Re: The Elder Scrolls Online Is Coming To PC Game Pass With Xbox Play Anywhere Support

Sindayl

Does this mean the Xbox version can now be played online (obviously ) on PC without needing a Game Pass subscription? I stopped playing because it pissed me to have to pay for Game Pass Core just to play TESO. I’m not really interested in other online games on Xbox right now anyway.

I also hope they will merge pc and Xbox servers at some point. Xbox players are not that much into RP and keyboards chat…

Re: Talking Point: Do You Think Project Helix Will Support Physical Xbox Games?

Sindayl

I’m almost certain they won’t provide a way to keep playing physical games and will eventually stop producing them altogether.

They’ve already stopped releasing major titles on disc for the Series X. We didn’t even get physical editions for AAA games like Final Fantasy XVI or Final Fantasy VII Remake, which would have been unthinkable five years ago.

That said, if there’s no way to keep playing my large library of physical Xbox games, there’s even less reason for me to stick with Xbox next generation… especially since I wouldn’t be losing much by switching to another platform…sadly.

Re: Digital Foundry Speculates Whether There'll Be An Xbox Series S Successor Next-Gen

So Doomsomething, first of all, going through my whole post history just to find something that fits your troll narrative is pretty awkward. And since I had to scroll through my long list of old posts to find what I actually said, it makes it even more awkward haha.

Anyway, next time (well, no), try reading the whole topic. I said that in response to this: « Latest sales estimates suggest Xbox sold over two million Series X|S consoles in 2025 » and I commented: « This is ridiculously bad for such a huge company. » And I still stand by that.

Since its release, the Series S hasn’t sold badly. In fact, I personally know more people in real life who have an S than an X.

(I don’t know why I’m even wasting time replying to a troll but it’s somewhat funny, to be honest haha.)

Re: Xbox Boss Questioned On Whether Exclusives Could Return In The Future

Sindayl

Exclusives is what attract people on any service. So if they still want Xbox to be part of the Microsoft gaming ecosystem, they will have to have some major exclusives (not everything has to be). If they don’t care about Xbox systems and the 30% they get on the Xbox store from third party sales, they don’t need exclusives.
