Thing is, mine is fully shutdown and still screen still goes blank in the middle of the animation.

Anyway, it's no biggie, just curious. No other display issues since update.

Not everyone who has an XBOX has gamepass and those who do still buy games not on gamepass. Some even buy games that they have/had access to on gamepass, especially when they are leaving gamepass.

Will be trying both of these.
Love resource hunting crafting games and boxing games are few and far between.

Also a chance to sit Fury down on his fat arse.

One of the aspects that drew me to Xbox was the option to buy digital keys from 3rd party resellers at much less than "full" price.

Okay, suppose someone who will play this on the Series X (and will not be moving their progress to a PS5 Pro) should comment also:

Recently I've settled on a background of floating pastel coloured spheres (or are they bubbles?) with what looks like a rabbit with a squint, atop one of spheres...

Would be good to have an option that randomly picks a background on each start up or a rotation from chosen backgrounds.

All these recent changes (some seemingly almost insignificant) do as a whole seem to represent an encouraging new mindset.

90ish, despite Push Square probably pulling the average down slightly with an 8 by looking to mark it down for things like, as in FH5, "having too much content"...

I do like how they've used the section of a helix shape that looks akin to an 'X'.

The console auto-update can be turned off and you'll get a notification instead.

The OG One and the One S are so slow to boot and load games, and on that basis have aged badly.

Don't know how much a better HDD or SSD improves that.

I did at least, a couple of years ago. Seem to remember it being a larger download than the actual game itself.

Unlikely it turned up in a car boot sale, though not unlikely it was in Edinburgh (with Rockstar North based there).

Someone perhaps will be in trouble for allowing this to get into the wild.

Have bought most of their games I want already through all the sales.

So for me personally, it's a waste and another vote for the idea of being able to build your own Gamepass package.

Ubisoft, EAPlay and Fortnite would be dropped from mine in a heartbeat.

Fair play for trying to respond to @Balaam_ but I think they were being ever so facetious.

To keep the price down, it'll likely be an optional extra. Which is likely needed if they want current Xbox users with a physical library to make the investment in a new console.

Apart from live service titles that is, which Nintendo never publish elsewhere, so maybe you're correct after all.
