Orcs Must Die wasn’t as good as the previous entry …plus even tho I liked the OG Citizen Sleeper the sequel added a mechanic where the dice can degrade and break which I wasn’t a fan of tbh

I’m not a fan of how Xbox requires u to use one of there proprietary plug and play SSD’s from Seagate or more recently WD Black so I don’t have one for my Series X…my PS5 on the other hand I have one for but they let u use any M.2 card as long as the read speeds are high enough…yea the PS5 installation is a little more involved but I’ll take that over the prohibitively high cost of Xbox cards any day

The real crime here is Warner Bros sitting on the Nemesis system patent and doing absolutely nothing with it

Me and my friend loved the Splinter Cell games back in the day…we even tried recreating Sam’s iconic split jump in his basement and my buddies leg went right thru the basement dry wall lol his parents were pissed

Even out my time between consoles more…I favored Xbox (2/3) to PS (1/3) in terms of total play time between the two…oh prob upgrade from my Switch oled and get a Switch 2

I’m still mad at Amazon Games for ending support for New World…as good as Lara looks in that freebie outfit it’s gonna take more then that to earn back any kind of goodwill from me

I agree with the poor reveal placement having it at the end but I will def still be checking this out…I tend to always give these type of games a shot but typically end up dropping them sooner than later

They really need to space out the release cadence…u get about 10 months out of the game before the next one is being shoved down ur throat

They should shadow drop Elder Scrolls 6 as a launch title for the next gen Xbox and watch everyone lose there minds

The 360 era were some of the more peak gaming years of my life…to be young and free of responsibilities was great for gaming tbh I wish I had that same amount of free time today to play

I ride a subway and two busses to work so I’m def a fan of Play Anywhere…once I’m back at home I pretty much exclusively rock the couch/console combo tho sometimes I’ll use a handheld laying in bed

I got my Series X on Black Friday 2 years ago for only $350 (it included Diablo 4) through Walmart online…seeing these price increases over the years makes me realize how good of a deal it really was considering the price now is approaching double what I payed for a new console

In all honesty my backlog is so bloated I wouldn’t mind the delay lol

I can understand where the people who want Achievement’s disabled when you use these type of Difficulty/Accessibility options are coming from though.

As a self professed Souls junkie and all around FromSoft shill anything by them would usually be an automatic Day 1 purchase for me but I’m gonna hold out and see how well it reviews for given it’s strong multiplayer focus

I have almost 170k in points so it’s nice that I’ll be able to redeem $100 chunks when the next Xbox comes out (I should have around between 250k-300k by then for a massive $250-300 discount on the next gen console)

I checked yesterday and the Elite version was already sold out but it’s magically available on EBay for double the price…thanks bots 🙄

I bought the original Remnant on a sale cause I didn’t have time to play it before it left GP…looks like I’ll be doing the same with its sequel…I’ll def be playing Cassette Beasts and Slayer X (tho I read mixed reviews on this) before they leave tho

I’m all for digital these days…im too lazy to have to devote a bunch of physical space for discs that never see the light of day 90% of the time after I beat the game then there just sitting collecting dust

Even tho my Series X is my main Xbox console I also have a Series S that I use as an emulation box only with Retro Arch and it works great!

@Millionski u can also just buy the one month Ultimate sub from the different CD Key sites too…I’ve been paying $7 a month from Eneba/Gamivo/G2A etc since the price hike last summer but yea if u want to lock in a big length of time u can do the core conversion ur referring to as well to get the same monthly price

I’ve canceled plans with friends the past 2 weekends to sit inside and play video games like a total nerd and looks like there going to have to make do without me at the bar for the forceable future as well with all these stacked releases

@GADG3Tx87 as much as I would love a New Vegas remaster next according to the FTC Activision leaks (which so far everything included has come to fruition) we will be seeing a Fallout 3 remaster next so New Vegas would still be years away if it happens at all

As someone who was just entering his freshman year of college in 2006 when this released I had a lot on my plate and time for video games was few and far between so unlike Skyrim (which i have played to death) I never beat or put many hours even into Oblivion so I’m super psyched to complete this all the way through

Split Second is so good…I hate the phrase “ahead of its time” but this game really was…it’s criminal that it never got a sequel

Played on Steam and the game is a blast (especially with friends, randoms not so much) just kno it’s not a shoot first ask questions later kind of game…it requires u to think and often puts u in a lot of morally grey situations

Only 30% off for Red Dead Redemption…it’s a fantastic game but cmon it’s like 15 years old at this point lol
