Looks awesome

Finally

Maybe holler at me in 2028

@FrenchVaniIIuxe that's what I'm looking forward to

I can't not laugh at that hair

What a twist, who could have seen that coming

Avowed gave me 20 hours of enjoyment but I fell off it. Got too repetitive and the story/characters kinda sucked

I didn't give outer worlds 2 much of a chance

Good name for that

Probably 20%. PS5 is my main console. I've barely touched my switch this year. Recently got a PC and I'm in boomer shooter heaven so I'll be playing that mostly for a while

I wouldn't rate any of the Xbox games I played from this year over a 7 but doom dark ages is my favorite I guess

Is it another "we added hunger but forgot thirst" survival mode

@bert0503 no no, it's a "new breed of shooter"

Lol hell no it didn't

Whatever it is I hope it's better than their last few games have been

@ButterySmooth30FPS Hell. No.

With that new Turok update too, they're on one

Definitely getting this

I still don't believe anything they say

@XxEvilAshxX guarantee there'll be an outpost capturing montage

Far cry has been slipping since 5. 6 flat out sucked imo. I'm not excited for the series anymore, just like AC.

Looks really cool. Imma get it tomorrow

Looks like I didn't miss anything. None of this is for me

I tried it but the basic gameplay loop didn't do it for me

Still the best gen imo. I bought an elite a couple of weeks ago

Avowed is fun but the story and characters are pretty meh.. I hoped it was like a super fleshed out proof of concept for a bigger better sequel, but that didn't go super well for Outer Worlds imo. Outer Worlds 2 is basically just more of the same and the writing just hasn't grabbed me

It's kinda boring and lifeless. Maybe I'm just not far along enough or not in the right mood for it idk

That's a bummer

The outer worlds 2 did it

@TheMule1983 yes directly but also what I said indirectly

So them saying their biggest competition being anything other than other consoles/PC/mobile just sounds dumb

Gaming's competition is literally every other hobby

Don't trust anything they say tbh

What will be the next live service shooter flop?

So... Too expensive for me, most likely. But also I don't trust anything this company says so I expect they'll change their tune in 2 weeks, then again in 2 more

Eh nothing listed here for me. Maybe I'll find something else tho

@RentedPanda imagine Annihilation but it's metal gear and the bear is ocelot

Very much looking forward to this one it looks awesome possum

Many of the rumors may be bunk but it still seems like Xbox is in pretty big trouble

Doesn't even feel like this gen has hit its stride yet

I don't think I'll be buying anything Xbox besides gamepass ever again tbh. If everything is an Xbox and they seem to be on their way out, why bother

Yawn yet another roguelike

This doesn't seem like it's for me. I guess I'm just more into the resident evil style of survival horror. I was looking forward to this but the enemy variety and combat don't seem up my alley

I thought veilguard sucked

Ehhhh... Definitely not for me. Looks very generic

@omegared74 gotcha thanks

What's the game in the screenshot at the top

It's like a 6/10 for me. I go back to it every now and then but it's only for a couple hours. I only ever got like 20 hours in

I tried to have fun with The Ascent but it was so buggy at launch and crashed constantly. Now I don't even have a way to play local co-op anymore. Sad face

No I would not. I had my fun with the OG back in the day. Not interested in playing it again

It'll certainly be easier on my wallet not buying the next xbox

Been playing the crap out of it. Great game

Pretty dang excited. I started school though recently and I work full time along with getting married in like 2 weeks, so I worry I do not have the time

Between this, Civ 7, and Avowed, I'm truly screwed for time

Anyone else have weird audio delay with this one? Like a quarter of a second delay
