Played it when it first came out. Some good gameplay, but does it have any story or reason to continue now?

@AverageGamer okay, I have seen why some of these gamed have higher specs needed than I expected. They're sometimes not really 2D, they use parallax methods

Ryse? Dead Rising 3? Sunset Overdrive? Surely some of these can't be hard to fenagle. And why could they back compat, enhance Forza Horizon 1, but not FH2 or FM4?

@Gabrie docked?! gosh, I knew Switch 1 was the weakest of last/current gen, but that's rubbish for Switch players.

It has specs approx. to a i5-4670K paired with a GTX 1650, but Nintendo squeezed a lot out of the hardware with 1st party titles.

I should hope it manages 120fps, it's a pixel art game 🤣

Still some strange omissions, like early games such as Ryse and Sunset Overdrive, other games which remain Xbox exclusive console-wise and I'd like to play on max settings on PC.

@Ricky-Spanish yeah, it feels rare these days to get a game where you just can't wait to get back on it and play again. Hogwarts is good, but I've not been sucked in like older games did back in the day.

Please just don't make it cloud based/reliant, in that you don't just use the internal hardware as we do with Series X; I don't want a cloud box that doesn't have the internals to just play the games

These positions just seem to start sounding like a racket

I enjoy Forza Motorsport and would like them to keep updating it, but the forced live service feel to it did a lot of damage to the brand. Forza Horizon is just too simplified and throws gifts and money at you so often there's little to no edification, it's dull. Loved the first 2, 3 was good, 4 had some greatness, but by 5 it's so watered down now.

I'm more sad at the lack of a Just Cause 5

Let's be honest, the multiplayer launch will be terrible with lots of issues as usual, but the important thing is whether it's a good game at its core. People can put up with a lot for a good game

What would be the point of a remake, I though they remastered the first two?

COD has silly skins in multiplayer, Battlefield has always messed it up the last games, with terrible launches every time for multiplayer.

I'll stick with Insurgency: Sandstorm and Easy Red 2👌🏻

Do what Wildlands did, keep your bot squad central and with actual characters. Those relationships and banter can add to it, whereas Breakpoint, people were quite annoyed they were initially without any squad, and added it later as a shallow afterthought after complaints. Such potential for the series though!

Halo 2 in my early teens with my friends on split screen against each other. It was peak gaming, and it was glorious.

Yeah, I'm going to be cancelling my Gamepass ultimate, and I'm never buying another game from Xbox or Microsoft, I've enough of a backlog to cut them off for what they've done to the Xbox brand, many great dev's, and my favourite franchise, and Forza Motorsport.

The assumption with the game is that they had certain ideas, worked on it until the live service/GaaS trend had upper management force them to make it online heavy in that annoying way, then they rushed to get it out despite 18 month contracts rotating staff throughout that period.

Never understood the lack of attention to RD2 Online. GTA V Online is trash, but apparently very lucrative trash

They need to fix the bullets flying slowly haha, but I do believe this will turn out better in the end than people expect

@BAMozzy what was it about 4? First times I played it I didn't like it, then completed it years later and thought the story and Niko as a character were great. It was dark and gritty in a way 5 wasn't at all, and the world felt very interactive

@Cikajovazmaj I mean the original running on Xbone wasn't anyone's cup of tea, it was a cup of urine in a glass half full

At least the Ark original ran better and looked good when it was optimised (rather than the juddering smush of blur on Xbone) on Series X. Survival Ascended seems like a poor running waste of dev focus!
