@Fiendish-Beaver are there difficulty settings? I didn’t see that option. I am struggling at times in some areas and end up having to run from enemies as I run out of bullets or/and am low on health, but I thought there was only the one difficulty

I love gears but honestly I thought the visuals would have been a lot better for this. Will still enjoy the play through but it looks like an Xbox One game at best.

I am delighted to hear this. The only issue i have with going digital is being locked into the one store, so this would definitely solve the problem for me.

I have my doubts about this releasing as good on ps5 and series x. I have a feeling it will be better suited for the next xbox and ps6, I hope I am wrong! The videos looked fantastic! I am such a huge fan of the witcher, cannot wait for this!

The new console is wishful thinking, although I for sure would love a new all powerful Xbox console to compete with the PlayStation.

There’s definitely a catch, one we will not find out so easily. And also, would it then mean that any PlayStation games on the PC would then be available to play on the new Xbox? I don’t see it happening.

@Fiendish-Beaver Correct and right you are. It is difficult to know where to go from here, gaming is becoming very expensive. If they had said the next Xbox will be 600-700 I would have most likely saved up and went for it, but now I am guessing it will be 900-1000. What's the alternative? PC gaming? Sure GPU's cost an arm and a leg as is.. I just like the simplicity of a console.

@Nintendo4Sonic so Dragon age has released in a good state, good on them. What about the vast majority of games beforehand that have released a broken buggy mess? Are we to forget about all of those games just because Dragon Age plays well?? People don’t like spending their hard earned money on broken games. Us gamers have been burned too many times. If you are looking for someone to blame, then blame the thrashy lazy developers & producers that release broken games. Just don’t point the finger at gamers and call us/them ‘stingy’.

Ehh, no. People are just sick and tired of paying €70 for a broken game on launch that needs multiple patches before it becomes a game in a playable state. This has a knock on effect, people get sick of being shafted and are learning to vote with their wallets.

Happy to hear this. I play 2K23 quite a lot with my friend, but I won’t be buying this until a few months after launch. I’ll wait for it to go down in price and get patched up.
