Any game where Sony paid money for exclusive is dead to me.

Glad I didn't buy this one! I'll be happy to try it.

I got this for free on EGS a while back. Still haven't tried it, but it does look pretty good.

I remember all the jokes about this game when it originally launched. 😂

@iplaygamesnstuff what about any games where Microsoft paid for exclusivity like Yakuza: Like a Dragon? Or any game where Nintendo paid for exclusivity like Octopath Traveler or Live a Live?

Almost bought it on switch glad to see it's coming to gamepass.

I did not realize this was ever ps exclusive. I thought it had been out on switch for a while, and steam, and assumed it was on xbox as well. Either way, it looks fun and had pretty good reviews. I'm keen to try it

It wasn't a PS exclusive as it also came out on Switch.

@iplaygamesnstuff do ya not think Xbox would do it if they could? Back in the PS3/Xbox360 era the player base was pretty similar an Xbox had numerous timed exclusives. Sony have a far bigger player base nowadays so devs offer Sony exclusivity deals. 70+% of third party games sell on Playstation. Timed exclusivity isn’t new, the Atari 2600 was the first to do it.

@Lastatopiny the persons comment was, paraphrase....that he basically won't play any games that Sony timed exclusive. If Nintendo or Xbox does it he did not say wether he would play those or not. If they would play games that xbox times exclusive, that does NOT contradict thier point about Sony.

They simply don't like games that Sony Har timed exclusives for lol.

Great game, Enjoyed it a lot and got the platinum on PS5.

@Lastatopiny I know they do. I know what I see with this ABK buyout as well. Even though I don't play any Activision Blizzard or King games, I believe the effort Sony put into lobbying has paid off, for that I have a special hatred for Sony. That's my personal opinion. People trying to persuade me that Microsoft does the same, I just don't care because it's not the same. So for me, companies that accept money from Sony to do an exclusive, may as well not have made that game at all to me.

This looks like a great game and its one I've not heard of before so I'll be downloading it when it comes out.

@iplaygamesnstuff so you’re not gonna play Starfield? That was meant to come to PS5. Microsoft used cash to stop that.

@iplaygamesnstuff Bethesda were well in to making a new game, a third party game. Microsoft bought Bethesda, Phil Spencer said it isn’t our aim to take games from other platforms, they then announce Redfall an Starfield will be exclusive. This is one reason Playstation has a problem with the acquisition. There’s also been emails leaked from top guys at Xbox stating their plan with the Activision deal is to sink Playstation.

@Lastatopiny I'm not saying your wrong except for the fact that Microsoft never said they bought Bethesda to sink Starfield for Sony. I just don't get what you don't understand. Microsoft after acquiring Mojang (Minecraft) they didn't take it off platforms, they expanded it to many new platforms. This whole trope that Microsoft is doing these things to screw other platforms is baseless. You are even telling others in comments that you don't understand. That's the difference with opinions we all have one. You don't have to understand mine, just please respect that we all have one.

@Lastatopiny most likely they are xbox fan boys. Sony is cbox number one competitor, so somewhat naturally a fan boy would dislike the things the competition does. Especially when thise things are keeping games from coming to xbox.

Me personally I have both ps5 and XSX. But I've had every xbox console and I use it more than my ps5. I'm an xbox fan for sure. I just don't get all crazy about brand loyalty. They are in it for money. We are in it for pleasure. We should try and get as much enjoyment as we can from both systems . Just my opinion.

@Lostitall totally agree mate. It just seems a lot of Xbox fans only started gaming with the Xbox One. Xbox had timed exclusives too an they would today if they were as popular as Playstation!!
