One of the titles we highlighted in our "All New Games Coming To Xbox In November 2025" roundup earlier today was the open world co-op game Satisfactory, which brings its ultra-popular factory-building experience to Xbox this week.
Satisfactory has been on PC for just over a year now (following many years of early access), where it's amassed an incredible "Overwhelmingly Positive" rating based on over 120,000 user reviews. The idea is that you're dropped onto an alien planet and required to build massive factories in pretty much whatever way you see fit, with the game also featuring elements of combat and exploration (it boasts a vast, impressive map) along the way.
Still confused why it's so popular? Here's what one Steam user had to say about it recently:
Lillith13 on Steam: "Wow. I was kind of expecting just a small basic little factory simulator game and instead any and every expectation i had for this was totally surpassed by this masterpiece. The world is rather large and VERY, VERY pretty and very fun to explore. Building is easy, even making the complicated assembly lines is actually fun. I have been wondering for quite a while how a game about factories had overwhelmingly positive ratings, and now i know its because its one of those rare gems that does way more than it has to and does it all exceedingly well. The only thing its really missing is a weather system."
Satisfactory currently has a whopping 91 average score on Metacritic, but it remains to be seen how it'll fare on Xbox and PlayStation when it makes its console debut this week.
For what it's worth, there is an Xbox Store page for Satisfactory but the game isn't available to pre-order yet, so we don't know how much it'll cost. If it's anything like the PC version though, it's probably going to be around $39.99 USD. The release date for Satisfactory on Xbox is November 4th (2025), and the release time is 8am ET / 1pm GMT.
We'll leave you with more details and screenshots for the game down below.
Satisfactory is a first-person open-world factory building game with a dash of exploration and combat. Play alone or with friends, explore an alien planet, create multi-story factories, and enter conveyor belt heaven!
