@PhileasFragg Mainly because every other version of the classic game runs at 30FPS, even on PC. 60 would be great but I'd guess that the game is completely built around being run at 30 😕

@Kaloudz Yeah we've not had an update on SR2 leaving Early Access in a while tbh. The game's last update launched in November and that was only version '0.3.0', so the full release sounds a ways off yet. The next update is due in "early 2024" according to the devs.

@outswimmingtheflood This quite nicely sums up my thoughts on the pair as well. On the track FM does a great job but GT7 has me hooked for the first time since the GT4 days. The challenges, rewards, dealerships, the way you move around the overhead map UI. It's all just so inviting in a way that FM isn't.

@Kaloudz We'll keep tracking it but we've only just noticed it recently! I'd assume it pops up once Microsoft reveals the leaving list - which is around two weeks atm. Hopefully they extend that lead time in future.

I don't think they can get away with paid tracks when they're free on GT7!

@Rangers420 Yeah, my guess is Acti wanted a retail presence and weighed things up and just thought, it makes more sense to turn it into a full game? It does feel like DLC, but gotta get that new COD out in November 😅

@Gabrielmpf I said in my review that I believe 20 locations, some with multiple layouts, is OK for launch.
The problem is there are a handful of these tracks that feel very similar to drive on / look at, and we could have done with some more Forza original tracks or classics like Nordschleife. Hopefully it'll feel better once they've added a few more

@Kaloudz I would say collisions are less harsh than FH! You'll still slow right down for a head-on crash, but the game seems more forgiving when you bump into cars at different angles - there feels more of an effort to keep the momentum going.

@PsBoxSwitchOwner in this case we really don't know, lots of sites have missed out on codes it seems.
A lot of the time with third party games it's actually an Xbox problem in general, the platform just doesn't seem to get codes generated as early as PS/PC.

@Chaotic_Goat I think phils answer would be more vague if this was the case. He's basically said that the x was the 'pro' console this gen it just shipped alongside s, I really don't see a reason for another upgrade from Xbox next year
