Underwhelming game

Tends to happen when your game isn't good.

This is a great game! I beat it on Switch and thoroughly enjoyed it. This and Celeste I highly recommend.

Be nice if they would just adopt the "Hall Effect" joysticks from the Dreamcast era that are very slowly being introduced via 3rd party. Drift is like 95% of the problems for people...

Way to go out with a blip... I mean, both these games look decent. But, I really thought they'd bring in a big fish for the finale.

This sounds good on it's face, but I'm not a fan of it. People play games to relax, not walk on eggshells. And you'll get those who will bait people then record them. And party chat conversations should remain private. Sure, I'd love to see the more obscene stuff gone. But I'll take the good with the bad vs the alternative...

But its open world and Ubisoft loves open world. #fireyves

Game looks last gen, and they blame the SSD? Nah, I don't buy it one bit. Sounds like the dev doesn't know how to optimize well if that's an issue for them.

The poll premise is wrong if it includes and expansion. It's not just for early access.

@themightyant I believe as long as you download them before it ends you can play them whenever. That's been the case in previous years.

I don't get what all the hype is about with this game. I played the beta and wasn't impressed. The maps are way too small, to the point where you often get spawn camped. The graphics are incredibly last gen and so is the gunplay. Got old fast. I'm desperate for something new in the genre too and this ain't it for me...

Why play Exo One when you can play Exo Primal??!?!

Are half these games even considered games? Looking forward to Cocoon a lot though.

@Cikajovazmaj describing something that isn't a monopoly then sharing the definition of a monopoly doesn't change that your description doesn't match it. Might want to wait until the 3rd place brand can even become the market leader before you even consider talking about monopoly dangers. Sony is a much higher monopoly risk right now, and even they aren't close yet.

@Chaotic_Neutral Redfall is an exceptionally bad example lol! You wouldn't want to play that at 120fps much less 30fps. Most XBox games manage 60fps just fine too. It's a matter of the type of game it is usually, with the exceptions of bad devs and Redfall.

@Chaotic_Neutral a 60fps racer is a lot more easily achievable than a 60fps open universe game. 99.99% of gamers can handle 30fps just fine. Sorry your situation is uniquely different, but it's not the standard and 60fps is not the standard yet on any console. It is for certain genres, but not for massive open world games yet clearly. Hopefully, they'll get a downrezzed, 60fps option or VRR feature that'll work for you at some point.

People love to crap on this soo hard, yet we all play the shizz out of Elder Scrolls and Fallout games. The odds are high this will be a great game that will have many hours spent on it by many people.

It looks decent actually. But, I totally get the anger considering we haven't gotten a legit 3d PoP in forever. Coincidentally, the same situation with Metroid. Though I loved Dread.

I'll probably stick with the higher resolution at 30fps given this game's pace being much slower, 60fps is not really needed. I like soaking in the gorgeous visuals. But yes, always good to have more options.
