Apparently, there is some kind of delay on the schedule.
Normally (as you know) Skynet should have been takeover our world (with the event called "the Judgment Day") back in 29. of August 1997.
Now, we are waiting for the massive nuclear strike, which will wipe out (us) billions of people.
I guess that is why they build all those data centers all around the globe and also on the orbit.
We need to talk to each other about how we are going to build "Human Resistance".

I returned to "Nioh 2" after I platinumed "Nioh 3".
And started to play "Diablo 2 Resurrected" after I got bored on "Diablo 4"
I also playing "Black Mesa" on pc. It looks amazing with maxed out visual + HDR on at native 3840 x 2160 resolution (on quantum dot oled panel)
1000 Watt 5+1 sound system also adds impactful immersion on (almost) any game.
So... Yeah!

I liked Phil Spencer also. He really managed to pulled off xbox, from the hell pit of xbox one. I always appreciated that.
I got no clue who' s idea was it but, acquiring activision/blizzard was a (still is) epic fail which was a last nail in the coffin.
I can only hope that, lessons learned and Project Helix could be the best value (proposition) hardware in the history of consoles and pc world at the same time.

As a person who hardpassed current gen all together (no Xbox Series S, No Xbox Series X, No PS5, No PS5Pro) I am open to the idea of returning to the very original plan, which is the first Xbox = 100% PC Compatible Media Center.
I still have it (along with Xbox 360 Halo Reach Limited Edition and Xbox One S) and can not be more happy about it.
Microbe-soft got a very big and timely opportunity with extremely overpriced component (such as memory & ssd) markets. Therefore, if Project Helix manages to offer a very attractive value, such as, built by 3000 $ worth of hardware components (but) with a 999 $ price tag, I am glady ready to buy it. First time in a very long time, we may witness that console market eats pc market's launch, which is crazy.
Again! 100% pc compatible console is a very good idea (just like the very first xbox) so, I am all for it. It is all about good & attractive pricing.
Not sure if microbe-soft could pull this off... Hopefully, team xbox may surprise us in a positively way. I'll wait and see. Fingers crossed.

"Best Deal" is what I did;
Not wasting time or purchasing power, neighter for Series S, nor for Series X.
When we are this close to next gen, it is best to be on hold.
Current gen is over and next gen is around the corner.

I do not even remember how many years ago my gamepass ultimate subscription expired and I do not want to return.
I am happy to play the games which I bought and own.
I am totally open to the 100% pc compatible console idea, but I do not think I'll return to gamepass in the future (unless, somehow microbe-soft bundle it attractively for us customers)

As a person who completed FH5 (on gamepass) I plan to install and play FH4 after the upcoming summer. I assume I'll enjoy it more if I play it during Autumn.

In the (very first) Xbox era I never needed a battery.
Buy when I bought my Xbox 360 Halo Reach Edition in The Game Shop in Valencia employee gave me 2 complimentary rechargeable batteries likes the ones you see above. They lived and served me about 2,5 - 3 years. After that, they died and became useless. So, I started to use rechargeable AA batteries.
With the era of Xbox One S, stopped using any kind of battery because controller cable works even better. Input lag is lower, games are more fun and responsive.
I am using same (xbox one s) controller on my pc too...

If, 100% PC compatible (allegedly "upcoming") console would be consist of the components which costs over 3000 $ (in case, we build it for our own), then I won't call it "expensive".

Microbe-soft has a big purchasing power to bring components together to build a pc and sell it to market as console. Opportunity is on the table, in a world, where both rams and ssd's are overpriced.
If microbe-soft take that opportunity and act accordingly, it could be useful both for pc world and console world.
Lets not forget that the very first xbox was (and still is) a "media center" pc.
It is welcome to return to original idea.
But, there is no product, wrong pricing can not kill.
Therefore, if components are powerful enough to offer a "good value" 1000 $ price tag is not expensive at all.
But (on the other hand) if components are weak enough, then even the sub 300 $ price tag is unacceptably expensive.
We need to know every single detail about the components.

If it won't be optinal (meaning: 2 different models = with & without disk drive) then I'll hardpass it instantly, like I did hardpass current gen.
I have enough number of Xbox with disk drive and I do not want to pay significantly more (again).
Give me a cheaper option without a disk drive, I'll gladly consider to buy it.
No need to mention;
I'll be glad to see a model with a disk drive. But it should not be an "only option".

It is your move and opportunity!
Show us your intention and preseve these playable demo(s) for the upcoming Project Helix.
Announce that backward compability for whole previous xbox era(s) will be valid.
Prove that Xbox saga is alive.

I skipped current gen but I am ready to buy next gen, if you approach and build properly.

I adore John Carpenter but I'll stay away from this game, unless rpg mechanics gets implemented and open world approach comes to the maps.

I just can not stop enjoying Nioh 3

THERE IS NO PRODUCT, WRONG PRICING CAN NOT KILL.
If (and I hope) microbe-soft orders & buys the required hardware components at large enough scale to bring the unit price down, next Xbox may sell like a hot cake.
I am ready to buy one, if price can be attactive enough.
(For example, why should I say no to 1000 $ price tag, if the components inside costs more than 2500 $ when I buy them myself from the market, seperately?)
100% PC compatible, very strong console with a good value price tag, is what market needs more than ever.
Valve, Sony, Microbe-soft or anybody else... Who ever manage to come up with that freat solution, gets the price.

I am playing Diablo 2 Resurrected (since last mid-summer) on my xbox one s and lovely oled display.
Therefore, I do not need gamepass.
Upscaled visuals on 4K oled is nothing buy pure eye candy.
Also, combat with controller give more immersion.
Diablo 2 is truly timeless game.
