Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (April 1-2)

Welcome to yet another 2023 weekend on Xbox! As always, we've got some good stuff you can check out over the next few days, including the Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure expansion, more fantastic Xbox Free Play Days offerings, some cool new releases including the former PlayStation exclusive Sifu, and over 400 deals on the Xbox Store.

Here's what we're playing this weekend:

I feel like I'm overloaded with great games that I just don't have the time for right now. I'm still trying to make my way through the likes of WWE 2K23, Not For Broadcast, Resident Evil 2, MLB The Show 23 and so many other games that I've picked up recently, but the reality is that I'm just chipping away slowly at each of them

Something I also want to play this weekend, but I'm a little disappointed with so far, is LEGO CITY Undercover. The game itself is great fun, but the Xbox port leaves a lot to be desired. It's clearly running at a pretty poor resolution with around 30 frames per-second performance for the most part, and you can definitely feel it after playing the likes of LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens with FPS Boost turned on. What a shame!

Anyway, that's me - have a good weekend, folks.

PJ O'Reilly, Staff Writer

I'm gonna be jumping back into Forza Horizon 5 this weekend to check out that sweet new Rally Adventure DLC, so that's my main gaming plan for the next few days, but I've also very foolishly redownloaded Diablo 3 because I'm chomping at the bit for Diablo 4 to arrive. This is almost certainly going to result in me becoming fully addicted all over again, so if you don't hear from me over the next couple of months that'll be why.

Have a good one!

Craig Reid, Video Producer

Ahoy PX! This weekend I'm going back to the absolute stonker Resident Evil 2. I played the remake back when it first came out BUT I only played through Leon's story and not Claire's for some silly reason.

Outside of my Resi fixation I'll be mastering Kung Fu AND playing Sifu. I had it back on PS5 but I'd like to bag a few of those shiny new Xbox Achievements! Curious, what Xbox game was your favourite to 100% fully achieve?

Have a nice weekend folks!
