If resolution was 1080p, maybe rt could be an option for every game

But going from 1080p to 1440p 4k is just way too much for these GPUs. They cant even do 4k60 with no rt, rt is even more demanding and you can barely notice the change from baked lightning.

On the next gen maybe rt will be normal at 4k60

Going from 1080p to 1440-4k is very taxing, also add rt, better shadows, better textures, lod, lightning, etc is way too much for the old 2070 super / amd 6700

But i love this gen, 60fps and ssd is awesome being a old time pc gamer, i can finally enjoy this consoles

Lol, because this consoles are not powerful enough for 4k60. The ps6 xsz will be 4k60 easily as minimum.

They are hardware from 2019-2020, not even 3080 cant do 4k60 always

If you have OLED, it is better to have the high contrast pure black

1440p60+ amd fsr2.1 should be mandatory this gen

Lol, farcry 3 is tower climbing simulator. The best farcry is 1 in pc. Thing was brutal. Fc2 was so lame. Fc3 was ok, fc4 was very annoying with the climbing. Fc5 was very nice. Fc6 is so bloated, very annoying to complete

2022 and devs still locking options for user, just let the user choose. Amd fsr 2.1, vrr, 1080p.120. etc 1440.60 4k.30. lazyness all over again. I know we are not ready for 4k60 (for cheap). But 1440.60 should be mandatory + fsr2.1
