@Fiendish-Beaver
Eneba and Kinguin are other ones I use.
Gamivo have some good deals too, but be careful with the membership it attempts to add to your basket.
@Fiendish-Beaver That's the difference 3rd party key resellers can make. Sony in particular are bleeding their user base dry by forcing them to buy through the Playstation storefront.
Don't think enough is made of this stark contrast.
@SMJ Think it's just down to preference. I do find it easier to do on the right side of the controller than the left.
Us older folks that grew up with ever changing controller options and layouts have had to adapt our grip over the years from one button Atari controllers onwards.
I suppose if one were to pick up a controller for the first time now they would probably find it more intuitive to use both middle and forefingers.
@Balaam_ I was wondering about "...on gamepass" also.
@Kezelpaso was the question specific to people accessing the game through gamepass (i.e. not including people who purchased or received a free copy through owing the previous remaster).
Reading this article again, the "Get ready to experience the future" line from the blurb makes it sound something bigger than 'just' a controller. If it is, it would have to be a revolutionary to come close to that hype.
@Project13
As cynical as I have become also regarding the Xbox management and direction at times, I can't see them being mad enough to disenfranchise the current user base by nerfing access to their libraries on the next Xbox machine.
@IOI "most people with Xbox console just donβt buy games"
In that case it's a wonder why studios bother at all porting. And Microsoft themselves have just added another 50 xbox titles to the "stream your own games" feature. What a waste that is with no xbox owners actually owning games :/

BTW - other key sellers are available π
Re: Roundup: Here's What The Reviews Are Saying About EA Sports FC 26, Out Today On Xbox
Geeze, PushSquare are hard taskmasters, games rarely seem to score high unless they are exclusives or first party.
Re: Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor Is Getting Huge Praise On Xbox Game Pass & PC
Gave this a try today - great game, very moreish.
Re: Helldivers 2 Xbox Launch Provided 'Substantial Uplift' In Revenue, Data Shows
Hang on, I keep reading that Xbox owners have been trained like monkeys to not buy games...?
Re: Borderlands 4 Performance Degrades On Xbox The Longer You Play, Dev Suggests Workaround
@carlos82
Apparently it's somehow worse on the PS5 Pro...
Re: Borderlands 4 Performance Degrades On Xbox The Longer You Play, Dev Suggests Workaround
Do devs bother with testing these days?
Why spend time and resources when the end user customer mugs will do it for them.
Gamers are less and less going to buy games at launch and just pick them up in sales later on, by which time they're patched and fixed.
Re: RoadCraft Is Available Today With Xbox Game Pass (September 16)
Great game.
There's a lot to do, with much switching between vehicles.
Co-op is the way to go if possible.
Re: Roundup: Here's What The Reviews Are Saying About LEGO Voyagers
Will probably get this.
Enjoyed the other 2 'diffirent' lego games, Builder's Journey and Bricktales.

@SMJ
"Why is the guy at the end of the video using the triggers with his middle fingers???"
To leave their forefingers free for the bumpers, is that odd? (I do it sometimes...seems to help, depending on the game)

"Seems like if you dont want to wait the best combo is ps6+S2."
Maybe not, if the next Xbox has Steam.
Re: Football Manager 26 Is Officially Releasing On Xbox Game Pass This November
Will give this a shot (ha, pun) for sure.
Re: ROG Xbox Ally X Can Reach 'Insane' FPS In DOOM: The Dark Ages, Says Analysis
@VeganH
Not that "alarming" - all things that can be sorted via updates.
Better not to have them out the box sure, but not exactly a deal breaker.
Re: These Six Games Are Coming To Xbox Game Pass (September 2-16)
Yeah, just bought Roadcraft last week π«€
It happens sometimes I guess.
Re: Xbox's PS5 Strategy Pays Off As Gears Reloaded Easily Passes 1 Million Players In Under A Week
@BacklogBrad
Ultimate edition was released on PC 10 years ago.
Re: Digital Foundry 'Just Can't Recommend' Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater On Xbox Series S
That VRR lower range the Series X has of 40 coming into play, rescuing a stutter here, a screen tear there.
Think the PS5 VRR lowest rate is 48?

Research? π
Re: Black Myth: Wukong Analysis Shows Completely Different Visuals On Xbox Compared To PS5
@Weebleman
"said they were having trouble getting it running on xbox."
Conspiracy theories aside, that didn't stop them releasing it a mess on PS5.
Taking advantage of the huge amount of PS5 users perhaps to make a quick buck?

Agreed. I had just previously made a similar comment over there.
Re: Euro Truck Simulator 2 And American Truck Simulator Are Coming To Xbox
Been playing this for years on PC. Have purchased all the official map extensions DLC for Ets2 and also use Promods further map extensions.
Won't be buying them again though. Wonder why it's taken the developer so long to make a console version and then why now? π€

Re: Talking Point: What Should Xbox Do To Celebrate Its 25th Anniversary Next Year?
Start using hall-effect sensors in their controllers.
After having 3 develop drift, I'd maybe start buying them again.

"Ugh PopCap!!"
Now don't you be dumping on PopCap, won't hear it, their PC games were legend. EA ruined them.

PushSquare giving it a 7 in 3, 2, 1...
Never played the originals so this looks like a great jumping in point.
