Sony always gets what it wants. They get this delayed in courts for years through stupid arguments that morons, who know nothing of how videogame markets work buy into. Who are Microsoft going to concede to when Sony won't implement cloud? They can't make concessions to something that doesn't exist. Sony doesn't want to really use cloud and neither does Nintendo. Horrible basis for the ruling when the 2 main competitors willfully reject cloud offerings.

Nobody is streaming CoD over the cloud! Most people barely use it altogether. But punish Xbox because the majority shareholder (Sony) is completely capable and has a cloud offering, but chooses not to implement it more into their system? What an insane ruling.

Nobody is cloud streaming CoD! Much less, really cloud streaming in general. Punishing Microsoft because Sony chooses not to expand their cloud streaming offerings, is insanity.

I mean, it's pretty much a given at this point that Sony will buy Square it seems once they are done crying about the Activision/Blizzard purchase and that goes through. So otherwise, Oxenfree 2 and some no-name game nobody cares about.

@Dezzy70 And yet a significant majority of cross-platform games perform better on Xbox than PS. This being an exception. So, if your point is accurate, Xbox could perform at an even higher level than PS than it already does.

@Dezzy70 Yeah, both built to certain strengths. PS focused on load times, Xbox focused on performance.

@Dezzy70 PS has a better SSD, but Xbox has better CPU and Graphics card. Performance comparisons have show Xbox to be the better hardware overall. There's a reason Sony had to factory overclock the CPU to try to keep up.

@Sakai @GamingFan4Lyf Sakai is proving my point. Xbox is the better hardware. That isn't fanboy that's just simply facts. It's more powerful and the results of a majority of comparisons have proven that. It's still on devs to utilize it properly and there are outliers. But as Sakai pointed out, it favors Xbox over PS and it's not close.

That was the point I was getting at in my later comments. It's not out there to assume that the movie rights can affect the games situation with the same company.
