Update (Wed 20th Jan, 2021 15:00 GMT): What is going on here?! Despite Microsoft confirming it on Instagram, publisher Devolver Digital has now outright denied that Fall Guys is coming to Xbox Game Pass in a couple of responses on Twitter.
Original story (Wed 20th Jan, 2021 14:00 GMT): Despite teases of Fall Guys coming to Xbox Game Pass being dismissed last week by the game's Twitter account, it appears it is indeed on the way, as confirmed by the official Xbox Game Pass Instagram.
In a recent post joking about how games are being added to the service faster than gamers can play them, one user stated they want to see Fall Guys on Xbox Game Pass, to which the account replied: "it's coming".
It was previously stated by developer Mediatonic that bringing Fall Guys to Xbox Game Pass wasn't a priority at launch, but it looks like it will soon be the time! Hopefully more confirmed details about a release date arrive shortly.

This sounds like the same deal they had with Control. But then it came out for Game Pass.
I probably won't try this even if it's on gamepass, Just doesn't look like my type of game..
I have played it on my PS4 and don't understand the fascination. Everybody runs forward into a world like a WipeOut television episode. When you are making good progress there are always the few who care little for progress and make it their sole intention to disrupt you. I'm like, Dude stop... dude why.... Arghh!
That’s how these timed exclusivity contacts work these days. Look at Cuphead, took two years but there a PS version when they denied it for years literally.
@mousieone There is no timed exclusive contract. Fallguys devs just hate making money. This thing could've been a killer on the Switch
Meh. I played a few rounds, on ps4. It's not a reason to power up a console, but more to kill a minute or two. Just me. Just saiyan.
