I have both consoles before I'm accused of being a fanboy and didn't have xbox last gen but have ps4, i have been disappointted with Jim Ryan around this and tended to go more to GP over ps plus middle tier. The only reason 8ve kept essential is all the games I would lose access to over 10 years and I think others are in the same situation

@Sebatrox our chancellor in the uk talks about innovation, technology and creating the next silicon Valley so its time for Jeremy Hunt to show he's not a sound bite as he was as a health minister and do what's right tosecure business and income for the uk. Microsoft could offer to set up in uk and this would help create change in governmental thiniking

Whatever happens there was always a $3 billion deal for actiblizzard. Does that pay for some exclusive gamepass deal. Also the sticking point was around cloud gaming so make this as robust as possible with some amazing day one releases so that the do what sony do with exclusives create a supply and demand scenario that game pass will be talked above xbox as thia is the brand to push for using console, smart tv and pc. This will be the way forward.

Ive tried the trial of ea pga tour as well as pga 2k23 and got to say prefer the latter. Also having some time on coffee talk which is a nice chilled game. Im neing asked to play fortnite constantly but refuse to do it

I like most ubisoft games and from the opening reveal would probably subscribe to play riders Republic, AC valhalla and the early remastered AC games. Didn't get to play far cry primal or 6 yet. So short subscription then stop until something new comes around or dlc on crew 2

Maybe they've removed it so in May GWG will add it so you actually get a good game for once. Joking aside im fed up of 16 games leaving an 3 roguelike 2 pixel games and 1 AA title comes in place . 16 off 16 on please

Tried to play forza DLC but not well so been a bit rubbish. Much better than hot wheels and good to have arcade rally rather than sim based.

What a load of rubbish as game prices have already gone up and via game pass it will be whatever price that will be a month. With inflation at a high level in the uk. MS havent taken advantage unlike certain supermarkets

Out of all the games im looking forward to this was the one as said by others better released without being full of glitches than looking like another cyberpunk

@themightyant that's me in a nutshell been so disappointed since October. Been on xbox mainly this gen but may pick up playing ps5 a little more

Maybe we might get some announcements this week as it feels like ages since getting any games. Lose 25 games since december 15th but dont get any new as jan games are adter this point and only 5 with six announced since 15th december prior to that as well as dismal GWG

Happy new year all. Hopefully it wont be too long till the Activisionblizzard gets an answer as it is felt that this is causing delays in concentration from the important rhings. Supporting game development and improving gamepass.
If it doesnt go through thats another chunk of money that is available for other studios which possibly Sony might not throw their toys out the pram.
As previously mentioned lets hope that forza doesnt get a delay and we hear about avowed. All the best looking forward to microsoft studios the year ahead.

@TheDesigner i am not saying that xbox should get that what im saying is ps plus get AAA game we get indie and being abusive is a form of being simplistic.

Ps plus get jedi fallen order and look at the abysmal rubbish we get chucked out time to scrap it and increase AAA titles to game pass and add online gaming cost. I would be happy with this and increase the rewards so you can get extra chances to get more points.

Been playing some WRC generations and around Half way through lego star wars skywalker saga. I have played a little of high on life. Hopefully gonna try gotham knights in the next couple of days. Gotta get the zmas family visits out the way.

@Chaudy I know been moaning as in total 20 gameshave or will be removed in December and we've had about 6 added.

Bit annoyed how remove 20 games and provide a lot less each month. This has happened last couple of months. Game pass needs to be better considering how week games with gold is. I have a years subscription but will review whether i do that again.

Been playing some spyro on the switch, followed by lego star wars and high on life on xbox GP. Waiting to see if there are any treats by xbox un second half of the month

It started with a trailer for jedi survivor and followed with around 10 hours of skywalker saga on series x. The weekend will be me going to amazon locker to pick up spyro for switch to add to recent crash purchases

It's a shame pure xbox are trying to overplay that we have an xbox studio game released. Yes Obsidian have a release but not exactly the big game PS have just had in GOW ragnarok. Spend time on avowed instead. Come on xboxstudios you have the potential for an awesome 2023 no delays though to achieve this

@Darylb88 some of those run at low frame rate and also are internet only games. Not up to series x ps5 standard. It's a bit like how PC games run compared to ps and xbox

As games improve there is a concern the series s will struggle or hold games back. It was felt that the plan for the series s was a game pass streaming device

I only discussed this last night. I believe there are 2 reasons for this fact. Disney being the first stumbling block. They have been slow to none existent when releasing MCU based games and has taken a long time to get the star wars franchise up and running.
The second issue is the Simpsons isn't overly popular now. We have rick and morty, family guy etc that has made it less interesting as a show.

I have got to say. I am not bothered as I cannot stand JRPG games. I have played 10 minutes of a ff game and deleted it straight away. Same as with nintendo I do not like Zelda games. These are the PS exclusives I'm not bothered by. I do love uncharted and spiderman as well as forbidden West and God of war. I would prefer forza horizon over all these and that's why I'm happy with the xbox this gen.

I wonder whether Phil Spencer will go to the EU to complain and cry in his cornflakes about this oh that's only Sony who do that.

@Stamnoso I have said the same thing for years been more into Sony especially ps4 and xbox one was a little bit disastrous at release. This time round MS have got it right but Jim Ryan responds to the shareholders not the players even if their advertising slogan tries to tell you differently.

Spent time playing F1 22 this weekend had an amazing race at Silverstone on full race. Also had a bit of time on maneater.

I switched this gen to xbox although have 2 ps4 and a ps5 in the house. I understand why when I see the behaviours of Sony. They have displayed a company who cares profit 1st 2nd and 3rd and gamers last. As a non fan boy I can see what is happening without the blinkers others have. Phil Spencer has so much more dignity than Jim Ryan. When God of war ragnarok is released you can expect a tweet from Phil congratulating Sony. Will this happen on the release of a AAA xbox exclusive from Jim Ryan, I think not

Looking forward to another NFS game. Been playing them since their inception. There has been weak titles but all are still enjoyable
