Beat Like a Dragon Gaiden a few days ago and absolutely cried at that ending. Also beat Castlevania Bloodlines and reached level 50+ in Fortnite OG

I’ve currently beaten 99 games this year and 299 unique games since 2017 so I’m doing an almost blind playthrough of Final Fantasy 7. The only things I know are the twist the internet has spoiler for the past 20 years now and everything that was brought over to 7 Remake.

I ordered the ps5 physical of LaD Gaiden on Play-Asia and initially wanted to play it on my ps5 but decided to play it on XSX day 1 and play the extended LaD8 demo on ps5.

Beat Dead Space (2023) on my XSX yesterday and Professor Layton and the Lost Future alongside the original PL trilogy on my 3DS.

Started playing Final Fantasy VII on my Switch today which is a mostly blind playthrough beyond the Aerith twist and what I know from FF7R.
Also started Fortnite Chapter 4 Season OG on PS5 yesterday. Never played before ch3 s3 so it’s pretty neat.
And finally I started Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask on my 3DS.

I beat Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 1 & 2 in the past week and started playing Solar Ash.

Still chipping away at Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations and I finally started Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4 after taking a break from the game.

Beyond those I’ll probably be starting Professor Layton and the Curious Village and Super Castlevania IV.

I beat TOEM and Ace Attorney: Justice for All last week and I’m currently playing Solar Ash and Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations.

With spooky month starting tomorrow I’m gonna play spooky games all month. My plan is to beat Super Castlevania IV, Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, House of the Dead: Overkill, Until Dawn and Luigi’s Mansion 3 amongst other games.
Very maybe I’ll try Silent Hill 2 but that game is too spooky for me.

@AlwaysPlaying well TBF the 6,7 million people is across 6 mainline games, 5 spin offs, 7 remakes and 3 remastered collections. So that’s on average 319k people per game.

Started playing the first game on my Switch yesterday after beating 1 and 2 across september and august.

I beat Firewatch on my Xbox Series X last week and I continued playing Ace Attorney: Justice for All on Switch which I’m at the final episode for. I also started playing Baten Kaitos Remastered which is fun so far.

Beyond that I bought a handful of games including Gato Robotto, The Messenger, Neon White, Warhammer 40.000 Boltgun, Loop Hero and The Many Pieces of Mr. Coo which I might start too.

@theduckofdeath @J_Mo_Money it’s because publicly bethesda and spencer are still saying a ps5 port isn’t out of the question and the development for said port hasn’t been canned yet.

I beat Starfield yesterday on the Xbox Series X after playing it for almost 70 hours.
Currently continuing my playthrough of Ace Attorney: Justice for All I started on my Switch before Starfield.

Planning on starting Firewatch later and finally starting either God of War: Ghost of Sparta or Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time on Ps3.
Might also start Baten Kaitos 1+2 HD on the switch.

I have all the time in the world due to my unfortunate permanent bad mental state so I usually play games for 5 hours daily. Have been playing 10 hours daily since starfield released.
Have to play games a lot on doctors/psychiatrist order but I get distracted by things like youtube, tv, phone and twitch a lot.

After beating Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty and Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara on my Ps3 this week and A Short Hike and Gris on my Xbox Series X this week I started Playing Starfield on my Xbox Series X and continued playing Ace Attorney: Justice for All on my Switch.

Once I’m done with those I’m thinking about playing Firewatch, TOEM and God of War: Ghost of Sparta.

@senote the ps1 outsold the N64 by far and the ps1 was weaker, same with the ps2 vs gamecube and ps4 vs wiiU.
The consoles Nintendo outsold PlayStation in where the ds vs psp, the 3ds vs the vita, the wii vs the ps3 and the switch vs the ps5, and of those only the 3DS was by a landslide.

Xbox on the other hand only managed to outsell the gamecube and wiiU.

I beat Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright this week and I’m currently halfway through Ace Attorney: Justice for All.

Gonna play A Short Hike before starting Starfield on Wednesday.

Although it’s now mainly for Forza.
I mainly play on PlayStation and Nintendo.

EDIT: I’m not a fan of most xbox IPs pre current gen but Microsoft bought a bunch of stuff I usually bought on PlayStation and Nintendo, I guess I play those specifically on xbox now.

Heck I bought the XSX for 2 reasons. Gamepass and MS buying bethesda.

@Hedphelym should’ve explicitly called it RDR in that case if they consider RDR and Revolver 2 seperate franchises.
Eitherway Revolver’s story, characters and setting are directly referenced in the 2 redemption games. Revolver is by the same people. The franchise is clearly Red Dead, not RDR. No reason to excuse a clear mistake as, and excuse my paraphrasing, “well clearly it’s a different franchise and that was clearly implied here”

I beat Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective on Switch a few days ago and it was amazing, cried a bit at the end. I’m currently playing Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney which is great too, just started the 4th episode.

Pre installed Starfield on my Xbox Series X which I finally found my cautious hype for again. Don’t trust Microsoft anymore TBH but I still really hope Starfield and Forza Motorsport 8 will hit it out of the ballpark.

On Ps5 it’s just Fortnite this week, finishing up some quests before the next season releases on friday. Although I’m strongly debating on starting Horizon: Forbidden West.

Not surprising since the ps4 and switch versions are ports, not remasters, while the XSX BC version is closer to a semi remaster.

It’s a shame such small indie developers like Microsoft and Bethesda have to rely on LRG to get their games physically published in a limited batch. What cruel world we live in when a measly trillions of dollars aren’t enough to get your game on a disc.

Beat Catherine Full Body and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening on the Switch the past week.

I’m currently playing DC SuperHero Girls: Teen Power and I’m meaning to play Ghost Trick next.

I’m also finally back from vacation to France so I’m planning on playing Herc’s adventure on Ps5 and A Short Hike on Xbox Series X

Also will finish up Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 before the next season in 2 weeks.

Beat Final Fantasy I, II and III last week on Switch without any knowledge about 2 and 3 and with minor knowledge about 1, alongside a replay of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and a blind playthrough of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intermission on Ps5.

Started Bayonetta on Switch which I don’t know anything about beyond having played chapter 1 and 2 on WiiU years ago.

Might start Final Fantasy IV after.

@Fiendish-Beaver why are people always blaming sony for SE games not on xbox.
Almost half of SE’s output is switch exclusive and published by Nintendo. The other half is on switch, ps5 and pc. There’s only a handful of PlayStation exclusives, relatively few compared to switch exclusives.

@FatalBubbles I’ve played a handful of multiplatform games on both and ps5 is most definitely faster.

But also @UBERSICKO confused load times with utilizing an SSD for gameplay purposes. And gameplay purposes was what I meant.

I’ve been vocal about this in other places but the HDD in the series S and the significantly slower SSD in the X will bite Microsoft in the ass and will cost them games intended to be multiplatform that will instead become (timed) ps5 exclusives.

I wonder why it has so many disney owned games.

I beat Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition last saterday on Ps5 and I’m currently replaying Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade.

I’m also still playing Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 Wilds on my Switch and Ps5 with friends.

Lastly I’m thinking of starting Final Fantasy VII Remastered and/or Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion on the Switch.

I stopped playing Fortnite on Xbox due to the lack of gyro aim support otherwise it would’ve been part of the fortnite consoles I listed 🙂

I started playing We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie on my Switch. It looks amazing on the OLED and it’s clear the game was remade instead of remastered (played the original last year).
I also finally recieved Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters from Play-Asia.

Besides that I’m playing Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 WILDS on my ps5 and switch and I’m playing the Metal Slug Anthology on my psp.

@TakeItEasy I disagree. Microsoft definitely shouldn’t have bought a PlayStation second party studio that’s the main developer of 4 sony owned IPs. They only had 2 multiplatform games and 1 xbox exclusive.
It’s good sony bought insomniac, it’s what Nintendo should’ve done with rare too.

@Wheatly ps5 and switch play games out of the box without internet.
99% of games work without day 1 patches. They might be a bit more buggy but it’s no worse than games pre when patches where a thing.
Xbox needs 1 online update after which it can play all games offline right from the disc.

The “games don’t work without internet acces and patches” myth needs to die.

@Solidchief I just started Quest for Booty since apparently it’s only 2 hours long and ridiculously easy.

Gonna play crack and nexus after, then 1 to 3, them gladiator and then finally the psp and ps3 spin offs.

@nomither6 @Solidchief it was great. Preferred it over R&C2016 but didn’t like it as much as R&C Rift Apart. (The 3 games I played).

The weapons where really fun and you can see how much insomniac loves ToD too seeing how Rift Apart is one giant reference fest towards ToD (and from what I understand, Into the Nexus).

Just beat Ratchet & Clank Tools of Destruction this morning on ps3 after beating Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart the past week on ps5. Also reached level 100 in Fortnite and beat Ghostwire: Tokyo.

Might play Redfall on the Xbox Series X but I also surprised my friendgroup with a NSO+EP Family Plan on my cost so we can play stuff like Mario Kart 64 and GoldenEye together.

Just beat ghostwire today but I played it on ps5 through ps premium.
Still voted for it nonetheless.

I’m surprised the box still says it requires a constant connection to the internet and bethesda net. Wasn’t that decision reversed recently too?

I’ll keep subscribing as long as I can get 3 years for €180 through the XBLG to UGP conversion deal. If that’s not possible anymore and MS removes its day 1 releases I’m probably gone.

While ubisoft releases more games, the overall quality of EA’s output in the last 5 years has been much higher, especially the further you move away from battlefront 2 and anthem.
Since 2018 they had battlefront 2 which is a good game now, anthem and battlefield 2042. Everything else has been great or sports.

Almost done with Persona 5 Strikers on Switch and I’m gonna play Sonic The Hedgehog 1 and 2 on NSO next and Castlevania 1.

Was also debating on finally playing Uncharted 3 on Ps5.

Finally I’m gonna start Final Fantasy IX as soon as possible because I’m really in the mood for Final Fantasy.

Developers aren’t even using the power of the ps5 and XSX yet. What’s the use of a pro model beyond native 8K (which is barely a thing) or 120fps at 4K (which should be possible on the base models if optimization gets better)?

I beat Theatrhythm Final Bar Line last week on the Switch and I’m currently playing Hogwarts Legacy on the ps5. Not enjoying HL as much as I would’ve hoped TBH.

Probably gonna start Metroid Prime Remastered later today and finally play the only Forza Horizon game I’ve never played now that I found a physical copy of Forza Horizon 2 on the Xbox One.

I know it was made through the originals program but calling wild hearts an EA original still feels weird. Unlike the other games wild heart was made by omega force, a huge Japanese developer, and was co published by tecmo koei, a massive Japanese publisher.

@Raffles good thing it’s still there in judgment and it’s returning as a one off for gaiden.

Eitherway I don’t mind. LaD7 did turn based combat really well.

This isn’t a remaster though. It’s a remake in a new engine. It’s even called kiwami ishin in japan following kiwami 1 and 2.

Who are they and why are they called EA, ubisoft and take-two?
