High On Life was a divisive old game, wasn't it? Honestly, it all came down to how you took the game's particular brand of humour; some of us at the PX offices enjoyed it, whilst our reviewer PJ ended up on the opposite side of the spectrum, it's safe to say. Despite polarising opinions on it, Squanch Games greenlit a sequel - one that's coming to Xbox Game Pass next week. So, are you looking forward to it now that it's right around the corner?

High on Life 2 graces the XGP library on February 13th, and it promises to up the ante on all of those talking guns, trippy levels and over-the-top humour that the first game delivered. The shock factor may have died down a little bit compared to the first game's hype cycle, but we have a feeling that Squanch Games has a few tricks up its sleeve with the upcoming sequel.

Having said that, the team has revealed a fair bit about HoL 2 already - including the fact that more than five classic games will be hidden in there somewhere as bonus experiences; similar to what was present in the first one. We're looking forward to folks discovering what all of those are, along with what other surprises are in store; messing about in High on Life 1's hub area was pretty fun, to be fair.

So, talk to us down below about how you're feeling in regards to High on Life 2. Are you looking forward to the sequel hitting Xbox Game Pass next week? Did the first game outstay its welcome by the time it wrapped up in your eyes? Let us know how you're feeling heading into launch!
