a few more days. Cheers and happy gaming weekend for us all
Hi there fellow gamers, I actualy bought my OG Xbox mainly so I could play Ninja Gaiden. Now I did got the system with other games like Shenmue 2, Fable, Dead or Alive 3 and Project Gotham Racing 2. But Ninja Gaiden was "The Game" I truly wanted to play. There is another system I bought because of one game as well, and that was the Nintendo Switch. Just so I could play The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. There are other great games there sure, but that was, once again, "The Game". Cheers everyone and happy gaming
Hi there fellow gamers. I am very excited to play Starfield. It is one of the big ones of this stacked year and from the Direct alone, wich sold me on the game, we gamers might just have something special. There is also a very cool youtube video were Adam Savage and his team build a real Starfield ship model, the Frontier. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuM_1xSQCFw Just a few more weeks people. Getting close. Cheers and happy gaming everyone
Hi there fellow gamers, beem a while. Bought a few more games on sale from the store:
Resident Evil 2 and 3;
Steelrising;
Onimusha: Warlords;
Castlevania Symphony of The Night;
Mega Man X collection volume 1. Wich means, more games for the backlog, wich are quite a few. Oh, and I also bought the Forza Horizon 5 season Pass as well. Game is now almost 160 GB in storage space. Kinda insane. Cheers everyone and happy gaming
Hi there fellow gamers. InXile are speaking my gaming language;
Deep RPG
Full Character Creation
Branching Dialogue System
Awesome Steampunk Weapons
Dark Humor I am all about this. No doubt they can deliver something great. With Bethesda, Obsidian and InXile in their rooster, Xbox is becoming a really interesting place for rpgs. And let´s not forget all the Atlus games coming to. It´s great to see it. Now if only Xbox could get Bioware of old.... Cheers and happy rpg gaming to us all
@ZYDIO Hi there friend. I see no lack of games, only lack of time to play everything that has launched and will launch this year alone. 24 hours is just not enough anymore. Is there a way to get some permanent vactions? Or some way to mess around with the Sands of Time?(one of my favourite games, by the way). Cause if not I just don´t know how am I going to have enough time available to play all those games. And there are more to come. I always knew I was going to play videogames until I´m very old. This just confirms it 🤣 Cheers and have a good one
Hi there fellow gamers. This showcase was what I wanted the Playstation showcase to be about. Lots of first party titles, even if some were just updates. And some good quality third party titles as well. My personal highlight are:
Fable. It´s finally back after so long;
33 Immortals. That just pretty and fun;
Microsoft Flight Simulator. I am not into flight sims, but that was very impressive. And I saw my country Portugal represented with the airport. Very nice;
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess. Capcom continues to deliver the goodies. A brand new ip. Did not se that one coming;
Jusant. Don´t Nod somehow never fails to impress me;
Dungeons of Hinterberg. Never heard of it, but I really want to know more about it;
Clockwork Revolution. It kinda feels like an InXile Bioshock game and I´m all here for it;
Metaphor: ReFantazio. Finally Atlus revealed their new rpg project and it looks good. Can´t wait to learn more;
Starfield..... I haven´t even begin to process all the info dump Bethesda gave us in their direct. Waht a massive and ambitious game they have made. We just might be playing Starfield for 10 years and not be fully done. Over all, I give it an A minus. I needed to see proper Hellblade 2 gameplay and Avowed didn´t impress me. But a really good showcase nonetheless. Cheers everyone and happy gaming to us all
@BobCoffee @Kaloudz Hi there friends. One can only hope that my most wanted and anticipated MetroidVania sequel game will not only be showned but also get a release date. Actualy, I just need the release date. That´s all I need. Come on Team Cherry. Gives us some good news. Cheers guys
Hi there fellow gamers. Capcom is indeed coming back to their glory days of old. Not only they are making many different games, but they all look good (minus Exoprimal, for me at least). One of the very nice surprises of this really good showcase. Now, where is Pragmata Capcom? I want to know more of that. Cheers and happy gaming to us all
Hi there fellow gamers:
So I was one of the people that really wanted Starfield to impress and convince me...... Well, I´m convinced.
Convinced I may lose my entire social life if I decide to take this game seriously.
My Good God, is this game ambitious or what?
Everything they showed, and they showed a lot, was so much better than the initial trailer.
The gameplay looks better, the exploration, the companions, the customization and character creation options, the environments...... The scale is Massive.
I thought Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom was big, but this.... This is on another level entirely.
If somehow Bethesda can launch this game without any glaring issues or the many bugs and problems their games usually have, this just might be GOTY material no doubt.
Resident Evil 4 R, Dead Space R, Hi-Fi Rush, Jedi Survivor, Diablo 4, Zelda TOTK, Spiderman 2, Final Fantasy XVI, Alan Wake 2, The Lords of the Fallen, Forza Motorsport and Starfield.
What an amazing year to be a gamer. Minus social life 😜
Cheers and happy gaming folks
Hi there fellow gamers. This weekend is all about STREET FIGHTER 6, both World Tour mode and Online matches. See you guys there. Cheers and happy gaming weekend to us all
Hi there fellow gamers. So, having played every single MGS, including Rising, I have to say that my personal favourite is actually MGS3 Snake Eater, wich is why I was and still am in shock that a Remake of my personal favourite MGS game is actually real. Having said that, I have to mention MGS1 wich has a personal space in my heart. Why? Because that was the game that made see not only the evolution of videogames, but also made understand that this medium could be something more, especially in narrative, characters and storytelling. And also introduced me to one of my favourite videogame characters with Solid Snake and Naked Snake AKA, Big Boss. Man, I have played these games so many times that I have actually memorized most of the characters lines of dialogue I kid you not. I am that much of a Fan of this franchise. Cheers and happy gaming to us all
@BRT15 Hey there friend and thanks for the reply. Like I said before, the Directors Cut as well as the leviathan dlc really did help with the final mission and the multiple game endings. Wich is why I did enjoyed the last two times I played the game. But then again, I´m a huge ME fan. I can play these games any time, especially when there is nothing grabing me or when I need some confort and see some familiar faces. Very glad you enoyed it. ME3 has so many great moments and seeing everyone coming together to help fight the Reapers in the end is indeed one of them. Man I Love this franchise so much. Hope Bioware will be able to deliver a good ME in the future. Cheers and take care
Hi there fellow gamers. Just like @themightyant said, I also have a soft spot for the Xbox 360 controller, mostly because I loved my 360 back in the day. And I do like my Xbox One PC controller as well. But as for my favourite it has to be the Series X controller. Why? One simple reason: The D-pad is actually good. Not great, but good enough so I can play Guilty Gear Strive, Killer Instinct and Samurai Shodown on my Series X. The trigers have always been good, as well as the analog sticks, even if they are not in a symmetrical configuration. By the way, I must have been lucky since I never got the Ring of death on my two Xbox 360 consoles. Of all the gaming systems that I owned, only my original PS3 failed me. It even got my Dragon Age disc. Had to start all over again on PC. Cheers and happy gaming folks
@BRT15 Hey friend and thanks for the article. This is just my kind of reading. Yeah, this trilogy is one of a kind with player choices that mean something, but also matter in the next games. It is the reason why it has so much replayability and one of the reasons why I have finished the ME trilogy so many times. Cheers and all the best
@BRT15 Hey friend.
If your playing the Legendary Editon, then you have all the dlc as well as the Directors Cut wich was added after the game was out.
As for the endings...... I didn´t know what to think at first.
Had a lot of conversations with friends of mine that also played to finish and it was weird. We felt a little lost.
I´m not gonna spoil anything though. I hate spoilers myself.
All I´m going to say is that the Directors Cut and the other dlc, such as Leviathan did help quite a bit.
And when I last finished the Legendary Edition, it actually felt good. Not great, but good.
The Citadel dlc also helps a lot in my opinion.
One of the best and funniest dlc I´ve played.
I sugest you play that for last, before the point of no return.
Cheers mate
@BRT15 Hi there friend.
Another Mass Effect fan in the making perhaps?
I´m a huge fan of the franchise, especially the the original trilogy.
So much so that I played 3 times on Xbox 360, 3 times on PS3 and two more times on PS5 with the Legendary Edition.
Yeah, I´m that kind of person.
Mass Effect 3 jorney is fantastic. Hopefully you have all the dlc, especially From Ashes dlc and The Citadel dlc.
Both are a absolute must for a more enjoyable and very amusing playtrough.
Cheers and have a good one. I should go 😜
@Kaloudz Hey there friend. No, not really. I would say only the ending, since something happens in the end that does concern The Surge 2 and you might meet someone from the first game, but for the story of the game itself there is no issue. Pity you weren´t able to get it though. I enjoyed the game on PC so much that I bought it on both PS5 and Series X when it was cheap. I know, I´m weird, but I tend to do that to games I just love playing, especially, when I can do multiple playtroughs in different ways and get different playstyles and outcomes. Cheers and have a good one
Hi there fellow gamers. Have to agree completly with @UndyingInsurgent95 comment. The Surge 2 is a proper sequel that actualy improves over it´s predecessor. Really good combat mechanics and the cut the limbs system to either get new weapons, armour pieces and materials never gets old. At least for me that is. I´m sure @Kaloudz is going to like it. You can make some unique builds with strong defense and fast weapons if you so want. And it´s easy to farm them to. I mean, you still have to beat the enemies though 😉 As for The Lords of the Fallen game, I´m a big Souls-like fan and I love the art direction and flow of combat. Another action rpg to tackle. Can´t wait. Cheers and happy gaming to you both
@anoyonmus Hi there friend. Oops, my bad 😜 SFV was so lackluster when it came out, that I stoped playing the game and sold it. Only when Season 3 arrived with the Arcade Edition, that I eventualy bought the game back and had some fun with it. From what we´ve seen so far, I beleive SF6 will deliver. Hopefuly Mortal Kombat 1 will also be a fantastic game. Cheers and have a good one
Hi there fellow gamers.
What a year for fighting games it´s turning out to be.
With Street Fighter 6 on June, Mortal Kombat 1 on September and Tekken 8 on the horizon.
Now for a proper gameplay trailer...... Maybe on the Playstation showcase next week orr the Xbox showcase next month or even the Summer Game Fest perhaps??? Hopefuly in one of these three events.
Can´t wait to see more.
Cheers, and happy gaming folks
Hi there fellow gamers. Not only am I still playing FH5 on my Series X, but it has been my go to racing game ever since playing GT7 on my PS5. My very first was FH4 the complete version on PC and really enjoyed it. But playing FH5 on a big 4K screen makes all the difference. Plus you don´t drive on the wrong side of the road 😜 After I advance a bit more, I´ll probably get the games DLC. Cheers and happy gaming folks
Hi there fellow gamers; This weekend I´ll be playing more of the great (even with tech issues) Jedi Survivor on my PS5. I love how much improved it is from Fallen Order. I´ll also be playing more Forza Horizon 5 on my Series X. That game is just fun. Oh, and a little game called The Legend of Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom on my Switch. As soon as I started playing, I had the almost exact feeling and tought in my head, that this is going to be a really good game that will last me for months, if not years, just like it was with Breath Of The Wild. It´s games like the ones that I mention that makes me so glad to be a gamer. I love this medium so much. Cheers, stay safe and happy gaming weekend to us all
@Markatron84 Hi there friend; Yeah, the cross-play open beta is still active on all platforms. it does work, at least so far. Also the matchmaking issues do seem to have been adressed. It feels great to finally go back and do some matches with my main team with Ryo, Kim and Gato. Cheers and happy gaming
@Microbius Hi there friend; True. That might be exactly what the creature is thinking as it´s munching on Cal´s dead body (That got a little dark) every time it grabs him, wich happens a lot because of the auto tracking that enemies have...... And since I got all the trophies/achievements for Fallen Order on the same difficulty, I decided to do the same with Survivor. other than that, really good videogame though.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (December 23-24)
Hi there fellow gamers;
This I´ll continue playing my birhtday present Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition on my Series X and some Street Fighter 6 olnine matches on my PS5.
Merry Chistmas, enjoy the Holidays and happy gaming to us all
Re: Talking Point: What Have You Bought In The Xbox Countdown Sale 2023?
Hi there fellow gamers.
So.... I kinda went a little nuts and got quite a few games for my Series X:
Don´t know when I´ll have time or storage space to play all of them, but I´m glad to own them nonetheless.
Cheers and happy gaming everyone
Re: Talking Point: What Was The Greatest Xbox 360 Game Of All Time?
@FarmDog08 @CharlieChooChoo @Rmg0731 @GamingFan4Lyf

Re: Talking Point: What Was The Greatest Xbox 360 Game Of All Time?
Hi there fellow gamers.
I don´t think I can only mention ONE Xbox 360 game, since there were many great games that came out in that period.
Having said that, here are some of my personal favourites:
There are quite a few others, but these were/are kinda special.
Cheers and happy gaming
Re: After Redfall, Bethesda Appears To Be Switching Engines Again For Marvel's Blade
@HonestHick Hey there friend.
Cheers
Re: Poll: Four Months Later, Are You Still Playing Starfield?
@Duck_Farmer Hey there friend
I echo the exact same sentiment as you for two reasons:
Re: Deals: All 80+ Backwards Compatible Games In The Xbox Countdown Sale 2023
@JokerBoy422 The game is not bad at all in terms of ginding.
Only if you play in hard mode.
If you just play the game normaly there won´t be any issues.
The game is fun and the story is quite nice.
I would say you can´t go wrong with both Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon, two of the best Xbox exclusive rpgs.
Cheers
Re: Deals: All 80+ Backwards Compatible Games In The Xbox Countdown Sale 2023
@Kaloudz Both of them look quite good, although Lost Odyssey is indeed a little grainy, but I think you can tweek a few visual settings to make it look better, as well as using HDR if you can.
Two of my personal favourite rpgs of all time.
If you enjoy turn based combat, then these are games for you.
Cheers
Re: Poll: What Is Your Xbox Game Of The Year For 2023?
Hi there fellow gamers.
This is my Xbox Game of The Year List of 2023:
And then there´s other games that I played on my PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC.
As well as many others that will go to the backlog and will play them eventually.
What an absolute amazing year for gaming all around.
Cheers, stay safe everyone and happy gaming to us all
Re: Deals: All 80+ Backwards Compatible Games In The Xbox Countdown Sale 2023
@JokerBoy422 @Kaloudz hey there friends.
Cheers and have a good one both of you
Re: It's That Time Again! Your Xbox 'Year In Review' 2023 Is Now Available
Hi there fellow gamers,
So this is my 2023 Xbox year:
empo total
Not a bad year per se, but i did played 56 games on Xbox, so that´s something.
Here´s to a great Xbox 2024 with great games.
Cheers and happy gaming to us all
Re: Talking Point: What Kind Of Reveals Are You Hoping To See At The Game Awards 2023?
Hey there fellow gamers;
here is my wish list fot TGA:
_ Something BIG from Xbox Games Studios to keep fans excited for the future February announcements;
More will just be bonus.
Cheers and happy gaming everyone
Re: Talking Point: What Kind Of Reveals Are You Hoping To See At The Game Awards 2023?
@ozkrmz Hi there friend.
Re: Baldur's Gate 3 Is Getting A Gorgeous Three-Disc Deluxe Edition For Xbox
Hi there fellow gamers,
So I haven´t bought or played BG3, mostly because of many other games that I have and also because it was digital only......
Re: Talking Point: Overall, How Successful Has 2023 Been For Xbox?
Hi there fellow gamers,
I give Xbox's Year In 2023 a C overall.
Cheers and happy gaming to us all
Re: Talking Point: Which Xbox Game Would You Love To Play Again For The First Time?
Hello there fellow gamers.
There are quite a lot of games I would love to play again for the first time, so I´m just going to name a few:
That whole sequence, that plays homage of the first game, with the amazing score from Martin O´Donnell kicking in.....
It is one of the most amazing gaming sequences I´ve experienced in a videogame, hands down. It is so good.
Cheers and happy gaming everyone
Re: Five Games Will Leave Xbox Game Pass In Late October 2023
Hi there fellow gamers.
Just want to mention that Signalis is an awesome indie game that can be finished around 10 hours more or less depending on how you play the game, wich will also affect the different endings you can get.
It is a very interesting survival horror game with some clearly inspirations from Resident Evil and Sillent Hill and some very unique mechanics and twists along the way.
And make sure you continue the game after you finish it.
It will make sense once you get there, trust me.
Cheers everyone and happy gaming
Re: Phil Spencer Comments On What It Means To Merge Activision Blizzard With Xbox First Party
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (September 9-10)
@Kraven Hey there friend
Sorry to hear you have Covid.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (September 9-10)
Hi there fellow gamers;
This weekend I´ll will be mostly playing Starfield on my Series X and Street Fighter 6 on my PS5, since I´ll be leaving town for a week.
Re: Starfield: How To Get A Free Ship Early In The Game
Hi fellow gamers.
Funny, I got the note from an enemy aboard a spaceport on either Earth or Luna. I saw it before landing and decided to dock. And there were some..... Altercations happening there, so I decided to join the fun 😜
@BBB I forgot that this is a thing in these games.
One good friend of mine would have a notepad full with what different skills, atributes and buffs and kept saves of them as well. This was during the Oblivion days. Time flies.
Really enjoying the game so far.
Cheers and all the best everyone
Re: Ready For Launch! Starfield Is Now Available On Xbox Game Pass
@Pranwell Hi there friend.
Re: Original God Of War Director Puts Starfield In Their 'Top 3 Games Of All Time' List
@HonestHick Hi there friend.
Cheers and enjoy the game people
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (September 2-3)
@AlwaysPlaying @Pranwell Hi there friends;
The gaming backlog is indeed real.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (September 2-3)
Hi there fellow gamers,
After finishing Final Fantasy XVI on PS5, I´ve been on a Xbox Series X craze and have played and finished a bunch of games available on Gamepass and some that I´ve purchased on sale.
Cheers and happy gaming weekend for us all
Re: Talking Point: Have You Ever Bought An Xbox For One Specific Game?
Hi there fellow gamers,
I actualy bought my OG Xbox mainly so I could play Ninja Gaiden.
Re: Starfield Has Officially Gone Gold, Xbox & PC Preload Dates Revealed
Hi there fellow gamers.
I am very excited to play Starfield.
It is one of the big ones of this stacked year and from the Direct alone, wich sold me on the game, we gamers might just have something special.
There is also a very cool youtube video were Adam Savage and his team build a real Starfield ship model, the Frontier.
Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuM_1xSQCFw
Just a few more weeks people. Getting close.
Cheers and happy gaming everyone
Re: Talking Point: What Have You Bought In The Xbox Ultimate Game Sale 2023?
Hi there fellow gamers, beem a while.
Bought a few more games on sale from the store:
Wich means, more games for the backlog, wich are quite a few.
Oh, and I also bought the Forza Horizon 5 season Pass as well. Game is now almost 160 GB in storage space. Kinda insane.
Cheers everyone and happy gaming
Re: inXile Studio Head Shares More Details On First-Person RPG 'Clockwork Revolution'
Hi there fellow gamers.
InXile are speaking my gaming language;
I am all about this.
Cheers and happy rpg gaming to us all
Re: Bethesda's Huge Starfield Direct Gameplay Blowout Was Everything We Wanted
@ZYDIO Hi there friend.
This just confirms it 🤣
Cheers and have a good one
Re: Poll: How Would You Grade The Xbox Games Showcase 2023?
Hi there fellow gamers.
This showcase was what I wanted the Playstation showcase to be about.
Lots of first party titles, even if some were just updates.
And some good quality third party titles as well.
My personal highlight are:
We just might be playing Starfield for 10 years and not be fully done.
Over all, I give it an A minus. I needed to see proper Hellblade 2 gameplay and Avowed didn´t impress me.
But a really good showcase nonetheless.
Cheers everyone and happy gaming to us all
Re: Xbox 'Extended' Showcase To Feature Additional Games This Tuesday
@BobCoffee @Kaloudz Hi there friends.
One can only hope that my most wanted and anticipated MetroidVania sequel game will not only be showned but also get a release date.
Actualy, I just need the release date. That´s all I need.
Come on Team Cherry. Gives us some good news.
Cheers guys
Re: 'Kunitsu-Gami: Path Of The Goddess' Is A New Capcom IP Launching On Xbox Game Pass
Cheers and happy gaming to us all
Re: Bethesda's Huge Starfield Direct Gameplay Blowout Was Everything We Wanted
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (June 3-4)
Hi there fellow gamers.
This weekend is all about STREET FIGHTER 6, both World Tour mode and Online matches.
See you guys there.
Cheers and happy gaming weekend to us all
Re: Pick One: Which Is Your Favourite 'Metal Gear' Game On Xbox?
Cheers and happy gaming to us all
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 20-21)
@BRT15 Hey there friend and thanks for the reply.
Re: Poll: Which Xbox Console Had The Best Controller?
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 20-21)
@BRT15 Hey friend and thanks for the article.
This is just my kind of reading.
Yeah, this trilogy is one of a kind with player choices that mean something, but also matter in the next games.
It is the reason why it has so much replayability and one of the reasons why I have finished the ME trilogy so many times.
Cheers and all the best
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 20-21)
@BRT15 Hey friend.
Cheers mate
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 20-21)
@BRT15 Hi there friend.
I should go 😜
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 20-21)
Hi there fellow gamers.
STREET FIGHTER 6 OPEN BETA....... That´s it for the weekend 😉
Cheers and happy gaming weekend to us all
Re: Lords Of The Fallen Sets October Release Date For Xbox Series X|S
@Kaloudz Hey there friend.
Re: Lords Of The Fallen Sets October Release Date For Xbox Series X|S
Hi there fellow gamers.
Have to agree completly with @UndyingInsurgent95 comment.
The Surge 2 is a proper sequel that actualy improves over it´s predecessor.
Really good combat mechanics and the cut the limbs system to either get new weapons, armour pieces and materials never gets old.
At least for me that is.
I´m sure @Kaloudz is going to like it.
You can make some unique builds with strong defense and fast weapons if you so want. And it´s easy to farm them to.
I mean, you still have to beat the enemies though 😉
As for The Lords of the Fallen game, I´m a big Souls-like fan and I love the art direction and flow of combat.
Another action rpg to tackle. Can´t wait.
Cheers and happy gaming to you both
Re: Mortal Kombat 1 Brings Its Reborn Universe To Xbox This September
@anoyonmus Hi there friend.
Oops, my bad 😜
SFV was so lackluster when it came out, that I stoped playing the game and sold it.
Re: Mortal Kombat 1 Brings Its Reborn Universe To Xbox This September
Hi there fellow gamers.
What a year for fighting games it´s turning out to be.
With Street Fighter 6 on June, Mortal Kombat 1 on September and Tekken 8 on the horizon.
Now for a proper gameplay trailer...... Maybe on the Playstation showcase next week orr the Xbox showcase next month or even the Summer Game Fest perhaps??? Hopefuly in one of these three events.
Can´t wait to see more.
Cheers, and happy gaming folks
Re: Talking Point: Are You Still Playing Forza Horizon 5 In 2023?
Hi there fellow gamers.
Not only am I still playing FH5 on my Series X, but it has been my go to racing game ever since playing GT7 on my PS5.
My very first was FH4 the complete version on PC and really enjoyed it.
But playing FH5 on a big 4K screen makes all the difference.
Plus you don´t drive on the wrong side of the road 😜
After I advance a bit more, I´ll probably get the games DLC.
Cheers and happy gaming folks
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 13-14)
Hi there fellow gamers;
This weekend I´ll be playing more of the great (even with tech issues) Jedi Survivor on my PS5.
Cheers, stay safe and happy gaming weekend to us all
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (April 29-30)
@Markatron84 Hi there friend;
Yeah, the cross-play open beta is still active on all platforms. it does work, at least so far.
Also the matchmaking issues do seem to have been adressed.
It feels great to finally go back and do some matches with my main team with Ryo, Kim and Gato.
Cheers and happy gaming
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (April 29-30)
@Microbius Hi there friend;
True.
