Re: Talking Point: Should Xbox Bring Back Limited Edition Consoles?

ozkrmz

I am a very happy owner of "Xbox360 Halo Reach Limited Editon"
So...
Microbe-soft needs to come up with good incentives, meaning:
1 - Dual controller must be included in the package with minor or no price increase
2 - At least 2 TB ssd must be embedded in the console
3 - Outer design & paint job must be attractive
4 - At least 3 months of gamepass gift card must be in the box

Re: Opinion: Xbox Series X Still Hasn't Been Fully Utilised Yet, But 2026 Could Be The Year

ozkrmz

I said this back in 2020:
"Horrendously overpriced graphics card era, offers uncanny opportunity to both microbe-soft and sony. If they come up with a good value compact pc, instead of usual console. They can sell it even more than the total number of consoles in their history. It is all about the contract they make with "nvidia/amd/intel" triopoly.
With a very simple motto, like: JUST FOR A MIDRANGE GPU PRICE, YOU CAN GET A FULLY FLEDGED PC. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS HERE
microbe-soft and/or sony could skyrocket their balance sheet.
They do not even have to include a controller to the package, as all controllers in last 25 years may easily work with it.

Re: Opinion: Xbox Series X Still Hasn't Been Fully Utilised Yet, But 2026 Could Be The Year

ozkrmz

If (software wise) xbox series x (somehow) gets fully utilised next year, I'll be happy to witness that... I may even consider to buy it, with no disk drive and 2 TB solid state disk, if offered for a right price.
Otherwise, I'll look at the next flaghip xbox console, if such thing gets to be released.
As you know, mixed signals keep coming and makes us look like group of kittens watching very long ping pong match.

Re: Opinion: It Feels Like Microsoft Is Planning A Huge Final Year Of Xbox Series X|S In 2026

ozkrmz

Dear friend @LogicStrikesAgain
If, microbe-soft manage to come up with a "good value" solution, I'll gladly buy it. I am sick and tired of overpriced and extremely diluted graphics cards of "nvidia/amd/intel" triopoly.
They refuse to provide good value options since 2017-2018.
That is why I did not buy their deliberately overpriced and downgraded gpu.
I have R9 380 from 2015 and not gonna buy another gpu.
As I mentioned above: if, microbe-soft comes up with a "good value" pc competible solution, I'll gladly buy it.

Re: Xbox Handheld Is Called 'ROG Xbox Ally', Releases Holiday 2025

ozkrmz

As a person, who have zero interest in handheld consoles, I totally support people to be outdoor and free.
I hope it may help people to come together, share and enjoy everything in socially.
I can only hope that, high price and/or windows operation system won't kill the potential.
Fingers crossed.

Re: Xbox Should Have Expected PS5 Sale Before Increasing Series X|S Prices, Says Journalist

ozkrmz

Dear friend @Sindayl
As a person who did not buy neighter "Xbox Series X" nor "PS5", I would not strech it and carelessly say "last 15 years"
I happly bought Xbox, Xbox 360 Halo Reach Limited Edition and Xbox One S. I still using them along with my powerful pc.
Last 15 years is not mistake as a whole. It is not typical either.
There were ups and downs.
Somehow, this generation failed, probably (mainly) because of the software and also some poor decision making.
I'll gladly buy next flagship xbox if it turns out to be faster and stronger than PS6. More importantly, if it is priced competitively and reasonable like previous xbox consoles.

Re: Xbox Quietly Releases New 4TB Expansion Card For Series X|S

ozkrmz

Dear friend @GuyinPA75
Thank you.
I do not expect Microbe-Soft to realize it's mistake and/or other people to join me with taking a similar stand.
I believe in freedom and it is perfectly fine anybody to act how ever they see fit.
By the way, microbe-soft's wrong decision making process (in this generation consoles), unintentionally directed me to investing for my own future, rather than wasting my hard earned purchasing power to imperfect xbox series x.
So... For that, I can not thank enough to (both) microbe-soft and sony. They (not only) saved me wasting my time and money for PS5 and Xbox Series X, (even better) they directed me to make highly yielding investments. My purchasing power keep increasing as I blissfuly clear my back log on Xbox One S + PS4 + PC games.
Can not be more happy...

Re: Xbox Quietly Releases New 4TB Expansion Card For Series X|S

ozkrmz

As an extremely happy owner of;
1 - Xbox
2 - Xbox 360 Halo Reach Limited Edition
3 - Xbox One S
I wanted buy Xbox Series X all along. But, microbe-soft did make some critical mistakes, like;

  • forcing me to pay additionally (around 100 $) for a disk drive which I was never gonna use
  • Forcing me to buy the console with inadequate storage, with a hope of I'll buy worthless seagate ssd someday.
Guess what! I never bought Xbox Series X! (despite the fact that I loved it)
It was a bad move to, not letting people to install, their own PCI Express 4.0 ssd they already have.
Purposfuly bottlenecking the console's storage to force people to buy seagate ssd did not work. Because it was not gonna work. I did not buy it. Just like, I did not buy Xbox Series X despite the fact that I had more than 3 years of gamepass ultimate subscription.
so, how profitable was for microbe-soft to not selling Xbox Series X and additional seagate ssd?

Re: Xbox Has Reportedly 'Sidelined' Plans For A 2027 First-Party Handheld

ozkrmz

Honestly, handheld does not interest me at all.
I always prefer to buy flagship xbox console which is always stronger (hardware wise) than playstation equivalent.
I never regreted that I bought:
1 - Xbox
2 - Xbox 360 Halo Reach Limited Edition
3 - Xbox One S
I always been happier with them, contrast to playstation equivalents.
I am waiting for next flagship xbox, which I hope to be better than PS6.

Re: One Month On, Oblivion Remastered Has A Pretty Low Completion Rate On Xbox

ozkrmz

To be honest... Vampirism sickness in oblivion was the big wall I hit everytime I tried to complete the game, back in the days...
I was having great time, buying my own house and decorate the interior. But, vampirism sickness forcing me to stay away from sunlight and keeping me at the city sewers most of the times. It was very depressive and souls crushing. I tried to find cure multiple times but (unfortunately) never succeeded.

Re: Talking Point: Do You Feel You've Had Value For Money With Your Xbox Series X|S?

ozkrmz

I waited too long (very patiently) to buy Xbox Series X without a disk drive and with adequate ssd capacity (lets say 2 TB) which never offered until my game pass ultimate subscription expired (which is around 3,5 years later).
So... Despite that I was very determined to buy Xbox Series X (again without disk drive which I was never gonna need and use) but, during the years my patience consumed.
I'll consider to buy next gen flagship xbox if it offers good value.
Fingers crossed.
Note: Despite that I never had any Xbox Series X, I always loved it. I wish, disk drive (that I'll never gonna use) and ssd with inadequate space were never pushed. Whole value and the deal is murdered upon arrival (unfortunately).

Re: Talking Point: Would You Still Buy An Xbox At Microsoft's 2025 Prices?

ozkrmz

It is just too late and very illogical for me to buy current gen xbox console.
I prefer to buy next gen flagship xbox, if:
1 - Priced correctly
2 - Offers good value
3 - More powerful than PS6 (both hardware components and software wise)
4 - Have adequate size ssd for games
5 - Does not force me to pay additional 100 $ for a disk drive I'll never use.
My money is ready for a good flagship console. Lets roll on to it...

Re: Video: Phil Spencer Shows Off 'Secret Xbox Lab' For Next-Gen Hardware

ozkrmz

If Dear Mr. Phil Spencer comes up with a stronger flagship console, I'll be more than happy to buy next xbox, instead of PS6.
My funds ready.
I hope it turns out to be better, both on hardware and software wise.
...
I was preffered the very first xbox instead of PS2, years and years ago. I always been happy with it.
I am not interested in any type of hendheld, but can not wait for next beefy flagship xbox.
I am hoping that (especially software wise) it is going to be better console, unlike to xbox series x.

Re: Talking Point: Will Any Next-Gen Xbox Have A Disc Drive?

ozkrmz

Dear friend @Nintendo4Sonic
Colsoles, with and without disk drive, must co-exist.
For now, it is the only way we can be sure that "sony & microbe-soft" duo won't be able to abuse gamers of this world.
We (all end users) are eternal friends, regardsless the type of games we prefer...

Re: Talking Point: Will Any Next-Gen Xbox Have A Disc Drive?

ozkrmz

Dear my friend @Nintendo4Sonic
I am also happy that world does not spin around me.
I am only a mere one, among the hundreds of millions of gamers in our world.
I am not saying (as I never did) physical copy of games must die.
I got close to 90-95 box / disc games of Xbox and Xbox 360
But it if we include the counting PS3, PS4, PC disk games, they are close to 200 (not to mention hundreds of DVD and Blue Ray Disk Movies). My shelves are not only filled with science, scienfiction and fantasy books, but also with physical games.
I respect and support the physical media games (despite the fact that I have no more additional room for new games in my house) because, I fear that sony/microbe-soft duo, may abuse gamers via the absence of the physical media.
But, I am sick and tired of paying 100 $ more for the disk drive on each new console.
By the way (as you know) gamers of our world lost their purchasing power. We need, more affordable, lighter, less electricity consuming, less heating, less space accupying consoles and personal computers.

Re: Talking Point: Will Any Next-Gen Xbox Have A Disc Drive?

ozkrmz

I am really sick and tired of paying additional 100 $ for the disk drive I do not use.
Not to mention;

  • consuming more electricity,
  • making the console (unnecessarly) chunkier
  • making console (unnecessarly) heavier
  • occupying more space
  • wasting my valuable time, for the looking for disk copy of the game I hope to buy.

Re: Phil Spencer 'Excited' About Xbox Copilot, An AI Tool That Helps Players Finish Games

ozkrmz

I stated that back in 2017 and I'll repeat again (hopefully one last time):
GAMING WORLD NEEDS CORRECT WAY OF REWARDING AND INCENTIVES.
GAMERS WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PLAY & COMPELETE GAMES, IN CASE "SONY/VALVE/MICROSOFT" TRIO IMPLEMENTS RIGHTFUL REWARDING MECHANISMS.
ACHIEVEMENTS MUST BE CONVERTIBLE TO REAL PURCHASING POWER, WHICH CAN BE USED FOR REFUND OR BUYING OTHER GAMES.

Re: Talking Point: If The Next-Gen Xbox Is More 'PC-Like', Will You Still Buy It?

ozkrmz

I bought my first Xbox, instead of PS2, because it was superior hardware wise and it delivered. I still keep it and never gonna sell it.
I bought Xbox 360 Halo Reach Limited Edition, not just because it's GPU was stronger than PS3's, but also games were lovely.
I bought Xbox One S because it was affordable and natively supported 4K BlueRay Movies.
I was going to but Xbox Series X but I was waiting for disk driveless model which never release in time.
So, I am waiting for next gen flagship xbox console. I am hoping that it is going to have better hardware components than PS6.
I'll gladly consider to buy it, in case it (hardware wise) it is superior and diskless model is 100 $ cheaper.
