I am afraid "Hard Pass" for me..

I am playing the games same as previous weekend:
1 - Grim Dawn
2 - Warhammer 40.000 DarkTide

I bought Xbox 360 Halo Reach Limited Edition (with 2 controllers) and still keeping it.
UNSC Pillar of Autumn themed console and controllers are lovely.
Even the disk drive has sound effect with Master Chief's Shield Charge sound.
Can not be more happy...
I got infinite good memories with;

• Dark Souls
• Halo Reach
• Forza Horizon
• Halo ODST
• Halo 3
• Lost Odyssey
• Forza Motorsports

Regarding to "Will DOOM: The Dark Ages Become id's Best Modern DOOM Game?" question;
We hope so...
I am saying that as a most distant person to the genre.
Because, better games needed more than ever in this current era.
I am more of a souls, frp, arpg and jrpg person but, as I stated above, "we need better games more than ever been".

As long as you level up constantly and keep upgrading your weapons should be fine (on the first run).
You'll be able to make your guardian spirit stronger from "new game +" onwards.
You won't believe how invincible you'll become.

"Nioh 2" nothing but pure joy. It is all about progressing step by step (without rushing) and making our warrior stronger and stronger, along with our guardian spirits (thanks to amazing soul cores).
By the way, which skill did you chose for your character?

Despite the fact that I have PS+ (essential) subscription until December 2030, I am so happy that I did not waste any money for "PS5" or "PS5 Pro"... Maybe I'll consider PS6 after it is released.
Until than, I'll continue to reduce my backlog on Xbox One S, PS4 and PC.
No need to rush.

souls games are already on xbox. Therefore, it won't " a legendary surprise" if it turns out to be some new souls game.
There is nothing surprise about it...
(By the way, what is wrong with souls games, for you anyway?)

The reasons why I had to give up the idea of buying xbox series x are
1 - Not enough storage
2 - Expensive and (for me) useless disk driver

I would have (gladly) buy some xbox series x version without disk driver and with at least 2 TB ssd.
But it is too late since 2024. I'll have a look at next generation consol options.
I hope, sony and microbe-soft won't do the same mistakes that they did it in current generation. Fingers crossed.
(Note: The reasons I have not buy PS5 are

• weak cpu
• weak gpu
• not enough storage
• unnecesarly and annoyingly chunky case
• liquid metal leaks)

Unfortunately, so many amazing games trapped back in previous xbox consoles. If microbe-soft decides to save and enhance them, I am all for it.
There is a gigantic treasure lying down in the xbox library.

Bought nothing so far...

"My Favourite Memory" of this generation is not to buy any new console. No "xbox series x" , No "xbox series s", No "ps5". I played the games on "PC", "xbox one s" and "ps4"...
I was waiting to buy "xbox series x - enhanced edition" with 2 TB ssd and no disk driver which is never released, maybe until recently. But as you know, it is too late now. We are not far from next generation consoles. I prefer to wait for new xbox. Not gonna buy any recent generation. It is just too late, besides, my 3,5 years of game pass subscription expired.
So...
I may renew my subscription if I buy a next generation console. Until then, I am good wih my PC.

It is kind'a too late, I guess. Cause my hype is already died around last year...

But I'll be very happy to hear it is (turns out to be) a good game.

Unfortunately, I am playing Code Vein with a constant agony.
Only 2 more achievements left for platinium.
I did not know that this game is so bad and boring.
Unfortunately I am on NG+5 because game has a despicable glich that does not give you "good ending" trophy on NG+1
I had to unlock the "Dweller in the Dark" tropy on NG+4
Probably, this is the worst game I experienced since Mid-90's.
I will get the remaining trophies and start to enjoying my life again. Fingers crossed...

Gladly bought "Another Crab's Treasure"

Back then, I had to travel to Istanbul in order to buy one. It was well worth for the trouble. My friends thrilled with Halo: Combat Evolved, Jade Empire, Halo 2, Cold Fear, Ninja Gaiden Black, Forza Motorsport, Conker Live Reloaded, Burnout 3 Takedown, Dead or Alive, Far Cry Instincts and many others...
I still keeping my Xbox in my room along with the game disks... I'll never give it away...

I'll wait and see the next gen...
I was (waiting) to buy diskless version of xbox series x with 2 TB storage which (as you know) never released. Therefore, I skip it alltogether and wait for next gen.

To be honest, recent generation was (probably) the biggest disappoinment (both on sony and microbe-soft, side) for me...
I am happy that I wasted literraly nothing on current gen. Such a letdown...

Playing Elden Ring even though I platinumed back in July.
It is so much fun to help other players agains enemies as well as against invaders

When you call comething starting with "Series" you imply that "There is more to come"... Meaning, microbesoft saying "Please continue to watch us, because there will be more consoles in future under the Xbox Series .... brand"... But sadly, we hear more and more everyday that microbesoft trying to make a U turn.

I bought Xbox without a second thought.
Despite that it was significanty more expensive than PS2, I bought it without any regret, because of "Halo 2" , "Jade Empire" "BurnOut 3" and also the hardware superiority to PS2.
I still have it in my room and never gonna sell it.

I always enjoying to play old xbox games on newer xbox consoles with higher resolution and with smoother frame-rates.
