never thought im gonna say that but FTC are right this time and i'm an xbox fan from day one but lately im trying to ask myself if im gonna keep buying xbox consoles when i have all the platforms already

Playing the previous beta and loved it from the go, my favourite shooters are the arena style like UT, Quake and even Gears if we talking about TPS.

Kind of tired of all the battle royal genre

I would glad to see him making another UT game, lawbreaker was good but it wasn't the right time.

James was the voice actor of the characters, Same Lake was the model for Max and Alex

@MrMagic people going to be thinking on the original movies so yes its going to be disappointing but i think its going to do well bc its a character people want to see so good or not its going to get a sequel.

i also think Ali is a good actor but not for this character

not going to have hyped bc of the character or a teaser - same as i said for Wolverine but i do want to see how the devs going with their first third-person game, maybe im wrong but they mostly known for first person games.

its always nice to see a team going out of their usual box

tbh i played it on launch and loved it way better than the spiderman story and character wise, gameplay itself need improvements and you can feel the 30fps from time to time.

Gears is my top series and Cliffy done great games in his past but i dont think Gears need reboot, they already tried it with gears 4 by giving marcus time off and then expand the world in 5...

the open world-ish was one of the boring thing in Gears 5 and if we talking about God i still think its one of the borring games i played and i'm GoDoW fan but they made the game to become more story than a game and as much as i like good story it wasnt good compare to the old games.

what i think they need to do? maybe making it more like Outriders if they want to go open world so the world itself felt more alive but this thing need to be stand alone game and not part of the series, maybe in another timeline when the player have own avatar and our heroes are just npcs.

and about the multiplayer, i think they need to go the HALO way, making the online free 2 play with the ability to buy old and new seasons so there is no FOMO and we not paying for nothing if we dont have much time to play - us old fans not have much time as before.

Worst thing they can done, I have like more than 10 controllers by Xbox and each of them had problem, even my elite 2, I've send it 5 times and every time it had the same problem.

For the sixth time they told me I can't send it more

as one who what those two subscriptions i can say its the same thing even when a game leaving one of those sub you know its gonna showup on the other.

the only different here is XBOX doing day one and Sony doing After Year One

i think this works the other way, when a game not doing well they making it f2p to grab more money not making it b2p with expansions.

f2p would gave them more new players that would want the expansions bc exapnsion always supposed to be b2p.

same, have it on gamepass and bought the ultimate pack, then i bought the standard edition on the switch.

the thing i said from the first days was i hope this game not going f2p cuz i know what gameloft did with other games.

its always happen after a project done so nothing new, probably those people know they are coming for X amount of time.

as much as i like xbox controllers they have the worst support i had.

bought the halo elite 2 edition and one key didnt work all the time so i send it to them and the send be back controller with the other problems, do it six time and everytime there was a problem with the controller and the seven time they just said we dont taking it back anymore so.. nothing fixed even after ive send a video to show the problem

People thought we going to get ESO cross play/progression between pc and Xbox and that's still not happening

It's a nice and fun game but the BP exp is kind of slow and I think games like this need to be free, I bought it cuz... CRASH

It's a new game in the series and like most of the companies, they not have to add every thing from old games.

So in this case it's better later than never, don't get me wrong I want firefights but it's not I think they have to make it.

Thats one of the downsides of sequels, sometime things we love not come to sequels for good and worse.

The campaign was OK but we all know they had to cut some features they wanted to do because they want the game to run on older consoles.

The multiplayer is better than ever, it took some time but now it's great and it's not like there are more fps like it.

Something new like other companies?
Halo is one of the unique games in the FPS genre and atm the only one who still have the Arena feeling (not including Destiny but they have rng in it)

HALO need to stay and not move just because young players only love BR and other things.
If we all going to this route they can also stop Gears just because young players not into sci-fi.

It was good adaption Cuz let's be real even the game have more cinematic scenes than gameplay.

I played the games+dlc but the episode was so boring, the episode was so slow and the Closeup camera angle was too much like watching someone talking to NPC in fallout.

I know some players didn't loved Halo but I love it because they did something else in the same universe and for me it was nice to see this world form another angle.
Also the first person scenes were great.

It wasn't ***** and gameplay was good but not for all, also exclusive multiplayer on ps5 only its like knowing the game gonna fall.

The characters art, driving all of those where great but Sony first tried to make it 70usd and ask for payment for the pve missions, also not racing with this gameplay was a shame.

Sony killed this game before it even got released.

Bleeding Edge was better but also died fast.
I enjoyed both of them.

Sony acting like a little new developer who afraid about competition, this whole thing become a big joke.

I have all the consoles and a pc and tbh I don't care about this deal, If there is a game I like I'm gonna buy it even if its on GamePass but I'm afraid about new deals in the future, now they trying to block this deal and who knows what they going to say about next time Micro want to buy?

Sony need to stop put all the money into VR and live services and maybe bring us a new shooters, just to remind they have a big fans for 2
Resistance, killzone & socom but they prefer to make only Third Person games and get % from other companies.

Yes and I wrote about it, still Microsoft didn't say nothing about sony make this ip exclusive (only on console) after it was multiplatform.

@Snake_V5 if Sony gonna said it again the regulator can prove the deal without the 10years so it's kind of gamble.

The best thing for them is saying yes and working on a new shooter or prey the regulator not approve the deal.

You right but thats the thing here,
Microsoft didn't cry when Sony done the exclusive deal with Activision, when they took spiderman and made the ip exclusive (even if Microsoft said no before)
And same goes for final fantasy.

So yes Microsoft had deals before but they never said something against ps deals.
*I have both consoles and I prefer micro to buy other companies but still this Sony thing.. 🤮

As I see it games with microtranscation (cod) going to stay multiplatform with some exclusive things for Xbox (same as it now for Ps), after all MS not gonna lose all that income.

But new games probably gonna be pc/xbox exclusive and we already know activ/blizzard working on a shooter like destiny and a survival game.

Right now I just the deal to over so can stop read about sony whining all the time.

How the no1 company trying to stop other companies? And if they succeed what is mean for the future???

Hope to see Sony working more on making games (and not the reskin linar 3rd games) and less about being a little cry baby... I need a reason for why I have ps5

i tried it a week ago on pc and i can say the game run smooth and also the matchmaking was really fast, i just didnt bought it bc i said i have a feeling we going to get it on ea play in 2 weeks

Is it fun? Yes.
Is it even remotely close to BF? Nop.

The thing is BF always feels more team work while in Cod it's always like a solo player game not matter how much players on the team.

The mode is nice but still not replaced the BF feeling.

But who cares, I just want arena game without all this generation gimmick... Give me Unreal Tournament 😏

Not really the GTA3 story was known and at the time I don't remember much talking about blaming Sony.

Nowdays it's a different story, more social networks and people opinions everywhere.

Is sony blame about multiple games not coming to xbox? Yes.
But in the end its business and they have every rights those corporations care more about money than players and in the end its OK.

It's a puzzle game and needed to be rated as a puzzle game.

10 for the Art bc this game just look great.

9 for the Puzzles bc some are easy and some are great.

In the gaming industry Sony is bigger and they are against this deal so its nothing about big corporations.

In the end this thing not really hurt us as gamers, for more than a decade if you want to play Sony game you buying a ps console, in the end we play where we want and even if I only have playstation this deal not gonna make me buy xbox + gamepass just for activision games bc in the end it gonna cost me more than 70usd a year.

I have pc and all the consoles and tbh I prefer playing on pc/xbox and already subscribed to gamepass so ofc it's great for me I'm just saying this deal is good for the players

But there is no secret about what happened. they got money to make a game and... No game.

The real reason was the team was not experienced enough with the Unreal engine but still the blame is on them.

Mmm those devs are hit or miss kind of companies.

They done great job on DMC and Bayo but Babylon wasn't ready to realese (blame goes also to Square)

And if I remember correctly they got budget and worked really slow on the project and that's why Microsoft cancelled it in the end, can't see micro giving more money to a third party devs and for a game they already paid for 😂

As I see it, the only way this game going to launch is if Microsoft bought Platinum but I really think it's time to say goodbye.

Still waiting for the unannounced crossplay/progression between xbox and pc.

I returned after the last update and have a blast really enjoy the modern modes and the campaign was fun.. Remind me the old Duty games.

This thing become really sad.
We talking about Sony here, the same team that have exclusive Cod content every year, spider man was multiplatform title before they bought they rights and paid for exclusive, the same team that doing year 1 exclusive deals and not to mention Final Fantasy.

They don't care about the players, they care about this big nice 30% cuts from selling the game in in-game shop.

There a reason why only Sony have something against the deal.

And micro giving 3 years it's more than sony would give.

In the next gen I think Micro will make all the game exclusive for windows/xbox and other platform could get those games with cloud gamepass... If they agree and sony not going to agree.

there is no reason to keep a product you say its not profitable and also put more money to make expansion.

lets be real here, when SE want to delete a game they doing it even without making patch to fix problems.

also we already heard in the past that outriders did good but the kind of ***** PCF with the xbox deal.

all i can hope is that microsoft would buy PCF in the future bc those devs know how to make games, sadly i cant see them going out with the ip and i think OR is like destiny and TD but better (played both for years)
